This review is for the location that used to be the Hawaiian room off of Alondra and Eucalyptus. My boyfriend and I decided to give this place a shot since we used to go to the Hawaiian room on a regular basis. But we will never be going back. Positives: ONE bartender is nice, service takes forever, but she was still nice. The other two bartenders are only concerned with flirting with the old creepers that are trying to get lucky, giving female customers dirty looks, and getting dollars shoved down their bikinis. NEGATIVES: the prices went up a little, but not much. My margarita tasted like water with lime in it, there is some pretty obvious racism (but God forbid a white woman say a black person is being racist), fellow customers (who are clearly the owners friends, and of course get served before anyone) will make fun of/ hassle the kind of music you put on if it's not your run of the mill "hoes and money" hip hop. To put the cherry on top, they told my boyfriend he couldn't play metal anymore (even though he'd only been there for about 20 minutes). But ya know, if you like small titties, being ignored, and being forgotten about, go for it! :) read more

Was in last week to see my favorite bartender, Kristina! As always, she is the best. She's beautiful, she makes amazing shots and is always happy and willing to chat about whatever is bugging me that day. She is the only reason I go to bottoms up. If you go in the days Kristina isn't working, be prepared to be treated like an ATM, and you won't get any type of service unless they think you're gonna tip good. I suggest you find out Kristina's schedule and follow her to the several bottoms up bars. read more

Bottoms up is what it is: A swanky dive bar that has elements of a club, strip club and overall fun place to hang out. It seems/looks like it might be ghetto or sketchy at first glance but the people inside never seem to kick up any dust or start problems so it's fine (so long as you can handle that vibe). I like the hip hop atmosphere and the only drawback is that there are very few ladies that actually go so you end up talking to the bartenders and they only want your cash... so again a strip club type vibe with that. The owner is very cool though and will often order food and give it away to the patrons at times so despite not having a kitchen it can be a decent place to grub. Great for football and UFC as well. read more
