He went to assess my car and gave me a run down of what was needed along with his recommendations which matched a service report I received from my dealership but at a much more reasonable price especially during these times when gas and groceries are at an all time high. Unfortunately, car maintenance is not something you can neglect or else it turns into much more expensive problem. They are located across from Costco. Jonathan gave me an option of either waiting or walking across the street to Costco. He also offered to walk my cart back if I decided to do some shopping. Super sweet and amazing customer service. I researched Yelp and came across Brake Pro's for my new brakes on my BMW X1. The brake light had just came on. I saw the great reviews and called Jonathan. The call with Jonathan convinced me that this was the place to go. I went and they did not disappoint. Jonathan did a great job and was very thorough in explaining everything and most important, he was honest. He will not do anything that is not needed. He had to do pads and disc replacement on the rear, but the front only needed pads. Most places would have done a full pad and disc all around. It saved me in the overall cost. I initially requested a quote from several places and Jon responded promptly and was super informative and helpful. My vehicle was making a grinding sound & I believed it was my brakes. After I met with Jon, he actually walked me around my vehicle showed me the damage to my rotors and my break pads. Jon was able to save my rear rotors and replace my front rotors and break pads on all four tires. I was super grateful Jon had the availability when he did as I commute for work and there have been constant flood warnings. My brakes were grinding and I was afraid to drive my car anywhere. On Saturday, I set up an appointment online with Brake Pro for Monday morning at 9:00am. When my Honda dealer said my brake pads were close to end of life, I decided to get a second opinion from Brake Pro's and I'm so glad I did! Jonathan did an inspection and found out that the front pads were closer to end of life but not the back so I just replaced the front ones. Jonathan also tried to re-use the disk but after taking the car on a trip, the front brakes started to make noise so I reached out and was able to take the car in the same day! I ended up replacing the disk as well (Jonathan mentioned that once in a while new pads don't quite work with an old disk) and that solved the problem. Throughout all of this, I always felt that Jonathan was providing honest advice (which is very refreshing, compared to dealerships that try to upsell at every opportunity...), good prices, were very good regarding time estimates (I waited for the car to be done on both instances) and the brakes are working great! All in all, this was a great experience and I definitively plan on coming back next time I need brakes serviced (thank you, Jonathan!). read more
