I'm not really the type of person to write reviews good or bad but Stephanie was so amazing in helping me that I wouldn't feel right if I didn't give her the praise she deserves! I shopped around at a few places for an engagement ring not really having a clue what I was looking for and it was extremely frustrating to say the least with the first few places I stopped at. I got that cheesy used car salesman feel from every sales person I met at other places. I eventually found Stephanie and it was a breath of fresh air. No pushy sales pitch, she just listened to what I was looking for. Within an hour we had built a ring that was perfect. (she's a very willing and patient hand model by the way!) A few weeks later I proposed to my now fiancé but the ring was too small. I contacted Stephanie that very Sunday morning after I proposed asking how we go about getting it resized (assuming it might take a week or so). She told me she could see me in an hour or two which was great, but I assumed I would be just dropping the ring off and having my fiancé's finger measured. She told us she'd have it resized and ready in 2 hours! And the cherry on the cake was that when I went to pick it up, that afternoon she said she was waiving the $200 or so charge that it would have been. It would have been such a let down after getting engaged and having such a memorable night to have to give the ring back and leave it with them for a week or so, but Stephanie had it resized in a matter of hours. Not only was she friendly and patient, explaining the different options, but she was extremely knowledgeable! Boston Diamond Company truly is an A++ establishment and I HIGHLY recommend them when looking for your engagement ring, wedding bands, or any jewelry! Their products are top notch quality and their customer services is incomparable. After checking out some stores on Newbury we were disappointed with the selection and prices and we thought to inquire if Boston Diamond Company makes wedding bands as well- thankfully they do! Stephanie is AMAZING and designed my DREAM wedding band by looking at the pictures I showed her. Prior to making it she even sent renderings of other options and versions of the band I wanted. For my fiancé she helped design an elegant gold band with a small emerald in it since we're getting married in May and emerald is the May stone.
