Bought a mattress from them last year, initially we were happy with it. The mattress began to sag on one side just about a year into ownership. Within a few weeks the entire side collapses when laid on. They say there is a warranty however...at some point the manufacturer tag has been pulled off... So they won't help. I understand to a point but good customer service would be to offer some sort of solution to make it right...not throw your hands up and say not my problem These guys are nothing but used car salesman. read more

One of my worse customer experience ever, I had purchased 2 mattress from them on March 10, 2021. I opened one and find that the stitching was loose and wasn't aligned, I reported it to the manager, asked for an exchange and was declined. After numerous chats with the manager, then the owner, they wouldn't let me exchange it...Now I have to go to small claims court to get it resolved. I went and I had an okay experience. They were a little iffy on the actual prices which made me feel like they were trying to get over on me. Either way I paid less than I intended to pay. Please note it was $50 for delivery to your door. I'm a single gal so I had to pay an additional $50 for Setup and to bring it to my upstairs room. What I paid? $80 for a full mattress but $180 for a full mattress and frame. I bought two ($360) and ended up paying $466 (tax included) for delivery and setup. ‍ The setup guy was prompt and professional. read more

My husband and I were visiting friends from out of town when they told us about this place that they bought a new mattress from that they loved. They knew we were looking... I'm ashamed to say it's been at least 18 years since we've gotten a new mattress, they're so expensive..and we have been putting it off. Our friends told us it was a discount store... like half the price so we gave it a shot. I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first. It's by appointment only and the building is really tiny and small, but the owner-Gary, seemed super cool on the phone, so we went over there. There were probably 10 to 12 different mattresses, more than enough to choose from. I even had trouble choosing and Gary let us come back the next day to test them out. My husband and I switched from an ordinary mattress to a memory foam... the one we picked out was called the 'Sapphire sleep silver ice'. Two words for you 'pure bliss'. As a follow up...its been two weeks of us sleeping on this mattress. BEST SLEEP WE HAVE EVER HAD. Seriously, if you need a mattress, this is a no brainer, We are loving the new mattress! Jaime personally helped me with my purchase, I had made an appointment online through their Facebook and went from there. She was kind, courteous, and above all else she was NOT pushy! Quite a few of the places I had shopped around at before had been 'vulture-like' with their sales techniques and it put a damper on everything I did. I had mentioned needing a bit of time to get together a payment and they not only gave me as much time as I needed (with no harassment!), they gave me an amazing deal on my dream bed and frame with a 90-day affordable payment plan. I just moved up from Hawai'i and had no idea where to go for the best deals and the best quality. Then I crossed paths with Gary, who happened to own this company. He gave me his business card and I held onto it. The following week, my mom and step dad were looking for a bed for their guest room and I showed them the business card. We looked it up and decided to drive down to check it out. The location was convenient and the prices were the best I've found (til this day). My step dad found a matress he loved and we purchased it that day. It was quick, easy, affordable and they even delivered. Gary is down to earth, attentive and actually listens to customer needs. He didn't try to push the most expensive item. Instead, he listened to what my parents were looking for, then made suggestions according to their needs. The customer service was fantastic and timely. My partner and I have been staying in the guest room while we wait for our place to be ready and it's literally the most comfortable bed I've slept on...ever! I'm highly upset with this company right now I order a mattress box and I have yet to receive my product and now they wont let me cancel my order this is outrageous if I wanted to get scammed I would've went to craigslist they lack proper communication skills and the basic needs of a functioning business and I hope no one else waste there money and until they make it right I wont be fell any differently about there business !!! LOVE my new mattress. It is so comfy and soft. The quality is great-- 12 inches of gel and memory foam with a cooling element. Gary made the process stress-free and easy.
