We usually come through the drive thru so I can't comment too much on the inside but in a world of high prices and low quality, braums still fights the good fight. I love the ice cream here. So many flavors to choose from and when you walk away you double check your receipt because surely they forgot to charge you correctly. The place isn't flashy but it is a braums and just solid overall. Sometimes I do stop inside to grab some milk (better than the grocery store) or a quick snack from the market and I have always had a positive experience. Couldn't ask for better! Still amazing ice cream! We ate at Braum's all the time when I lived in Texas and peppermint was my favorite (& no it's not just seasonal). Gladly this is one of those things that's as good as ever, and how can you go wrong for a couple bucks for a cone? No frills setting, industrious staff. This restaurant needs a deep cleaning. And they need to better train their reps on how to deal with customers request but back to the cleanliness. There is food on the floors and food on the walls and doors there are drips of syrup that is old all over the store this makes me question the kitchen area. Ok, so the food is great if you can get past the gross and filthy. The service is ok but nothing too spectacular. We came in the morning before 8. You would think that it would be in tip top shape. The soda machine had no ice and the drinks had no fizz. The ketchup had fruit flies all over the pump. The trash cans haven't been cleaned since 1980. Went here to dine in for a burger and ice cream - food tasted good, hot fudge was squeezed out of a plastic bag and wasn't hot....but that was not the worse thing...this place is FILTHY!!! With their amazing ice cream and cones I wondered why they have such a low rating on yelp and now I know. The hamburgers! I got a cheeseburger combo from here yesterday. We dined in. The cheeseburger was wretched, overcooked and dry and so cold that the cheese wouldn't even melt. The fries had no salt and were also cold. Yuck! Plus the service was as slow as a snail. I really don't understand why it takes them 10 mins per car just to take your order. If you are going to this location please have patience because you definitely will be waiting. Incredible value! The ice cream has a great taste, not the best tasting ice cream I have ever had, however, for the amount you get and the price you pay it is probably the best value ice cream I have ever had. The ice cream is still really great, especially the deep raspberry ganache. Seriously though, for $1.99 you get two very big scoops of ice cream. Typically the ice cream places we go to are $4+ per scoop. So we can get 4x the amount of ice cream for the same price. We've been back twice already and will definitely come back again! read more

This was another delicious trip to Braum's! It wasn't busy around 7:30pm on a Monday night, and my friend and I were able to try a couple of flavors before ordering. I tried one of their newer flavors, the Cookie Monster, which was really good, but I couldn't quite get over the blue flavor. I also tried their Vanilla w/Hershey's Gold, but the flavor of the Hershey's Gold was too subtle and it tasted more like Vanilla. We love Brahm's. We stop every time we are in a state that has one. This time we were even happier because they were temporarily featuring green chile cheeseburgers. (It seems that no one knows what green chile is in Florida where we currently live.) The hamburgers are really good and the Chile had a nice flavor to it. I really don't care for their fries which always seem to be a tad undercooked. So if you want to save calories for their yummy ice cream you can skip the fries. With any meal you can either get soda or a ice cream shake. We always get the soda and then ice cream afterward. I don't know what has happened to this store, but the quality of customer concern unless it's for people buying ice cream or burgers has gone was downhill. This is the 2nd time I've had to call in and deal with corporate on an issue that should have been able to be dealt with on a store level, but apparently management isn't capable of doing this anymore. They seem to run out of whole gallons of milk and are telling me corporate is only sending a certain amount to each store and that's it.
