The lavender: I'm a huge fan of lavender and it was bright, floral and milky, everything was searching for with good lavender flavoring! It was delicious both before and after the addition of the espresso. The almond citrus: it was very almond forward which was bright, and floral also with a slightly sweet finish and almost tasted like eating a scrumptious pastry. The smoke vanilla was served strikingly with a smoked cinnamon stick on top. It was bright, warm, earthy, and slightly spicy on the back end. This drink was my favorite and it the milk helped smooth the notes out completely balancing it. The flight was stunning to look at and taste. Service was SUPERB and educational with local sourcing information. Would I return: ABSOLUTELY!!!

The chai was absolutely amazing, best in town in my opinion. The banana latte was a little on the sweet side for my taste, but the owner graciously added another shot of espresso to my drink to even it out. There are so many interesting flavors on the menu that I will definitely be back to try another one. The eggs were overcooked, the beans lacked flavor, and the potatoes were not crispy at all. We also found it odd that it wasn't served with bread or even a tortilla. I ordered the Number 1 as a torta, and I would say that was probably the best thing we had. The chorizo was flavorful, and overall I'd give the torta a 7 out of 10.
