Yesterday, I had a starter die in my car. I called and talked to Daniel, and he was helpful at fitting me into their schedule and even recommended a tow service. I had my vehicle towed using my insurance coverage road side assistance, but he still called to let me know my vehicle had arrived safely. Rick and Nate were very helpful in replacing my starter at a very reasonable price. The mechanic who serviced my vehicle was Felipe, and he has always done high quality work on my vehicles. I am back on the road and driving my vehicle within 24 hours and no longer inconvenienced with a stuck vehicle. I have recommended this shop to many in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. If ever there is a issue, I feel these men work to resolve it, and it shows. I just left this Brakes Plus, and was here because I was told that I needed rear brakes and calipers from Pep Boys on Parker Road. I found out that I was lied to and my brakes still have 70% of thier life left and my calipers are perfect. Worst automotive experience I have ever had! I went in for front and rear brake. when they finally came out they have my rear brakes taken apart I requested them to put it back together they refuse so I went ahead with the brake job found out even after the discount I could've gotten the same job done at Ford for the same price!!!! I had to go back as they did not do the work correctly. Even now my brakes pull and glide. I can't go back as I could never trust this store!!! read more

I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment at 10:00am today, My car was taken into the bay at 10:30. at 12:30 I asked when my car would be done after waiting for 2 hours and 20 minutes. i walked around because of the length of time and then when I called and asked how long it would be I was left on hold for 10 minutes and then afterwards decide to walk back was told it would be another 2 hours. I then leveled with the supervisor and he told me he'd do what he can for me discount wise. Dude took off 20 dollars, for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS of my time. I left at 1:47. even at the register I used a coupon I had been saving for today and forest was upset that I'd even ask to use my coupon after I sat there for so long and the most they wanted to do was 20 bucks but charged me 574(without the discount) and 524 after I decided to use my coupon. Even got side eye from the mechanics working on my car because I did. Maybe try another location, 2/10. 1 being most horrible. read more

I had gone here to see what the damage was on my brakes. When they were done, they spat out an $800 quote at me. I almost lost it. I then went to my usual mechanic and he did the job for $190. They claim that i needed everything changed for my brakes; rotors, drums when in all reality, I only needed new cylinders and brake pads. Never coming back ever again. read more

Uber inspection people told me I needed new breaks. The owner took his time to explain to me the price and what it included. I did not go price shopping but the price seemed reasonable. Also gave me a ride to go get some lunch. After driving for a while the car handles great. Since I have to get rear breaks done in near future, I will defiantly go back!! read more

If it wasn't for Rick, I would be giving this place one star. Rick, however, made this place worth a stop for me. He was as kind and professional as could be. The rest of the staff was rude, short, and clearly could care less if I spent my couple hundred bucks there or elsewhere. Wooow $125.00 plus taxes to bleed the fluid on a tire. I called and spoke to nate, and ask for a simple task the only reason i want them to do it is because i dont have a second person to pump the brakes while i bleed it.. wow they are super expensive go somewhere else if you can.. trust me theres cheaper and better places.. read more

I don't know if this place has changed but they were replacing my brakes if not annually, it was every other year. At least before I caught on to their scam. I finally took my car to Midas and I had no more problems out of replacing brakes every other year. Don't waste your money on these people if they're still scamming folks. You may think you're getting a great deal, but you're not. You will be paying the price if you continue to allow this company to perform the scam repairs they did on me. Horrible horrible customer service!!! I reserved an appointment online for oil change (usually takes 45min-1hour) with pickup time of an hour after arrival. I arrived at time of appointment, saying it would stay and wait, giving them up to 1.5 hour, the gentlemen at front desk said ok. They took my car in, let it sit for 2 hours. I came and check, they said, they had not worked on it, and would get it done after their guys come back from break. Seriously? You let my car sit for 2 hours and went on break, for a service with appointment? With other locations I usually get my car back within an hour with appointment. The guy even said, "I don't know /care how you schedule your appointment, but we only take drop-off" (meaning it can take all day to do simple service even with appointment) with really bad attitude. While I was waiting I heard them offering people repair services that cost thousands of dollars without appointment and within timeframe less than mine. Obviously they care more about money-making services and if you have $40 service, they'll let you wait. read more

I am a 60 year old disabled woman with a 2003 GMC YUKON...that has about 218000 miles on her. She is my only means of transportation and when she doesnt run...well neither do I. Bought new tires for my SUV, so I took it in to have an alignment done just to be safe. My vehicle was handling fine prior to the alignment, didn't pull, and my steering wheel was centered. After the alignment my rear end would skip around when hitting bumps, I had a slight pull to the right, and my steering wheel was off center to the left. I ended up taking it to the Nissan dealership 3-weeks after my original alignment, and they found all 4-wheels to be out of spec. n read more
