The other Brass ring in I believe it's lake park is gross. So gross, the people we went with where afraid to order. The waitress even mentioned the differences in the two. Recently came here at night and had a good experience sitting at the bar and getting some food tonight Friday I asked the girl who is manning the reception area could I just sit at the bar and I understood her to say that I could sit at the bar or at the hightops. I sat in a booth by the bar and waited and after 10 minutes went to the bartender and asked for a menu. He started to growl at me that did I just seat myself that I can come in here and seat myself that I had to wait in a loud and aggressive way. When I went back to the girl and asked to speak to the manager explain the situation manager was there he said nothing and the young girl said so do you want to put your name on the list like nothing happened I walked out ,won't be back. I've always wanted to come try these legendary chicken wings and other entrees that I see folks rave about but I have to be honest it wasn't anything of amazing. Seated pretty quickly, our sever was a bit messy and all over the place and it wasn't even that busy. She seemed uninterested and barely checked on us throughout our dining time. Aside from the chicken wings, we also ordered cocktails, mozzarella sticks and a salad. The portion sizes are great and all was enough to share amongst two people. I doubt I'd return to this location, I'm open to trying the other location they have but not at the top of my list. There are other places that have much better chicken wings. read more

I went here for lunch today with some friends bri or bree not sure how to spell it was an awesomely sweet great server we ended up staying and playing pool because it was pouring and we were having such a great time after no doubt the best burgers in town. Everything was great the fries were so hot and fresh and the burger cooked over fire was amazing! I've been coming here for over a decade and never a bad meal. Felt EXTREMELY unwanted and discriminated against at this establishment. Me and my boyfriend came for some beer and wings at around 10pm on a Sunday evening. We were sat directly next to another table in an open restaurant. We ordered a pitcher of Stella as well as a pitcher of an IPA that I can't remember the name. The beer pitchers come out with a ziplock baggie full of ice inside the pitcher. We immediately took it out because we thought it was a little unsanitary and not very appealing to keep looking at. There has to be a better way to keep the beer cold. Next we ordered loaded fries and wings which all came out within a reasonable time and were pretty good. The service-- this is where the one star review stems from. Our server seemed like we were not an important enough table to her to give service too. Upon asking for the bill, we noticed an 18% gratuity was added to around a $50 bill for two people. What restaurant autograts a table of 2? As a server myself, we are only allowed to add gratuity to parties of 8 or more. We felt as if we were being discriminated against due to our age and appearance. Funny thing is she jipped herself out of the tip we planned on giving (which was more than what she received). After that experience there we will never give our business here again, we want to feel welcome in a restaurant-- not judged off appearance. read more

Price jump due to "Covid" is too high for this local restaurant, you would figure since they raised prices due to Covid there would be more attentiveness to masks & cleaning for patrons and staff but no. I've Been eating at brass ring for years now, the chicken wings and loaded cheese are fries are so good. It's something I highly recommend getting when you come here! The only thing is, I recommend coming here on the week days because usually I give this place a 5 stars but today it was not the best at all. We wait for 15 minutes to be seated, we waited about 50 minutes for our order to get here and my wings were great as always! But had to send back the burger because the patty was burned and so charred. (The new burger they made was phenomenal). The cheese fries were also dry and seemed as if they were left in the window just drying, when usually the cheese is melted and perfectly cooked. Also, they charge you for the small cookie for birthdays (I thought most places give you a free desert for birthdays). The waitress, the host, and even the manager were really nice. The vibe is really awesome! The people are nice, the bathroom is literally a poop show, the food is good, but very disappointed about my experience today. I will never return on the weekends. But I do recommend the place on weekdays and this has been my go to for so long. I don't mind longer times, but I do mind if my food is not meeting the high standard that this place is known for. We come to this location all the time. The whole family loves it. Last night was a little disappointing. The girls at the hostess stand were just not doing a good job. They weren't seating people in the correct order. When I got there I was told it would be 35-40 minutes which is pretty typical. At 45 minutes, I checked in and was told we were the next patty to be seated. She then proceeded to call 2 other parties. So I went back inside and asked and again was told I was next. She then called a different party. Fuming, I went in and told the manager and we were seated promptly after waiting an hour and 15 minutes and being skipped over at least twice. With that being said the food was spectacular as always but something was up at the hostess station last night. read more

Great restaurant with a family friendly atmosphere. I was surprised by the courteous wait staff and quality of the food. The music was kept to a level that was enjoyable yet not overbearing and the ambiance was casual. The fries were fresh, the wings were spicy, and the burger were juicy. It gave me everything I wanted for a casual evening. The environment is perfect for watching any sport without the cliche loud obnoxious setting of a traditional sports bar. Love this place. The bar is a good size, cold beer, good prices for a pitcher. The TV'S are wonky, the resolution set on them cuts some of the image off. They are also not HD. The food is good, bartenders are nice. It's a real locals bar, you will see the same people here. Pretty good jukebox, two coin tables. It's cramped but not that bad. They just resurfaced the bar, it looks good. Has a little outside part if you care to sit outside, it's not part of the servers sections, but if you ordered food or drinks at the bar, you can go outside. Always liked this place, it can get rowdy on the weekends though. 21 year olds getting too drunk, and fight over who has the bigger truck. BRP, don't change a thing. read more

I love Brass Ring Pub. Love. I used to visit the North Palm location, but it is not as nice and plus I live closer to this one. I always get the bacon cheese burger and crinkle fries. The burgers are always cooked to perfection and taste amazing. Last night I tried their hot wings (they only have mild and hot) they were awesome! The sauce tasted medium, not too hot at all. The burgers come with chips, it is worth it to pay the $.75 extra for the fries. Happy hour is until 7 pm where they have $6.00 pitchers. The service was great, waitresses were on top of everything and one of my favorite parts, she always brought cold mugs over! Now here is the only negative I can give, but I can't really knock them too hard because I didn't read the fine print. We brought a group of 15 people there last night, 4 children total. They had kids eat free night. We all placed our orders and when the bill came, we questioned why the kids meals were not free. They stated that you have to buy a full meal to qualify. Cool spot! We always stop in when offroading or fishing in the area. Great please to grab a cold drink, an appetizer and hang out outside or at the bar area. Gold Arcade game is pretty fun too, brings you back to college days. Only thing is bar area is usually pretty full and some locals don't feel the need to move down or make space for us "out of owners" lol but the bartenders are pretty friendly so it makes up for it. read more

My family and I really enjoy going to this place. Let's start with the fact the carry Birch Beer, LOVE IT!!! The service is good every time we go and the restaurant is always clean. Sometimes the food can be a little inconsistent, but I would never say it was bad. Sometimes it's really great and other times it's could.
