Very easy to make appointment. Johnathan is very nice and friendly guy and very easy to communicate. I told him to go ahead and replace my 2010 Honda Fit rear brake shoes since the brake shoes is the original one since 2010. But he call me back and told me that the brake shoes is still in good condition and no need to replace it and only recommended to have the brake fluid change out. Had 4 breaks replaced and it was a good deal! Parts and labor less.tham $400. Discovered that the rotors had some burn out so fixed two in the front and paid $600 or so. Jonathan owner is kind and HONEST! I came to his shop to supposedly replace my car's rear break pads not knowing that I didn't need to (previous shop told me I only did front pads, my bad to mention "I don't remember if I did front or rear"). Luckily, I found Brake Pro's and truthfully told me that brakes are still good and all 4 are new; unless I hear some noise or feel some shaking then he'll be more than willing to check again and replace it for me. In my request I stated that I was aware that getting an estimate sight unseen I knew that it would only be in the ballpark. I made the appointment and was met with professionalism and timely service.
