When I noticed what had happened, they took the new dryer back out. then they took out the old machine and returned my functioning dryer to my home. When I called the store, there was little apology and I requested purchasing a downgrade of my former machine. When they returned three days later, they brought up an upgrade - NOT he machine I ordered. But what was most shocking was when I called them and asked them why they had not delivered the machine I wanted, no one knew anything about it. Then the person on the phone said "We deliver the wrong appliances all the time because the numbers on Electrolux washer and dryer are so similar." I couldn't believe he said that. I was stunned to which I said, "Knowing that, why are you not more careful?" I ended up tipping the delivery men who worked hard and the machine cost me much more than it would had I bought it from my local store. There was barely an apology about them.

We had special-ordered bronze appliance handles for the GE Cafe set, and one of the refrigerator door handles had started to oxidize within a year. It didn't bother us as it was hidden but then it started to peel and the silver metal was showing through. We only use a soft damp cloth to wipe them down, never any chemicals. I gave Hugo's a call a few weeks ago to see if this was a known issue and if GE would replace. The person I spoke to on the phone took down my information and asked me to text some photos to Al and follow-up on Monday. Al said this was the first he had heard of this issue but he reached out to GE on our behalf and by Friday of that same week, we had a replacement handle on our doorstep. We definitely would not have received this service had we ordered through one of the big box stores. This is why we choose to shop with small businesses. Thank you, Al!! It was the part itself, and an ongoing class action suit from the manufacturer. He shared the information and I was able to pursue a return. He also took the time to confirm that everything he had done was correct and that the oven was working as well as it could be. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. I hope I don't need more appliance repairs soon, but if I do, I will be calling Ryan.

I had to find the discount on their website separately because they do not offer to me automatically. I am not happy with the communication and the thermostat replaced. It is a rental property. Unlike other companies I used, I never received a call 30-60 mins before the technician arrived. So I was not sure if he showed up or not. Whenever I called the company, I was talking to the teams handling customer service, not the technician directly. So there is always a middle man between the tech and me to translate information. The diagnosis was on Wednesday. I approved the quote right away after I received it. The repair was the next Thursday 8 days later. The appointment was initially scheduled for the morning between 9-12. I then got a call to say he could not make it on time and would be there around 1pm. I got a tenant message to say he still did not show up at 2:30PM without any call to inform he would be further late. What I am most disappointed is the new thermostat installed during this repair! He replaced my old programmable thermostat with a new FocusPro N100 Non-Programmable Thermostat 1H/1C. When every household is switching to a smart thermostat, he installed an ancient manual controlled thermostat! I would appreciate he could give me some option to select different types of thermostat. I would have no problem to pay for something better or even buy a smart thermostat myself. I called the company to complain about it. All I got was it is fully functional and it is more modern than my old programmable thermostat! I could not be more disappointed about this. Despite they fixed my AC, I do not feel comfortable to use this company again and to recommend it to anyone else if this is not addressed.

Doing an internet search for the part, it kept bringing me back to Marcone as having the item and actually being the lowest in price. After living in denial and trying other places, simply because I have never had any luck here, but not finding the item anywhere close by, I caved and went here. I was actually greeted right away by a new face (woman) and explained what I was looking for and not expecting too much in return. Well, the woman knew exactly what I wanted and told me she gets lots of orders for this particular part and for that reason keeps them in stock. She was extremely knowledgable with the install, explaining what my pals already had to me and actually knew what she was talking about. She even put me in the computer system and told me that ithe part had a lifetime warranty and if it went bad and I didn't have my receipt, they had my info in the computer. I was in shock, I actually was walking away with what I needed, the first time in at least 6 tries or more. He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.
