Today, we visited one of my favorite cafes and they presented another pleasant meal. First of all, they make the B.E.S.T. Iced Thai Latte I've ever tasted. So sweet, refreshing, and highly recommended, if you're into sweet. For entrees, we ordered: Branché Omelette (ham, tomato, and spinach). This came with toast, potatoes, and a salad. This is always my go-to order and is filling. The the next order was the French Toast. The almonds that adorns this dish, along with the strawberries/bananas, makes it a delicious choice. The third order was the Chicken & Apple Salad. The plate had A LOT of chicken and apple and was filling, as well. The service is ALWAYS cordial, attentive, and their recommendations have always been enjoyable. It'll continue to be on my top three cafés list and is highly recommended. read more

The place is very cute, with plenty of seating. We went on a Saturday and there were a good amount if people there. The food selection is somewhat limited. Staff needs some training to move faster and efficiently, especially given the area competition and volume of customers. This place has great potential. Coffee quality is commercial. Pastries are the reason to come here - we got various croissants and they were so delicious. Food was quite lackluster and lacking flavor, my shakshuka wasn't quite shakshuka but rather poached eggs in tomato sauce with sliced bread. Pita and za'atar seasoning would have made a big difference. Definitely missed the mark, but the coffee and pastries made up for it. read more

Went to Branche Cafe for coffee on a Friday. It's a cute cafe with some seating indoor and outdoor. They are apparently a French bakery, and I have had many of their different flavors of croissants. They are all good. Their coffee is just as good as their pastries. I've had the cortado and the cold brew. I like that they use frozen coffee as ice for their cold brew. Definitely worth going for the good coffee. read more

Good coffee, pleasant staff, and outdoor seating in front. This cafe is walking distance from me and convenient for me to swing by when I want good coffee. My friend and I tried their drip iced coffee and it was great! I've tried some of their pastries too. They have some cakes and other sweet treats available for purchase. They have a food menu for breakfast/brunch/lunch but haven't tried their dishes yet. read more

Nice are parking on street and a lot. Food was really good! Service was good! The iced Americano was good and the dessert selection was amazing! I tried two so far and both were tasty. Almond French toast with fresh fruit is delicious and the whipped cream is on point. The vanilla anglaise is so damn good! Clean spacious bathroom too! Tried the other two pastries mentioned in my previous review. The triangular one ended up being an apple turnover. It was enjoyable, with an interesting twist of using what seemed to be apple puree for the filling! The puree wasn't sickeningly sweet or slimy, so I think it was house made. I believe the round pastry was a cinnamon swirl. It was very light (too light for me), and was unfortunately crumbly dry. As Meatloaf said in one of his songs, "Two outta three ain't bad."! This adorable cafe has an extensive coffee menu which I really like. The barista really understood the difference between a cappuccino and a latte which is hard to find. This place was good until today (July 3rd). I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte and the clerk made a Mocha Latte. I said, "I was going to ask if you raised your prices." The clerk apologized and allegedly keyed in an Iced Matcha Latte at the same price. I said, "So I guess your prices did go up." He then some drink with chocolate syrup. I said, "What is that?!? There's no chocolate in a Matcha Latte." He then points to a photo on the wall of a Matcha Milk Tea." Completely inept with no sense of Customer Service. He then says, "Hold on" while he stands around waiting to speak to his manager. Fort Lee only gives you 7 minutes on the parking meter, so I left before I got a ticket due to the incompetent staff. This place owes me $6.88 refund. They need to retrain their staff or bring back the female staff who normally work in the afternoon. I won't be back until they do. read more

What a treat it is to finally get a decent brunch restaurant in part of town in Fort Lee! Woot woot!! After visiting about three times, decided that this establishment deserves a review. This review is based on their SOFT OPENING. Tried several items on the menu starting from dripped coffee, freshly squeezed OJ, green tea latte, omlettes, benedicts, smoked salmon on baguette bread, arugula salad, squash soup, almond pastries, and few more things. Firstly, love the fact that all the ingredients are fresh. You can taste the freshness! Secondly, staff are super friendly and attentive. And of course, the location is great with a parking space and even more street parking. Even the little tables on the sidewalk is a perfect to sit, and relax with some coffee with the tranquil view of greenfield of community center. Truly looking forward to how the establishment will settle after the upcoming grand opening. Truly excited and looking forward to it! read more

Was excited to try this place, but it ended up being a let down. It was hectic on the weekend, which is fine, but the staff seem poorly trained and are very stressed. Minus stars are not for that, but instead the food portion is very small and the bread was not fresh at all. It was so hard to chew and was not soft. We even ordered another piece of bread to check and ended up getting sourdough. This was hard and difficult to chew as well. Bummer. read more

Owners and managers don't give two cents about customer service. They know business is going well so they will not replace your old frozen sandwich bread for a new fresh one- not for free anyway. The servers were extremely apologetic but owners didn't bat an eye. read more

We went in for brunch yesterday. We tried their Salmon Benedict, Branché Burger and tomato soup. Their food was amazing and I could tell it was prepared with a lot of attention. I appreciated that the servers were very accommodating and friendly even during busy hours. I also noticed they used Caffe Vita coffee which I love for its sweet and buttery taste. I got the iced latte with oat milk which did not disappoint. I want to try the cappuccino and one of their dessert cakes next time. This place is probably one of the best coffee shops in comparison to the other local cafes in the area. read more
