He went to assess my car and gave me a run down of what was needed along with his recommendations which matched a service report I received from my dealership but at a much more reasonable price especially during these times when gas and groceries are at an all time high. Unfortunately, car maintenance is not something you can neglect or else it turns into much more expensive problem. They are located across from Costco. I researched Yelp and came across Brake Pro's for my new brakes on my BMW X1. The brake light had just came on. I saw the great reviews and called Jonathan. The call with Jonathan convinced me that this was the place to go. I went and they did not disappoint. Jonathan did a great job and was very thorough in explaining everything and most important, he was honest. He will not do anything that is not needed. He had to do pads and disc replacement on the rear, but the front only needed pads. Most places would have done a full pad and disc all around. It saved me in the overall cost. I initially requested a quote from several places and Jon responded promptly and was super informative and helpful. My vehicle was making a grinding sound & I believed it was my brakes. After I met with Jon, he actually walked me around my vehicle showed me the damage to my rotors and my break pads. Jon was able to save my rear rotors and replace my front rotors and break pads on all four tires.
