This was our first experience with Box Appliance and I'm totally impressed -it was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Scheduling and notifications about when our technician would arrive were informative and timely. Francisco was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional. He kept me updated as he diagnosed the problem and repaired our old Sub-Zero stand alone freezer. After replacing the broken part he replaced all the items he'd removed from our packed stand alone freezer in the correct order - wow! I love Box Appliance for servicing my Wolf range and SubZero fridge. Each technician comes in fully knowledgeable about my appliances thus addresses the problem swiftly and efficiently. Love that they are respectful and come in with foot covers and a tarp to protect the floors from their work and tools. They also have recommendations on how to prevent issues going forward. My only thing is I wish they could come sooner. I think they are so busy (not surprised) that it can sometimes take a week or so for them to come out. But they are worth the wait! read more

He laid towel on our kitchen counter to place his tools while working on our Wolf microwave. The Wolf microwave we got had a problem with the computer board out of the box. We performed a kitchen renovation last year. Everything was great except for a minor dent in the door of our Sub Zero fridge. Getting this replaced was a long lead item due to all the supply chain issues, but it was not a major problem so we had to wait a few months for a replacement door. Once it finally arrived, Box was great at scheduling the appointment, great communication on when they would be coming out, where we were in the day's deliveries, letting us know when they were on their way, when they arrived and when they were done. Their tech Jesus and his helper who showed up to replace the door were fully masked, wore booties, were professional and respected our home. They were quick and efficient and did a great job. I had an issue with my 15 yr old Wolfe Stove as I had an igniter issue on one of the burners... I contacted Box Appliance and spoke to a Live Person ( Nikisha) who was cordial and took down all my information and set up a next day's service call... I like that they stay in contact with you on the day of service and provide the Tech's name and ETA. Jeffrey responded at the appointed time and after troubleshooting the problem, gave me a quoted price. The problem was an igniter Control Box on the back of the stove and he also replaced the igniter on the burner in question. The price was reasonable considering how expensive Wolfe stoves are. He completed the installation in a professional manner and had a really friendly personality. I watched the install and would recommend Jeffrey. Very satisfied. Go with the authorized service and not some knockoff. They may find you discounts or suggest calling the manufacturer to ask for discounted/comped parts. That worked for me with Subzero even out of warranty, and made my legit authorized repair cheaper than the non-authorized quotes and avoided voiding any remaining manufacturer coverage. William rebuilt my Subzero fridge compressor and also replaced my ice maker. Both well done it seems. Highly recommend William. This is for the south bay area. read more

I just had my Wolf burner knobs fixed because of a recall. Francisco from Box Appliance was wonderful! We cook a lot and it was so so messy when he took it apart. He vacuumed up all the food and wiped it clean then he fixed all the knobs with the recall part. As he was performing the recall fix, he quickly noticed a problem we had with a burner igniter and repaired it. Wow! He could have just installed the part in the knob for the recall but instead left me with a super clean fully functional stove. Exceptional service! read more

Wait time to schedule him can be longer than I'd like, but that is surely the result of short staffing during COVID.
