    Charcuterie, cider, stout

Perfect first Mother's Day! Sat outside with my husband and ordered a few beers + charcuterie. The beers were excellent - ranging from a blonde, stout, and a nice cider! The new bar arrangement is great too. I feel like it allows for more room and is an intimate experience vs just ordering to go. A lot of outdoor seating too! The staff is always great and welcoming. We did a dealers choice for charcuterie and it was so fresh and phenomenal. Great spot in North Park!

Rad area to walk around and explore. I felt like I was transported to Portland. Among the numerous coffee shops down this street there's Bottlecraft. Great vibes here. Service was awesome! Luv the time they took to explain the different flavor profiles to fit our taste. Street parking has limited times and slim pickings. You may need to circle around a few times or find a spot down the block but worth the stop.

Cute place to grab a beer, has snacks if you want to eat outside and the staff was friendly :) sat here with a few drinks with my husband outside. Can't beat a beer, nice breeze on a sunny day

My tasty four pack of Belgian Ale!

While walking around in North Park, my friend was craving a snack so we ducked in here to check it out. What I did not realize is this is a tasting room, craft beer shop and bar. Bottlecraft was founded in 2011 by Brian Jensen. Here you can find the craft beers you crave but are not are always able to find where you shop. Craft beer is sold in bottles, cans and packs of four to six. They have been recognized by many top publications as being of the best bottle shops in the country. As I walked around and browsed I wasn't really looking for beer but when I saw a four pack of Saison Dupont I got excited. This is one of my favorite Belgian Farmhouse Ales and indeed it is not easy to find. I thought well since I am here I might as well pick some up to take home and so glad I did. There were so many other craft beers to choose from, I could have easily bought more. In addition to the all the beer, they have a great selection of non alcoholic craft beer. The staff is super knowledgeable if you have any questions or concerns. If you wish to drink here since the bar is here. There is a deli in the back where my friend managed to score some tasty meat and cheese bites to nosh on while we walked around the neighborhood. Another awesome discovery here in North Park!

Ducked in here for a couple of beers before heading to the Observatory. Excellent beer menu! Fun vibe.

This place is an absolute blast and a gem! You can purchase bottles to go or drink them on site, how cool is that! They have a great range of beer on taps from well known breweries like Side Project. I've never seen a place like this before! It's small and cozy and I absolutely love it. The most memorable person on my California trip is the staff member Greg from Manchester. He welcomed us warmly and full of fun energy. He's a guy I would have a beer with any day of the week. There were a few regulars in there just shooting the time with him and I can see why. He is so funny! Here are the pours I had: Sowing the Sun by There Does Not Exist: Slight burn in the end. Biggie's Blueberry Brunch Bonanza by Alvarado Street Brewery: Tastes like blueberry pie. Saison du Blé (Blend #6) by Side Project Brewing: Funky. I wish it was a little less acidic. From the cooler, I also grabbed a Donna's Pickle beer and drank on site. Great for pickle lovers!

Perfect "bump-in-the-road" spot to sit and rest while walking around North Park. Possibly North Park's craft beer Mecca. Everyone who works here is super chill and super knowledgeable. Awesome place to grab a gift for the beer lover in your life. Oh and there are like cheeses and sandwiches here too, but I'm only ever here for the beer.

Located in Liberty Public Market Bottle Craft has a huge selection of beers. Ginormous even. Staff is very friendly and will answer any of your craft beer questions. Food wise there is a huge selection of various restaurants around. Great spot for any craft beer fan. Highly recommend.

I wish there was a closer location to me because they carry good stuff. They had some tall cans from Trillium among other good stuff. As I was paying I noticed that they also had Trillium on draft. I was excited cause I've never had it on tap before.

4 option board for $25 and a 1/3 baguette with butter and jam for $5.

Honestly worth every penny. We were so impressed with this spread and the cost. While the outside ambiance is traffic and people watching with the occasional mentality ill/drug induced yells from unhoused persons, the selection and quality of this shop was pretty good. We didn't love the wine by the glass options (objective taste) but you can buy a bottle and take what you don't finish home. They also have beer. This was nice to chill and have a little social. The 4 plate board was enough for 3 people. Their beer, wine, and spirits selection was fantastic and the staff was really kind!

This place is a beer lover's paradise with a fantastic selection of brews to choose from. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, making the whole beer-hunting experience a breeze. They've got something for every taste bud here, from local craft beers to unique and hard-to-find brews from around the world. The ambiance is chill and relaxed, perfect for hanging out with friends or exploring new flavors solo. they also have a nice selection of beer and wine on tap which we enjoy chilled drinks on the patio. Whether you're a beer connoisseur or just looking for a cool spot to unwind, Bottlecraft is the place to be!

Great selection of different types of alcohol! I was really impressed with their cider selection! They had some local San Diego cider, and some faraway cider! They also had a wonderful cheese shop in the back that is extremely delicious!

I did not have anything to eat this time but will try the food next time. KPBS was having their One Book One San Diego event here and I was interested so stopped in today check it out. I am a bookworm and love reading so this event was perfect! This event also unveiled the top 10 books for each category including adults, teens and children. I learned that over 750+ book entries were received! Wow! At my table, I ended up meeting a librarian, a teacher and a publisher. The librarian was part of the selection committee and she suggested so many good books! She mentioned a book about octopus conversation in the atolls and my ears perked up. The book is Mountain in the Sea by Ray Nayler and its on my shortlist to read soon! Waiting for it on Libby! OK. back to the venue. We had the side part of the bar and everything was outside so that was nice. Service was great and Zach did a great job getting everyone's orders. I started off with a special edition One Book, One Brew beer, brewed in the Kolsch style and limited edition beer by Chula Vista Brewery. Nice, crisp and summery beer! I also had a margarita too, that was so-so for me so next time will stick with beers. Parking around here is a pain but I did find a spot after circling a few times. This bar/restaurant is in a hip part of North Park and I can see myself coming here to meet up friends or other events. I'll be back!!

We needed a place to have a quick snack and this place called us over with its big outdoor patio and open air seating. We walked in and could not believe the revolving tap list. They definitely have a beer for everyone's choice. The pretzel menu was also a pleasure to peruse and we knew we had to try one. This is their specialty as these pretzels are hand rolled with influences from Germany, Philadelphia and NY. They serve them with your choice of beer dipping sauce and cheese. We decided on the Jumbo Bavarian Pretzel. It was huge and by far the best tasting pretzel I think I have ever tasted. Soft and great texture. You could tell great care was taken in the creation of this pretzel and so yummy with the cheese. They also offer signature pretzel pizzas, pretzel sandwiches and other pub grub. Service was helpful and the restaurant is very clean. Happy Hour is offered daily M-F 3:00 - 6:00pm. Great place to watch a game too as lots of big screens.
