I've been staying at the Venetian every year for many years but have never had dinner here. I made a reservation months in advance just to make sure we got one before the SEMA convention which is a busy time. Had a very early 5:15 dinner reservation to eat before the Eagles Sphere show. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant when we arrived ( although it was packed by the time we left). They bring us to a table outside the restaurant in the atrium area. It's the table right next to the service station. One chair literally backed up against a trash can. I hated the table and this was to be a very special dinner prob $400 for 2 with drinks etc . I asked for another table and we were paraded back to the hostess station where she wasn't very happy ( or apologetic). She then sends us to another table I swear just to spite us... like 'oh if you think that was bad , check this one out'. I rarely decline a table because I hate when people do that, and I've never 'double declined' ... so I just accepted this second even worse table that seemed to be placed in a place it shouldn't be because it really didn't fit in the space and we had to get up to let the table next to us be seated ( like when you're on an airplane and have to get up to let the person in thats in the middle ) . Ok .... So after that and a cocktail (and a gummy) I chilled and the rest of the evening was wonderful. The setting is literally a French Bistro... classic and tasteful with a very cool vibe The food was absolutely outstanding. No kidding , it was the best food I've ever had and I've been to nice restaurants all over the world. Not bragging, just sayin' this food was Amazing! The bread and butter they bring is fresh baked and again just amazing The roasted chicken was like chicken I've never tasted before. I didn't know chicken could taste that good... outstanding Another dish was a truffle dish of parm / pasta dumplings ( real truffles $).... Amazing Also had an escargot appetizer... guess what ... Amazing Salad with home made croutons and goat cheese was perfect Our server was great ... the best. There was also a wine sommelier that stopped by the table and helped us pick just a glass of wine. Usually the sommelier only comes around when you're wanting to buy a very nice full bottle of wine and we were literally only ordering a glass ( although it was a $50 glass) ... he was so nice and helpful At the end , the waiter said ' I understand you guys are celebrating so we've prepared a beautiful dessert for you on the house'. We were not celebrating nor did we say we were ... maybe the waiter just wanted to do something special I'm not sure . But that dessert which was like two fudge brownies made in their french bakery with vanilla ice cream and chocolate 'sauce' was utterly ... again Amazing. A wonderful restaurant for brunch and our group of 8. Brittany gave us great service and the menu was perfect for our Saturday morning brunch. The restaurant has a nice vibe and the food quality was 5 stars. I ordered the Amaicaine breakfast which came with great a choice of pastries of which I chose the almond filled croissant. My scrambled eggs had great flavor, the bacon and sausages were perfect and the sliced potatoes were so much better than hash browns. Just a delightful time. read more

We had a reservation on a Thursday morning in August at 9:15am. We're not sure we really needed one. There were many patrons but the atmosphere wasn't loud and it didn't feel crowded. We were seated right away and serviced on by a delightful waiter. We were given complimentary bread that was baked in a way that broke off in individual pieces and were provided butter and jam. I used both and it felt like I was eating scones. Kris ordered the steak pane (country fried steak) and I ordered the crab Benedict. My Benedict was fantastic, perfectly seasoned, and heaped with crab. I was told this is the most popular dish with the ladies. Kris liked his dish. Well worth a visit! read more

In my eyes, Thomas Keller can do no wrong and so when in Vegas, we had to dine at Bouchon for brunch. This spot was my favorite brunch of the trip and the crab Benedict is one of my all-time favorite Benedict I've ever ordered. The bread service was delicious and Everything was really nice here. This is definitely the spot to go if you're staying at Venetian and want a nice brunch. We stopped at Bonchon for dinner before seeing the Wizard of Oz. We were seated outside, it was windy, but the ambience was beautiful. Our waiter Jeff was wonderful, knowledgeable about the menu, and was very helpful when we realized we were running out of time before showtime. We ordered wine, a mixed green salad with goat cheese and a red wine vinaigrette, for entrees we ordered the steak tartare, escargot, and leg of lamb. The salad was small but delicious and well seasoned despite seeming plain, the steak tartare was the favorite, the escargot was cooked well and tender, and the leg of lamb was okay, it was fairly bland and tasted more like a pork tenderloin, but admittedly I have only had lamb chops before. The two opportunities of improvement Bonchon has is a bread basket, they just put the bread in a napkin on the table, so some of it is not covered, and a side plate did have some kind of raspberry sauce on it, which I noticed after eating off of it, indicating to me it may not have been cleaned well. We started with the terrine foie gras with toast strips, the 1/2 lobster in shell and the delectable deviled eggs. All of them served & executed immaculately. We ordered the Poulet Rôti (roasted chicken with petits pois, lolla rosa, onion confit, bacon lardons & chicken jus) and the Gigot d'Agneau (roasted leg of lamb with brown butter flageolet beans, garlic confit & lamb jus) which we found exemplary. Our server, Angelo, was friendly, humorous & well versed in the menu & preparations and guided us accordingly. We were truly appreciative of his service. As I mentioned earlier...this is an easy one. They are open for dinner daily and have a weekend Brunch on Friday thru Sunday. Service is fast with the staff giving you enough time to read the menu but not leave you waiting too long. I LOVED the Escargots de Bourgogne. First time trying it and it was melt in your mouth. The side of Pommes Lyonnaise which are potatoes with onions were also my favorite. The salade de saumon was delicious and a perfect portion. The toast was really good but nothing special. I would definitely come can to try more of the menu. Dressy casual brunch place located inside The Venetian hotel. Love the complimentary bread with in-house butter. Got the biscuit and gravy (biscuit au babeurre), which had a very rich creamy flavor. Unfortunately, I have a weak stomach and forgot Pepto, so it did me dirty for the rest of the day, lol. But it was tasty, for what it's worth! My friend got the American breakfast brunch option, which came with bacon, eggs, a pastry from their bakery. Also lyonnaise potatoes (pan-fried sliced potatoes and caramelized onions) that was quite scrumptious. one of the best dinners i've had in my life. food, service, ambience; everything was first rate. the steak tartare was one of the highlights. the desserts were also great especially the vanilla ice cream ensconced in this delicious bread and chocolate sauce. our friendly server was also one of the highlights; he's worked here for close to 2 decades as has a couple of workers i met that night. i was heartened to hear that Keller treats his long time employees well including providing scholarships for them to travel and further their training. I love French cuisine and one of the must go to for brunch, during my most recent trip to Vegas was Thomas Keller's Bouchon, located at the Venetian Resort. I'd been on the hunt for the best Croque Madame in Vegas; so far my favorite has been the one at Mon Ami Gabi. I have to admit this one was exceptionally tasty, and the Mornay sauce was amazing. I upgraded the side to the truffle fries that were crispy and full of flavor! Service was exceptional. I had high expectations after reading positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not align with the hype. When spending $50+ per person for brunch, I believe the service should reflect that price point, but unfortunately, it fell short. I visited with a group who doesn't speak English fluently, and while I understand this can sometimes make ordering challenging, the waiter seemed impatient and visibly frustrated, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As for the food, it was underwhelming. The steak, hash which was the special of the day, was excessively salty--so much so that we could only manage a few bites. The redeeming qualities of the meal were the onion soup, which was flavorful, and the crab benedict, which was well-prepared. Given the overall experience, I don't think I'll return. There are plenty of other brunch options, both on and off the strip, that offer better food, superior service, and a more reasonable price. Not to sound like a Karen but I would strongly encourage management to reflect on their values and ensure all guests are treated with the respect... Vegas is known to attract high rollers, south east asians falling into this list...it should not matter what language you speak or how you are dressed, I'd like en enjoyable meal atleast. Despite spending no less than an hour in the maze of the Venetian trying to find my way to the Bistro, it was totally worth the effort. I came in for a solo meal and was promptly sat at a high top table in the bar. Service was excellent and prompt through my entire meal. The coffee service was just what this under caffeinated Vegas visitor needed and the bread with butter and jam that accompanied my meal was just the icing on top. I went with the Hachis de Merguez off the brunch menu. It had two perfectly cooked eggs on top and the hash was the perfect mix of everything. It was definitely way too much food for one person, but I was starving and did my best. The sausage's texture was softer and the flavor not my personal favorite, but I could tell it was all cooked right. The large windows in this restaurant definitely help you feel less like you're trapped in the casinos of Vegas and are a welcome addition to the Parisian like vibes of the space. On top of all this, you may even spot a celeb. Not on the A list, but I did see a Property Brother dining across the room during my meal. read more

This American breakfast at Bouchon pulled out all the stops with some jammy oniony cast oil whatever decadence they did potatoes and this was just the side dish! The almond croissant also came with it and we enjoyed it when we returned home. The lobster claw looking pull away bread was so good and I definitely dug into it first thing. Our small dog Autumn was able to keep us company table side in a stroller and our server Amanda was so sweet and engaged our table with her outstanding Bouchon hospitality. As many of the reviews state, Bouchon does simple French food very, very well. My mom and I were staying at The Palazzo for a few nights and this was our last meal of the trip for dinner. Our server was Adrian who explained all of the specials, ensured our food came out with the right speed, and even included a fun birthday dessert for my mom. Chef Thomas Keller is, undoubtedly, a one of a kind, highly acclaimed and unparallerled Master Chef that has transformed the American culinary landscape. So on this BUR to LAS trip, Bouchon, his restaurant at the Venetian, was my first stop. It was a targeted approach for the Bénédicte au Crabe. When I arrived, they had my reservation, and table sitting was offered cordially and in a prompt and highly efficient fashion. Then the party began. I had to ask for complimentary bread that was dumped on my table. Some got them like I did, others with napkins below. When the Crab Benedict arrived, it was a simple, but attractive presentation, where the poached eggs sat on a meager bed of crab and one large muffin (from the Bouchon Bakery). My problem was that I could not cut the muffin. The server first told me (in a derogatory way), that the muffin needs to be tough to contrast with the softness of the eggs. I replied by asking if he could provide a sharper knife. He said I already had the steak knife, the sharpest (really, at brunch with eggs?). So I continued my sawing, in total embarrassment to the parties that were to the left and right of me. Then it was time to give up and speak with the manager. When Jerry arrived, he said it similarly, demeaningly, when I had to educate him on how many hundreds of such muffins I have encountered, with ease. I requested him to cut the muffin. He side stepped, asked if I needed a fresh preparation. I declined and stated I wished to leave. When he came back, he boasted that he cut the muffin at the back. Really? Why not at my table? Then he confessed that it was over toasted. I was so disappointed with how they handled this that I told him I would write to Thomas Keller about this experience. He still did not care. Why not admit mistakes upfront? We all recognize that kitchen production is not always perfect. Truly, that is not a problem. What is not acceptable is the camouflage dialogue that restaurant staff condescend with customers. I now seriously wonder. We absolutely love Bouchon! We make sure to eat here every time we are in Las Vegas. This time we were able to be there for the superbowl party. They did an amazing job transforming the restaurant for the party, they had raffles, swag, a fun host, TV's everywhere, incredible service from the entire staff, elevated (to say the least) football food and snacks, and best of all we were able to meet Thomas Keller himself. 10/10 recommend always eating at Bouchon and absolutely splurge on the super bowl party if your in town. read more

We didn't have reservations and was seated right away but we also came a bit after they opened so it was pretty empty. Service was good, our waiter gave us some good recommendations. Their bread was soft but it would have been nicer if it was warm so that the butter melted as you spread the butter. Also they just plop the bread onto the table which I wasn't expecting; they could have put the bread on a plate. At least the person who brought the bread had it in a napkin cause that would have been weird if he was holding the bread with his bare hands. A night full of laughs, amazing drinks and top notch food. Shout to the lovely staff and our server Deion for giving us above and beyond service. Interior is reminiscent of a classic French vibe for a nice relaxed dinner. The seafood tasted like it was practically plucked right out of the ocean. Alaskan king crab was to die for. Oysters featured a west coast and east coast options which were also amazing. Shrimp and lobster were fantastic too. The beef bourguignon was cooked till perfection with a great tenderness to it. The waygu steak had to make me pause for a second too. The entire night was filled with fun moments and sharing them over food is the best thing I could ask for. This is our go to spot in Vegas. The brunch is spectacular. They have a great menu and daily specials, including a daily special pastry item fresh croissants, delicious sourdough, and the best homemade preserves. But don't fill up on these bakery treats, save room for the delicious entrées. They have an extensive menu and every time I say, I'm going to try something new but I never do. I always get the same thing chicken and waffles not just any chicken and waffles but sourdough waffles that are light and airy on the inside and crunchy on the outside delicious homemade maple syrup as well as a half of a roasted chicken. The chicken comes with a special special gravy. Not to mention the dessert at the end of the meal crème brûlée a Keylime pie that looks like it's not gonna be anything special but was the best and profiteroles that everyone loves. We were greeted by the manager, Phillip, who we have seen on several occasions and always provides top-notch service. Serving crew was very attentive.
