i got 2 lanes on a monday night around 10:00 so we bought the all you can bowl package. one of our lanes wasnt working and we kept telling the employees about it and no one did anything. they kept saying the manager was closing the kitchen so she couldnt help us. it took about an hour to get someone to fix it so we wasted half our time waiting around. after they "fixed" it itstill wasnt working properly so half of us couldnt even bowl. we wasted our money and no one cared! read more

I've been here two times and it's always fun. Once for a yelp/food network event and another for a work team building. The staff is friendly. There's a full service bar. Bathrooms are clean. There is even a little arcade area, like a mini Dave and Busters, with air hockey, basketball, and skeeball. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the bowling mood. read more

This is by far the worst bowling alley i have ever been to. Service was horrible at best. More nonexistent than anything. Everything is overpriced and the staff is terrible. The customer service here is hell worthy. Management here is lackadaisical and doesnt seem to care about anything. The food was horrible and cold. The only thing they did good at this place was pour a draft beer at the bar. Ill never go back nor recommend it to anybody. Ill be looking forward to their doors closing. read more

Seems like a normal bowling alley at first sight. Came in a couple of times to get me 300s on before I noticed the pro shop inside. That's where I met Doug. A friend and I went to chill on a Sunday and play pool. When we got there, there were no bar stools or bartender in the bar. She asked if she could sample two wines, they said that tasting wine was illegal in Fulton county and they were checking laws in Gwinnett county (it's 2:00pm). Now wait a minute, SMG is in Fulton and you can taste wine, and Black Walnut is in Gwinnett and you can taste wine. So what's wrong with this picture? read more

Our company joined a bowling league last year and on the very first day, the lady who signed us all up at the time, named Lisa, forgot that we were supposed to be there for our first night of bowling. When we finally settled in, we bowled a couple of weeks (Tue nights I think) and then we got an email, on a Tuesday, that the lanes were all closed for a private event. Issue number one is that we were never given the opportunity to make up that night as scheduled, we had to come in during lunch or other time to bowl which meant almost none of us could go and the two that did go had to go on their own. No fun in that!! When the league ended, we confirmed with Lisa that we were supposed to get league shirts and a pizza part - all of which were supposed to happen on our last night. I have emailed and called a few times, provided all shirt sizes and received confirmation that they would get ordered and pizza set up for us and now I have been ghosted. Is it a big deal? Not in the grand scheme of things but we paid for a league that included shirts and a pizza party. Bottom line, it's a decent place to bowl but because of the way they handled their business and now will not reply, we will not be back. read more

I rented a lane for my family on my birthday and we had an awesome night. Service was outstanding, food was great, drinks were great.

To start off the place was not busy at all had a couple lanes busy.. perfect start. It was only me and one other person. The prices were great about $6 per game per person after 6pm I believe and $5 for the bowling shoes. They had menus at the lanes, we started playing our first game and a little over half the first game nobody had come to take our order. A large group of 8-9 people came and was placed directly across from us even with there being limited seating and there being a million other open lanes. Cool. I had to ask the guy at the register about placing a food order and getting some water. The waitress finally came and she assisted the large group next to us first then approached us. Already into the second game we finally get our waters. Great we didn't dehydrate to death. Then my food comes which tasted amazing but was a bit cold, I was so hungry that it didn't even matter at that point. Anyhooooo the prices and scenery in this place are 5 stars. Service not so much. Could have just been the night I will go back again and update my review. read more

However, we got moved to 3 different lanes after we paid for unlimited bowling with only an hour and a half left until close. I originally came here for a work Christmas, and had such a blast I begged my husband to come back with me. As a result we were going every Sunday because it's $3.09 for a game (per person, it says on their tv screen behind the registers when you first get there so I'm so confused how people ALWAYS complain about it, anyways) and shoe rentals, so it's a pretty good deal. They have specials almost every day of the week after a certain hour, which is very cool. We bought their summer pass, and go bowling almost every day. We absolutely love it. The staff is always so friendly and so excited to see us, the service is always prompt, quick, and friendly. We usually just get water since Sundays are our date night and we go to dinner before or after. But nights like tuesdays they have $2.22 tacos and beers which is a great deal. Food is pretty good for bowling alley food. I think a lot of people come here expecting top notch cuisine but it's like bar food, greasy, bad for your cholesterol, and good for the soul. I'm so happy with this place, every time we come they automatically bring us waters and it's such a nice gesture. 5/5 stars for this place all the time. read more

Don't come here if you're expecting to have a fun night out drinking on the weekend. There's only one bartender and apparently you can only order one drink per person. The service is terrible and I'm not sure why they don't hire more people to bartend. We've had our "server" come check on us once in the past 1.5 hours we've been here. Perhaps keep a bartender at the bar where people can go and order drinks vs a serving bartender if they cannot handle the volume. read more

I had my sons 18th birthday and high school grad party here this past Thursday. From the planning process to the event service, Bowlero was great. The centers GM and support management were very engaging. We had a party of almost 70 people. This is hard to respond to but they did it. Food was great. Music was great. They put a step and repeat out for us. They supported our AV needs. Just a wonderful experience for me, my son and my family. And Darien, the event planner was the best. Very disappointed. When coming in to purchase our games they told us that we needed to leave a card with them hold the lane. While I thought this was suspicious, but still wanting to bowl I decided to leave my credit card. They kept it in a small card book and we went on and played, had fun. Come time for my credit card statement, I see there is over $50 in online charges from the same day. Moral of the story, Don't leave your card with them! read more

Pretty bad experience tonight. We were told when we came in that it was 5$ per game. What we weren't told was that it was actually 5$ per PERSON per game. 4 people with shoe rentals and 3 games later we had a 90$ tab. It would have been nice to know that before hand. Unfortunately, the bad experience only continued. We had been there for 15 minutes when a (pretty rude) server came over to get our drink order. She brought 3 out of the 4 drinks we ordered and spent another 20 minutes bringing our last drink. After that, we never saw her again. We were going to order food but never got the opportunity and never got refills on our drinks. Definitely will choose another bowling alley next time and will recommend that everyone we know do the same. read more

This was the worst experience with bowling we have ever had. We stayed for two hours and we received our food after an hour and a half. Our friends never received their food. Right as we were getting ready to leave, the waitress suddenly had their nachos ready. It's chips and cheese...but being slammed was their excuse every time. Our friends said she can bring the nachos but they won't pay for it. No food was brought, no apology was given. Their shift manager, Courtney, could only say that they were slammed and that nothing could be done to help the situation. She simply said, "well, y'all didn't want your food. She put it in a second time but then you didn't want it." Customer service here means forget to put in food orders, and then when customers complain, tell them they didn't want the food in the first place. Save your money and go to Top Golf. read more

Went there recently with my family. It was the middle of the week (spring break) so there were about 6 or 7 lanes in use. We used two lanes and had issues on both and witnessed 5 of the other lanes in use all have problems as well. There was also some arguing between servers over who could or should take our food orders. We had to order multiple times via different people?? I was in a league here years ago, and though not as fancy as it is today, was run a lot better then. Not a fan of this place anymore. read more

We arrived around 10pm and was met by the front desk receptionist with an attitude. We were informed that the closing time is 12pm. So we paid for 10 games for 5 people. At around 11pm, the TV screen says the business will be closing soon and we should ask the people about it. So we asked the front desk and was told we can finished the game because we were already playing the second last game in frame 5. At 11:15pm, they turned off the games. We had to leave. I was tempted to ask for a refund at least for the second game. But I don't want to argue with another body with an attitude. I can understand why they have very few customers. If it is not the only one around that area, I will never go there again. If they want to go home early, they should just tell us they are closing and we won't have enough time to bowl. We had a private bar set up, but they only had 1 bartender to serve 40 people who were all schedule to arrive in a short window of time, while at another bar, that we were told we could not use they had 2 highly under-utilized bartenders. The food, while very good, was not replenished as it was supposed to be, was not served in a timely manner, and set up in a prolonged and piecemeal manner. I would NEVER recommend this facility for any event. read more

Hello Melody Uhlig, William is a TERRIBLE "manager". My friends and I had a HORRIBLE experience with him. We never had a server tell us what time the kitchen closes and I tried ordering nachos which something very simple and easy to prepare. I went up to order at exactly 11PM on the dot which is exactly when the kitchen closes and he refused to let me. I spoke to the server and she asked the kitchen cook and kindly asked him if he could prepare nachos for us and he gladly said YES. We waited a couple minutes only to find out that the "manager" went to the cook and rudely tells him not to make our food! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?! When I asked him why he said "because I'm the manager that's why" ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. William needs to be terminated from his job as soon as possible. He was extremely rude and obnoxious. I have been coming to this bowling alley for over 10 years when it was Brunswick and before it was even remodeled and had a name change and have never experienced anything like this. Would give it ZERO stars if possible. read more

I planned a corporate event at Bowlero for 500 people. The staff was a pleasure to work with, and everything ran very smoothly. Most notably, the food was great! Perhaps they are working diligently to overcome the negative reviews I see posted here. If you have had a negative experience, perhaps give it another chance.
