Our apartment had not been professionally cleaned in the entire 4 years we have lived there. When we found out we were expecting a puppy, we needed to get the place cleaned ASAP(we only had two weeks before puppy came home)!!! I was able to schedule a cleaning on BR performance's website SUPER EASILY!! Their website is super user friendly and I was even able to add a carpet cleaning on to the appointment as well!! The price came to $470ish and I'll tell you, I was a little hesitant at that price because our apartment is only a 1 bed 1 bath. Let me tell you- IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Two wonderful workers came right on time and instantly got to work! They cleaned places I would have NEVER thought to even look!! And my carpets smell fresher than they have in years!!! My apartment hasn't been this clean since we moved in!! I feel like I'm in a brand new space and it makes my head feel so clear! Let's be clear you're making up stories. It's updated because you failed to do your job. I told you all in two or three occasions to update the phone number and you failed to do that. Your representative was bullying me when I called about all this stuff. So no I didn't update it because you sent people who were clueless as me. You're a horrible employer that needs to treat their employees much better as well as have your people treat their customers with decency. So our original cleaners quit and I don't blame them. We got replacement cleaners sent to our house and I was not notified. They keep messaging my husband whom I told them not to manage because he doesn't check his phone during the day to work calls. The new cleaners had no clue what to do. They didn't even understand me. It was all so very confusing and no clue what to do. read more

*7/21 Update* - I went back to my condo to show our tenants and the hardwood floors were very sticky and still filmy. What kind of products do you use!? I'm so unhappy. Situation: 2 Bdrm 2 Bath condo, Heavy Duty Move Out Cleaning, $379. The couple who cleaned our condo was a very very nice couple. They arrived on time. They listened to my wants. Result: Overall, the cleaning did not comply with the rate I paid. After a not-so-great cleaning with another company that was cheaper ($200), I decided to splurge on BR Cleaning in hopes that it would be a better job because I paid more, right? I saw all the awesome 5 star reviews on Yelp and I was encouraged. But no, it was not worth the $379. For $379, the shower/bath floors should have been scrubbed a bit more. I saw black specks that I knew I could get out myself but I left it there for the cleaners to handle it. My hardwood floors had a lot of streaks and marks on it. I could have gotten the same quality work at a cheaper price, then maybe I wouldn't have been so pissed at myself for paying ~$400!! Unacceptable. I wish I was more vocal to the cleaners, but honestly, I really really did like the couple and after 3-4 hours of cleaning, I didn't have the time or the heart to tell them. So I'm letting YOU know how I feel. It's just not worth the money. I've tested this business and I'm going to either do it myself or go with someone ~30-50% of the cost. read more

Started off with two employees quoting me different prices for the same service. Once a price was confirmed the scheduling was easy was the two cleaners that showed up with super nice, respectful and on time. However, some things weren't cleaned as they were said they would be. The forgot about my kitchen cabinets and when I called back they only offered a 5% refund. I feel like they should have done better. I am/ was completely satisfied with the communication before the service as wells as the cleaning service itself. They contacted me before our agreed upon start time and asked if they could come earlier (which I totally appreciated). We hired BR to perform pre move in cleaning. Very very disappointed with their performance. Not sure if they did any cleaning on my laminate flooring. When we walked on the floor our feet all turned black - see my son's feet on the picture. We now have to find someone to clean the floor again, after paying 400 and unsure what their team did. We had hired the services for painting and cleaning. The work was great overall. Silvio, Raphael and Weverton were very helpful and accommodating of our requests. The communication was pretty smooth. For the downsides- They were about 85% detailed, but we had to come in multiple times and review the work and point out spots were the painting was not done at all or was not proper. In the end we still found a couple spots in the house where the paint was just coming off. Also we had opted for basic cleaning services for the house after the painting, and instead of a team of 4, we only saw one person trying to clean the house while the painting was finishing, and the next day. There was a lot of dust all over, and we had to request to clean those places again and again. Most of the things we asked to be clean were in their "deep clean package", but even the things they should be cleaning in the normal package was not properly cleaned. So we were not satisfied with the cleaning service as it was too much effort and still ended up not up to the mark. I would recommend b r performance cleaning, but with a grain of salt. read more

The cleaners arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, we gave them a tour and they set straight to work. The cleaners paid careful attention to detail in areas that we pointed out as needing a little extra cleaning. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the quality and detail of the crew. My wife is a stickler when it comes to housecleaning, and has an annoying talent for very quickly identifying any surfaces or hidden nooks and crannies that escaped the reach of the sponge. So I was fully prepared for her to find some fault with the job that the crew performed.
