I have friends that love this place and eat here often so my husband and I decided to give it a try. It was hard finding a parking spot because it was so busy. We took that as a good sign that this place has some great food. We put our name on the list but only had to wait less then 10 minutes. We ordered the gator bites to share for an appetizer. They were so greasy and chewy, I couldn't eat more then one. My husband had maybe three. I ordered the Spicy Mahi Mahi sandwich. The fish was cooked perfectly and the spice was just right BUT again it was greasy! When I picked up the sandwich to eat it, grease was dripping from the sandwich. I had to discard the bun and just eat the fish inside because the bun got too soggy. My husband got chicken wings. He was not impressed. He said the sauce was an ok flavor but he didn't care for them enough to eat more then half the order. The service was excellent though. With the restaurant being so busy, our server was very attentive. I'm sad and kinda shocked we did not like this restaurant. It seems like so many people love it. I have been patronizing this establishment since moving to Royal Palm Beach in 2011. The beer is cold and the bartenders are excellent. Dave & Tiffany especially. The food is typical bar type fare for the most part however recently I was less than impressed. The wings, which have always been excellent, were very small and only meh however I'm unsure how much is due to the COVID induced wing shortage that I've read about. I would have preferred a heads up they weren't as robust as they historically serve, I would have ordered something else. They have an EXCELLENT seared tuna - very fresh and tasty and the beer is very cold. read more

I love going there to relax and enjoy the scenery. Food is great, drinks are good and life is slowed down for a bit as you enjoy your meal. Staff is friendly and will make sure your meal is up to expectations. Definitely a place to stop by and hang out. read more

This place has really good food but every time my husband orders a medium burger, it pretty much comes out well done and dry. Now, I don't know if it sits under a warming lamp too long before the food is taken out or the cook is just that careless... but we've gone at least 6 times in the past and 5/6 we've had to sent the burger back. I came in tonight for a late dinner. I've been to previous location multiple times and everything is great, this location is a joke. I order well done wings, they came out in less than 20 minutes. My wings were not remotely close to "well done". I asked for them to be cooked longer, then a manger came over and told me "18 minutes is the maximum I can cook your wings, cuz it'll burn my oil and I have other things to cook". I work in a restaurant, I have people drop wings for 25-30 minutes and/or burn them if that's how they want them. Then he proceeds to tell me "i'll take a quarter of the wings off your tab". On top of this our fries were cold and completely hard and the celery and carrots should have been thrown out days ago. A manager with good customer service should be hired. I'm really sad we always loved brass ring but the last 2 times we ordered mozzarella sticks they came out cold my sister had taken a bite out of one and realized they were cold, the first time they came back it was the same batch thought ok maybe a mistake they didn't see she had ate some of the one. This time same thing we told our waitress that this was the second time this has happened and could we speak to a manager, he came out with an attitude and we told him what had happened and do they just take the food off the plate and reheat it he informed us that's what they do we told him that she had ate some of the mozzarella stick he said it doesn't matter they will still reheat it and the oil is at 450 degrees and it isn't a problem. A little grossed out we were like really that's unsanitary he said no it's fine and we had already made up our minds to leave and he said what do you really want me to throw those away and make you new ones? We said no we are ok. I'm really sad we used to go every week if not 2 a week. Now I have moved out of the area but still drive down once a month to enjoy brass ring but not sure about that anymore read more

Been there a couple times now. Im big into buffalo wings and burgers. I enjoy the typical classic american food. I heard good things about this place. I tried the burgers and wings. They were good, but think it may be a little overrated in my opinion from what people say and how they advertise it as "best burgers & wings in Palm Beach County". I have had a lot better in terms of wings and burgers but they weren't bad by any means dont get me wrong. I feel it's just slightly overrated. They have good drink specials. Pretty quick service. Me and a friend also tried their gator bites (never tried gator in my life) and actually wasnt bad. Prices are good. I definitely feel you get what you pay for and food is decent. I recommend it if you want more decent food for the price and like good drink specials. I did visit the North Palm location as well which is their original location. For some odd reason, I did feel the burgers were better there. I don't know if they cook them differently or what not but they were better than here. Only downside of the North Palm location is that it is extremely small inside for the amount of volume they get. Also, I could be wrong but the menu seemed bigger at the Royal Palm one. The Royal Palm one is much larger and cleaner but food seemed better at the North Palm one. So both have their pros and cons. So I give both of the locations 4*s. read more

We went with the expectation of having a nice inexpensive meal. While the food was very good, it was expensive. The service was marvelous!! Holly was very attentive and quick! I was disappointed to see that two sandwiches, two cups of soup, and two sodas were almost $45!! I ordered a turkey reuben and was charged $13.50 while my husband ordered a roast beef sandwich and was charged $10. Since when does turkey cost more than roast beef? I was told my Rueben sandwich cost so much because it was an up charge for the cheese and Cole slaw on the sandwich. Oh! And a $.75 up charge to get fries. When I questioned my sandwich cost the girls at the register said it would be reduced, but when Holly came to collect payment she was told to explain about the up charges. I was actually charged the same price as a mahi Rueben. I think this might be our last trip to this restaurant. I understand that they have costs to make up from COVID, but their parking lot is always full so they aren't hurting for customers. I just thought it was expensive for sandwiches. read more

Today I wasn't too impressed. Just got rings this time and I've had it better. Usually when I get an actual meal I get the rib eye and that is probably one of the best I've had. Accompanied with its own natural au jus on the side it literally melts in your mouth. That is one thing on the menu you HAVE to try. Make sure you come early though bc I've come here a couple of times before that the rub eye runs out. read more

Came here year ago the food and the service was really good. Husband and I wanted a quick simple bite. Brass Ring was close enough. Ugh I ordered simple chicken fingers and fries. He ordered buffalo chicken fingers and fries. It was HORRIBLE. The chicken was very salty and the buffalo sauce was hot sauce on salty chicken. The fries were so greasy we asked our server if they were meant to be that way..she responded "I'm sorry but our grease really took a beating today". We left without finishing our food. YUCK! We have ordered take out twice now from here. The first time the fries were cold. Now today 7/18 we ordered lazy wings one hot garlic and the other mild garlic. My order was mild garlic. They were so mild i could have given them to my great grandson who is 1 yr. old. my husband ordered hot garlic. they were more what the mild should have been , and of course the fries tasted like they weren't cooked. What gives? Don"t you care any more because of the covid19. All you seem to be interested in is selling the beer. Won't be ordering from here any more. My girl surprised me and offered to take me out for wings today. A friend of my Tiff, suggested Brass Ring as "The Place" for wings in West Palm. So we make the short drive to Royal Palm Beach to discover the 'alleged' best wings in Palm beach. When you enter, think of Flanagans, Dive Bar, and Ale House wrapped in one. The staff were friendly, the lights dim, the atmosphere country rustic (e.g. Reggie Hammond going into Torchy's) with several sports offerings on the flat screen tvs. As for the wings, expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes because they are prepared fresh. The sauce selections were interesting, yet simple. I had the El Torcho, (thier hottest sauce) with garlic. I asked for a side of maple burboun sauce to contrast the spice. Tiff had the lazy wings which is thier boneless wing offering. The fries were greasy, but plentiful. If you plan on trying Brass Ring go during happy hour, with .60 cent wings. I cant buy in to this being the best wing spot, but it is a adequate diversion for a decent sports bar. read more

SOLID is the word that sums this bar up! I've been here several times for lunch during the work week or after a round of golf and every meal has been spot on. Nothing fancy about the menu, typical bar fair with a few surprising upgrades. I had an open faced roast beef sandwich and it was extremely good. I've had burgers here on a number of occasions and they are always cooked to order perfectly and accommodate a number of add-on requests and they stack them on their in a perfect fashion. Lots of TV's to watch your game of choice and the staff is very attentive, drinks are always full or inquired about having another. Wednesday night is Taco night. Great blackened Tilapia taco's. the Taco salad was a disappointment, basically a taco shell filled with seasoned taco meat. Not really a salad at all. The vibe is really good. It has a Key West kind of feel. Everyone was friendly. Service was efficient. It is pub style food. So, people who care about healthy food won't be able to do much more than enjoy the environment. But, it was a really cool place to hang out with my friends who eat burgers and, nachos. It would be kind if they put a good salad for weirdo vegetarians, like me, on the menu...but, aside from that, it was a fun place. read more
