Service was stellar and 5+ star worthy. I love when a business is family-owned and operated, and they have the littles ones working! Teaching them good work ethics and skills at a young age was refreshing to see. They for sure earned their tips! Service from the adults was friendly and attentive. We never had to ask for drink refills, requests were taken care of efficiently, and customizations of food were done correctly. The menu has standard breakfast items, but there are a few entrees with international flavor twists. I ordered the shrimp & grits, but it was served with a sweet chili sauce, sesame, jalapeno garnish, and pieces of hot link (or smoked sausage), so there were a lot of different flavor combos and a spicy kick. The grits were quite thin, whereas it was almost soupy-looking. I prefer my grits much thicker, so the texture really threw me off. I liked the Asian-fusion flavor, but it was overwhelming the dish as a whole because of the runny grits. I would definitely not order this again. My husband and brother both ordered the "benny bowl," and were happy with their choice. The coffee is nice and strong and they offer flavored creamers. Good spot for breakfast. Good ambience and attentive staff. My wife had the Branch Breakfast Platter, our 2 adult kids each had the Branch Breakfast Burrito, and I had the shrimp and grits. Everything was delicious. They tell you the shrimp are in a sweet chili sauce, but the first bite of sweet grits was surprising - very good, but surprising. I have two minor complaints. The Platter should come with toast, to sop up the delicious runny eggs, and while also delicious, I prefer my grits to be firmer, and less watery. I was there Monday morning for a first time group meeting of about twelve or more and I ordered the corned beef hash, potatoes, eggs and toast. I have to say the whole experience was WONDERFUL. I recommend the place. When the food came, it was a large plateful of cubed corned beef, potatoes, cabbage, eggs and toast. Despite the number of people in the restaurant, the service was friendly, timely and the food delivery came out surprisingly fast considering the place was packed. The food was in good portions and tasted delicious. The waitresses were smiling, gracious and relaxed, which was amazing considering the number patrons and activity. The ambiance was clean and modern, and the atmosphere was bustling. Tables are a little close, so don't expect an intimate experience. Food was very good! Sauces made in-house and the fresh ingredients shine through. The biscuits were a tad dry, but easy to fix by rolling them in that house made gravy. My family and I chose this spot to celebrate my brother's birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. We called early Sunday morning to put our name on the waitlist, arrived on time, and were seated about 40 minutes later. It was a Sunday rush, so we understood and didn't mind the wait. We were still looking forward to enjoying a nice birthday brunch together. Once seated, however, we waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We had an 8-month-old baby with us and requested a bowl of fruit to come out right away, along with some breakfast poppers as appetizers. The fruit took about 20 minutes and two reminders before it finally arrived. Our main dishes followed another 20 minutes later. During that time, we repeatedly tried to get coffee and water refills but had no luck. When the food did arrive, it came out one plate at a time -- for a party of seven adults -- and the appetizers actually arrived last. By then, the coffee was cold and everyone's patience was running low. The food itself was fine -- not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. After we finished eating, we again struggled to get anyone's attention. No one came to check on us, offer refills, or bring the check. We eventually flagged someone down and asked to split the bill three ways. Although we were seven adults and one infant, we were charged a large party fee and an automatic 20% gratuity. When we politely asked about the large party charge -- noting that we had a baby in our count -- we were met with a rude response: "Well, did the baby eat?" We were also asked why we were so upset, when we simply had a reasonable question. Even after that interaction, we waited again with our payment books visibly standing on the table and our cards sticking out, but no one came. We had to flag someone down once more just to process the payment so we could leave. What was meant to be a pleasant birthday brunch turned into an underwhelming and frustrating experience marked by poor service and a lack of attentiveness. We were so ready to leave that we decided to take the birthday cake with us instead of cutting it there. This isn't about the 20% gratuity -- we are generous tippers and often leave more than 20%. It's about the principle and the way we were neglected and spoken to. Sadly, we won't be returning. read more

Everything was very good except the French Toast. It was good, but bread was like 2 in thick so I got mostly bread. I enjoy the French mixture and with bread that thick you can get the mixture in the inside. The bread itself is very sweet almost hawaii roll flavor. We was in town for some business & I found this lil place that wasn't far from where we were at so decided to try it out. The waiter was very professional & informative had a smile all the time. He said the place has only been open for a month or so & is doin well which is a good thing. It's really roomy & very clean. Would you go back to a restaurant that has good food but absolutely horrible service? That is my dilemma here. There's nothing wrong with the food, but the employees have really bad customer service. I recently went and I took my puppy with me. We had to sit outside to dine which I was aware of and totally fine with. The issue is that nobody came to take my order or check on me. I sat out there for 15-20 minutes in the 100 degree weather with my puppy before I ultimately decided to just leave. To top it off, the older woman employee is extremely rude and makes snarky comments. The last time I was in, she saw that we were finished eating and waiting to pay, but she ignored us and went around the room to close everyone else out instead. When she walked by, I asked if we could have the tab and she made a snarky comment about me being impatient. We finally got to check out Branch today after having it on our list for a while, and it was so worth the wait! The owners greeted us right when we walked in and were beyond kind and helpful the whole time. Since we weren't sure what to order, they gave us some great recommendations and explained their homemade menu items. We ended up going with the breakfast poppers, steak and eggs with biscuits and gravy, and the Benny bowl. Everything came out quickly, was cooked perfectly, and tasted amazing. WOW!! My first thoughts and impression when first walking into Branch was just that... WOW!! The place was packed! A wait line out the door! Not one person complaining about anything! Fresh, hot food on the tables, people laughing, talking, sharing both food and conversation.... it was incredibly inviting! The smells from the kitchen were addicting - whatever that was, I wanted it! As a party of 5, both Steph and Angela worked for us while working another 8 or 9 tables. Still, service was fast, professional and, to top it all off, fun! Everyone at the table ordered something different from all the other orders. We tried each other's eggs, meat, pancakes, shrimp, grits, salmon... all of it! The biscuits and gravy are a meal of their own! My Smoked Salmon Benny was both hearty and delicate. How is that possible, right? They did it!! For the first time in YEARS, I couldn't finish breakfast! At the other tables, I witnessed Beef and ham steaks, with eggs, potatoes and toast nearly hanging over the plates... stacks of pancakes bigger than the plates!! Portions aren't the modest little tid-bits served at other establishments... these were real, old fashioned, traditional meals meant to fill!! Ladies and gentlemen... I have had meals such as these in Las Vegas, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, et cetera, at three or four times the price!! These were amazingly affordable prices! My experience at this place was horrible. It was a Saturday morning when my family and I decided to try a new place around the area. When we first got there, we had been standing by the check-in desk for about five minutes without being acknowledged. After a waiter noticed us, she said the wait was about 30-40 mins. So we decided to wait, since it was our first time in this place. After ordering our food and waiting for a while, I noticed there was a hair inside my son's burrito. When I called the waitress and told her about it she seemed a little embarrassed, Plus she was so in a hurry as she was to attend all the other ten tables around us. She apologized and asked if we wanted they could re make it again, and I asked to make sure that they would make a new one, and not give us the same burrito, and she said yes, that they would make a new one. And since that's what my son really wanted to eat, we decided to ask for another order of the same thing but to our surprise the second burrito also had another hair. At that point, the rest of my family had already almost finished eating and I felt disgusted by this place. I immediately asked my husband to ask for the check so that we could leave as soon as possible, so he did. The waitress seemed mad about it when we called her for the second time, and she went and got our ticket. Even though they did not charge full price for it, they still charged us half the price for only the burrito. I decided to share my experience as I have been a waitress before and I love to eat good food and experience new places all the time, especially when I don't have to cook at home, but the service and food were such a bad experience. I will never go back to this place. And due to this experience, I wouldn't even recommend it to my family or friends as I wouldn't want them to go through the same experience.
