Ok they said they had to order the glass, cool so that put the replacement back a day... no sweat. The gentleman show up Thursday as shared. Get there with the wrong window. He comes and tell me I have an extended cab... no sir I do not I have a standard cab sir. No you don't you have an extended cab. Sir I know what I bought extended cab has room for a seat brother no one can sit back here. Long story short. Wrong window bought only for them to email me and say your window can not be purchased or ordered. Well I just saw the window for 175.00 lol. Total waste of time. I wouldn't call them... especially seeing as thought they can follow simple directions and don't know what windows to order when they have clearly been shared with what is needed.

Upon completion and inspection, I notice a deep horizontal scratch across the entire window. He apologized, said he would reorder and reinstall. Never heard from him again. I got tired of following up. And that was that. I never did a negative review, I got what I paid for. Fine. However, a few months after he installed the glass, my side door panel separated from the base and is not attached. That I could not take. I never reached out for him to fix it because if he didn't keep his word on the glass replacement that came damaged, why would he fix his faulty install? Now that I'm getting a new car and have time to review after waiting a year for a reply, I Do Not Recommend this business. Do not support this business, especially if you have a luxury vehicle. The money I spent in fixing this after the fact, I could have spent upfront at the dealership to have it done correctly, under warrantee the 1st time.

I did not expect the Georgia weather to turn something so small into a 12 inch crack. So I had a bit of an issue. Everyone I spoke to wanted 360-450 for a replacement window on such a little car. I refused to accept that, and that's when I got in contact with Kieth. He was very responsive, followed up with me when other companies would not and worked with me to find the best day for him to come out. He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service.
