He says stops to say oh yeah we are full service and walks out the door. No reason why or offer of future service. Customer service should go more like "I'm sorry I won't be able to do that today since we are completely booked. Can I schedule you a service for another day?" Is your vehicle LIFTED?? BRING IT HERE!!! These guys are awesome!! Super nice, super talented and don't look down on you because you're a DIY mechanic. Nate in particular (Manager) was encouraging me to ask questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I have a huge lifted Xterra with a Titan front end (Diff, UCA's, LCA's, etc) on 35's so the alignment was no easy task. These guys knocked it out no problem on their brand new $65k+ Hunter alignment machine!! They could have taken one look at my rig and said "no way" like a handful of other shops, but they welcomed the challenge. And finally, when we got the alignment completed, it was in spec, but they were not completely happy, they told me how to make some adjustments on my custom UCA's in order to get a better alignment overall. They offered to make the adjustments for a SMALL extra charge, but I didn't have time to stay that day, so they said I could do it myself and bring it back for free!! Really hands down some of the best service I've received and it's not like there was a huge profit margin on an alignment! read more

These guys are great! My check engine light came on right when I needed to pass emissions. I took it to them because they are in walking distance from my job. They fixed everything but my car still would not pass. Back I went and they went above and beyond to do everything to get it to pass. Two weeks went bye and I was back with a battery to be installed. Had appointment for alignment. They discovered problems with front suspension (that had to be repaired before alignment). Not surprising since it is an older auto. I worked with Justin (Mgr.) and several guys on his team who were all very helpful, educational and most importantly honest and fair. They did a great job and the courtesy drop off/pick up (when they had car for 1/2 day) is Excellent Customer Care! I will absolutely return to work with them again. The service at this place is great. I needed a few things done to my truck. Needed an oil change, the a/c had stopped working a couple weeks ago, and my brakes were squeaking. My car is older so I didn't want to just dump money into it, but I did want a/c and the brakes repaired. Grahm discussed some options with me and in a couple hours my oil was changed, a/c belt had broken so they replaced it, and they replaced brake pads and did some rotor work. DONT GO! I own a premium limousine business. I will never take any one of my units to this facility ever again! I first went there to inquire about a sound in the right front portion of a limo I have. I was told it was the right front control arm and that it would cost 650 to replace it. I had others look at it and came to find that the right front control arm was fine. There was a problem in the way a mechanic I had employed, installed the front struts. Had I trusted this place 650 would have been lost. Two, I gave this place another chance, I had rear shocks installed. A few months later I came to find during a quarterly diagnosis check that the rear shocks were blow !Who knows how long it had been driven around and what other damages may have incurred do to the rear shocks being blown. I took them back to brakes plus and they replaced them. They got real apologetic and convinced me that this was a very rare occurrence and assured me that their product is very reliable. 3) I had a fan and blower installed for the a/c unit. very pricey. It now in less than a month after installation works part-time. I called up Nate and this troglodyte actually had the audacity to get mad and told me I had no right to be upset with brakes plus! contacting corporate with this rip off company is a joke. DO NOT GO. I have a policy with my company that if I screw up trips you will not pay for that trip and I will pay for any other means of transportation necessary. Not only will I pay for that trip, your next one is on me! BRAKES PLUS HAS POLICY LIKE THIS WHATSOEVER! Do not risk your hard earned money on this completely incompetent corporation. I still cant get over the fact this idiot Nate actually told me I had no right to be upset! Corporate told me to go to any brakes plus to get it fixed again. the next day I went to a different one, told them what had happened, mentioned that I had corporate involved and was told they couldnt look at it. I called back corporate, left a message, telling them what I thought about them. They will not refund me my money. I will not let them touch any one of my units ever again. This Brakes Plus is outstanding. Nate, the manager/owner has saved me thousands of dollars on repairs. All of the employees I've had to deal with have been very professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help me out. Once, I thought maybe my CV axle was going out on the passenger side. I took my car in and they looked it over and said it was fine but, the mechanic then went on a drive with me so I could tell him the exact noise I thought I was hearing. I've never had a mechanic or repair shop do this kind of thing before. On the same car my clutch went out, very unexpectedly and I was not really prepared for the cost of this repair. I had the car towed to a place down the street and they call me back a few hours later and tell me it's going to cost me $2200, this includes the diagnostic charge. I tell them to hold off and I call Brakes Plus. I end up speaking with Nate and he says he'd have to put some numbers together and call me back. He does and he's in for like $1400 max ( I don't remember the exact figure just that it was significantly less). The price difference is so stark I couldn't believe it and he takes the time to explain the cost of everything, he completely line items out the entire job, parts and labor and he's not rushing me and he seems like he genuinely wants to help me out. So I tell him I'll be bringing my car in. I call the other place back and ask them to line item out the charges and most of the parts are double plus the flywheel would have to be replaced. Nate had told me it may or may not (Turned out it didn't and I think I paid around $1100). The funniest/stupidest thing is when I went to get my car at the other place the manager tells me he's waiving the diagnostic fee. Why he waited until then is beyond me. It should have been waived in the cost of the repair to begin with. Anyways, I can't recommend this place enough. For a person who isn't super knowledgeable about cars it's great having these guys around. read more

I scheduled an appointment with Nate the manager at 3 p.m 6/16/16. I arrived at 2:53 and was greeted by someone who had absolutely no customer service skills. After he stared at his computer screen for a couple minutes he asked "whats up" I said "hello I have a 3 o clock appointment" he said "your not on the books and there are three people in front of you" then he asked if I was sure I made an appointment. I was not impressed by his demeanor so I said never mind and walked out. Mistakenly l drove by the car bays and saw a tech and asked who the manager was on site and was told Nate who walked by at the same time. His first excuse was that they have a new system so if I'm not on the books its the computers fault. If the manager cant book appointments and the first greeting I received was "whats up" then someone's not doing their job. NATE. thanks for wasting my time.
