Never disappoints, such a good brunch spot. The only thing is it's BUSY! so make sure you get there early to secure a table because it's a pretty long wait. I love their bacon how it is thick cut. Everything always tastes so good.

Filming location for the Hulu series "The Lowdown"

First, this place is fabulous in its own right. The food and service are outstanding and the restaurant is trendy and bright. For fans of Hulu series 'The Lowdown' , it's a genuine treasure. At the time of our visit, the series was filming their second season and the street in front of the restaurant was staged to recreate the neighborhood that is the center of the series. Even if they are not filming, Bramble retains enough charm and flavor to be worthy of a visit at any time.

Okay so I'm back again at the Bramble. Heehee! My friend Essence and I had to come back and we brought more friends! We were seated at a bigger table for our party this time by the cutest little hostess. We were hoping to get our waiter Jack but instead we had Ms. Kelsey (who was fantastic). Jesse was at the bar again pouring the best drinks ever!! Now I work the midnight shift for those who may read this and think why is she drinking so early in the morning well it's my evening time when everyone is waking up for breakfast. I had the breakfast fajitas and they were delicious! They give you plenty of food so what I didn't eat I brought home so I can have them for lunch tonight for work. Enjoy all of the food that everyone had and go give Bramble a try I promise you will go back for more!!

Met some friends here for a late brunch. Super busy. Had to wait about 20 minutes but once we got seated things were good. (Really, I was surprised the wait wasn't longer.) Bar service was a bit slow but we weren't in a hurry. Friends love their latkes and they did look good. I ordered the Avocado Everything Spice Eggs Benedict. I would order it again. (It was a bit over salted though.) My regular hashbrowns were good. Our server checked on us often. Cool vibe.

Have you ever heard about a place and thought "I'll never go there, they're WAY too busy!" Well, that's what I've always thought about Bramble. I've been interested Bramble for years but would always hear that it's impossible to be seated, especially during peak hours, so I've avoided it. Besides, Tulsa has a VARIETY of other breakfast restaurants with less wait time and are more price friendly. I held off for a while. By time I went, they weren't even at their East Downtown location anymore. But, on Friday August 8th, I saw an opening. After months of distance, I made plans with a friend to meet face-to-face for breakfast. She initially offered to meet at Wildflower but I to try my luck at Bramble (they're only a block apart). I arrived around 10:20am to check out the table wait. It was packed but I was surprised at how much floor space there was. She came about 5-10mins later and voilà! We were seated in like 5mins after that. As we coasted toward our table, in the middle toward the back, I noticed how the modern fixtures & décor compliment the rustic building: large glass windows, light fixtures throughout and large art pieces to capture your thoughts. We were met with 2 servers, one brand new & a seasoned staff-lady who was showing him the ropes. It was great having 2 servers; it felt like we got twice the attention. The experienced waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu which was great because it was HUGE. Front & back, full of appealing options. Given the capacity of the restaurant, I expected the wait for the food to be super long so when the servers returned, I asked for the Breakfast Chimichanga (something I never had or heard of before). As we caught up, I began to appreciate the ambiance & efficiency of the restaurant. Besides a few waiting to pay, no one seemed angry or displeased. The food arrived quicker than I thought! For prime-time seating, it came in about 5-10mins. Having never eaten a chimichanga before, I was definitely surprised at what I ordered and had second thoughts. It was without a doubt good but I figured the meal would've been heartier considering the list of ingredients that were included. I felt the meal was more crisp bread (tortilla) than hashbrown, eggs, or chorizo. I am 100% taking the blame on the meal because I didn't know what I want. My friend got some combination of eggs, meat, potatoes & a margarita, she loved it. Somehow, Bramble has come to be known as one of the more bourgeois brunch restaurants in all of the land. Now that I've atleast ate there, I can say that it's not as overwhelming as it's been made out to be. Unfortunately I feel like the meal choice wasn't up my alley but I do think that Bramble can be both enjoyable& fulfilling under the right circumstances. I'd be glad to return when/if the time is right.

Tbh is place was great. Food was delicious. Other people commented that the bacon is different and I agree. It's like pork belly bacon, thick and just tastes a little different than typical bacon. Shrimp and grits were great. Our server was very nice and quick. The building is super fun and very clean. I would definitely recommend coming here!

My favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Tulsa. From the vibe to the food 10/10. If you like Birria checkout their birria items or sub it in a dish for that flavah!

    Blueberry lemon curd pancakes

The atmosphere is fun, open concept so it is a little loud. Be prepared to wait on weekends as it gets busy! I ordered the blueberry lemon curd, there were maybe 10 blueberries in the 3 pancakes with 4-6 on top. So, not much blueberry just lemon curd pancakes. Not exactly what I was expecting. I had to track down someone to refill my coffee and when he did it was luke-warm. I finally found another person who brought me a hot cup. When we finished our meal it took 15 minutes to get the check. Service started out quick but the longer we were there the slower it was. Disappointing. This is our 3rd time over several years and each time ends the same.

Loved this breakfast spot! Veggie omelette was great! Latkes were something different and really good. Kids meal options were great. Next time I want to try the breakfast mocktails!

I took a bike ride for brunch on Sunday in my new neighborhood and food/service was decent. Eggs were luke warm at best. I came after a rush so that be the reason the food was a little. I loved vibes and seating options but I will return a little earlier in the day to see if the experience changes.

Good service and great food. Wasn't too busy on a Sunday morning. I got seated right away. The chorizo tacos were delicious.

So mid with disappointing portion sizes and over priced. I left hungry and the service was lackluster.
