Have I never reviewed old faithful??? We've been going here for years. Always went Thursday nights for trivia, but since the pandemic, don't know if it ever returned. Brass Ring RPB is epic. Always a great crowd at the bar & most nights full of diners as well. Great waitresses, who work together & get it done! Mich Ultra, always cold, cold, cold. Food. I always get the open faced roast beef on Texas toast, gravy, mashed potatoes & another side, which I rarely get to because of that homemade roast beef! I also love their simple side salad & get thousand-island dressing. I don't care if the dressing is made in-house or from a jar. I love it. We moved from RPB to Lox & there are 2 or 3 places similar to Brass Ring, but will drive the extra mile for this place. Keep up the great work! Covid-19 rates are on the rise in our county. With proper masks and social distancing we have felt comfortable going to local restaurants BUT not today. First let me say we have eaten at all of the Brass Ring locations. As you enter this Brass Ring there are signs that say masks are required. We were wearing ours as was the hostess who sat us in the bar area. Here is where the problems arose. We watched the bartender wear her mask on her chin as she served and chatted with patrons at the bar. We watched 10 customers enter the area and none had masks on. No one was enforcing the rules. When the bartender brought food out to tables in the bar area her mask was below her nose and constantly falling down. She was always touching and adjusting it. We were very disappointed in the lack of concern of safety standards by the staff. On the food side, our server was very attentive and was wearing her mask appropriately. We stopped in for lunch and our burgers were cooked perfectly and delicious. We would give the food 4 stars. If you drink wine this is not the place to go...Woodbridge served out of single serve plastic bottles. Won't be going back anytime soon. I would say the place is a dive but is in desperate need of a good pressure cleaning. The outside tables and benches are filthy and there is mold and dirt all over the outside walls and walkways. I like local dive type restaurants but the outside is just plain dirty. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like! read more

Such an amazing dive bar! The Staff was extremely nice and quick! The food was fresh, tasty and the portion was big! Of course I ordered the famous wings and onion rings and sure enough everyone was right, both were epic! We went on trivia night and it was fun and lively for a Thursday night. They also have pool tables and board games you could use at your table while you wait for your food, which we really enjoyed. I will definitely return for another visit very soon. This place is great for families, date night out or girls night! It's very causal and laid back. It gets very crowded so just be patient because the food is worth it! read more

Pretty disappointing... I've been here several times, and each time, the service and food seem to get worse. As soon as my family and I walked in the door, we were uncomfortable. The two individuals working behind the counter seemed like we were bothering them and didn't even initiate the greeting. We had to initiate the conversation to them. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Unfortunately, I can not remember the waitress' name that we had, but she was super friendly, and her positive attitude made us feel more comfortable. We ordered gator bites as an appetizer, and they were delicious! We were unsure of what type of sauce to use, so the waitress brought us one of each. It was a good thing, because we used all of it! My wife and I ordered lazy wings with fries, and my father ordered catfish with fries, and we all ordered a cup of lobster bisque. We received our food without the soup. When we asked the waitress, it seemed as though they were hoping we would forget about it because it had to be prepared, and she wanted to check that we still wanted it. The lazy wings were ice cold, but the fries were okay. The catfish dinner came out hot and tasted great. We eventually got the lobster bisque, but it was pretty mediocre and not worth the price. Unfortunately, I don't believe that we will be returning here. It seems as though if you're not a regular customer, then you aren't really welcome there. read more

I had a horrible incident in the bathroom with drunk girls that were doing drugs in the handicap stall on a Sunday afternoon. They were very inappropriate and were trying to start a fight. I brought it to the attention to the manager who did nothing. These girls were even waiting by the door to start more trouble (I had my family with me). I messaged brass ring and called to speak perhaps to another manager. No one contacted me. This was 4 years ago and I have never been back since. (I was attending regularly before that.) read more

We WERE regulars. Keyword: WERE. Dakota the "manager" is probably the most sorry excuse for a 'professional' human in a leadership role. Apparently the kitchen can't understand simple tasks and after having our order repeated back twice and confirming it when we picked it up it was still messed up and inedible. Dakotas response was "you should have checked it". Yeah let me open the double knotted bag, dig through 5 containers, one of which is wrapped in plastic wrap while balancing it in my car with kids, 8 months pregnant to make sure the meal that left their establish is correct. He got offended when a woman spoke to him apparently because I was not cursing or rude, I was aggravated at his lackluster response and rudeness. Then he followed up with "now I don't want to help you" LOL!!! Okay. The older manager who is usually there would not tolerate that disrespect or unprofessional and we are highly disappointed because normally the staff is wonderful. Dakota needs to stop being so sensitive and emotional especially if he is supposed to be the manager. We ended up throwing the meal away. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog it was so disgusting. Check out the photo of the bbq chicken breast dinner (supposed to be tossed in bbq sauce) that looks like it has been in the desert drying up for a week with that sad ass loaded sweet potato. The food was very disappointing. The chili nachos consisted mostly of chips with very little chili and cheese. The hot roast beef sandwich was awful. I wish I had a picture so I could share it. There was very little Roast Beef. The Roast Beef was tough and dry. Way too much bread and the gravy was tasteless. Ugh. Not good. The service was fine. Friendly, fine. Depends what you're going for. Regular dive bar , the food is awful but great if you've had just enough alcohol. It's worth coming here for cheap beer in the middle of the week. Lots of locals here , nothing crazy. Service is good, can't complain. It can get a bit loud in here so if you're looking for a more intimate bar setting it's not here. I gave this place several chances for lunch and dinner. I don't usually bother to give bad reviews, but I never left that place with the "boy, that was great" feeling. Usually disappointment in the food and or the service. I am not a sports bar fan in the first place, so if you are, you may like this place. It is sort of a combination of a generic sports bar (like Duffy's) and your neighborhood's local bar. There is a bar area in the back with a pool table, and the front area is tables and booths. The whole meal from start to finish was just a big mess. Orders were wrong, food quality was bad. We ordered a kids burger for my nephew that's 3, they gave us a raw burger, we asked them to cook it more, they brought it back out raw again, my nephew wasn't going to eat raw meat, and I mean still like the same pink that ground beef comes on the store. I ordered a dish and they gave me something completely different. I ended up just eating it because we had already waited about an hour to get the food. My sisters meal was wrong as well.
