Very disappointing experience at this pizza place. I was clearly told when placing my order that an extra-large pizza would come with a free cheese pizza. The first employee who helped me confirmed this, so I placed my order based on that information. I stayed and waited, but then a different employee suddenly told me there was no free pizza included. There was no proper explanation, no apology, and no effort to honor what I was originally told. The staff gave conflicting information, which caused confusion and frustration. For such an expensive place, the customer service was very poor. Communication between employees is inconsistent, and customers end up paying the price for that confusion. I felt misled and not treated fairly. I would not recommend this place based on this experience. read more

My son was craving for pizza and this happened to be close to where we were. We're so glad we decided to give this place a try! The young lady who helped us was polite and helpful. We were pleased to find that they let us do a half n half since we were having a hard time deciding on which ones to order. We decided on their Luau bbq pizza and the California masterpiece. Great pizzas, great staff- lots of young responsible guys working, it was nice to see them running such a tight ship. Our order took a bit long, I think we got caught mid dinner rush. We ordered for delivery online and they arrived in a timely manner. We got the Gyro Pizza (as suggested by everyone) and the Garden Sausage Pizza. Let me tell you, this Gyro Pizza was amazing! The halal beef was delicious, especially paired with fresh tomatoes and cilantro! The Garden Sausage Pizza was a bit more disappointing. I love this pizza so much that I planned to spend the night nearby on our California road trip just so I could get it for dinner. I then made a special trip to pick up ziploc bags at the store so I could put the leftover pizza in our small ice chest and bring it home to San Diego. This pizza is seriously so good! I ordered the same pizza as I did last fall when I first discovered this spot. The chicken and tomato on the garlic sauce and thick crust is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It's hard enough to find a pizza spot that offers either garlic sauce or thick crust and to find one that does both is practically impossible. I really wish there was a place like this to get pizza close to home because this is a five hour drive through LA for me. Sadly the quality of their pizzas has taken a nose dive! I ordered a veggie, add pepperoni, no green bell pepper. It arrived with Yes, green bell peppers (sprinlkling of olives, tomato, white onion & artichokes). Very tasty pizza on the central coast! We stopped here on a very busy night, and the folks behind the counter worked hard to get our pizza and food ready! The pizza itself was great - we got an XL pizza that was truly gigantic. Lots of cheese and good toppings! We also got a large salad with chicken, and the portion was huge, too! Really nice to have a pizza place with options for people with different diets. I had the gluten free veggie delight with vegan cheese. The flavors were O.K. The red sauce was sweet and the vegan cheese did the job, but the gluten free crust was too hard and crunchy. I noticed the menu said they are known for their signature sesame twist crust, so I'd be willing to come back and give it another try with that instead. You could create a custom, more flavorful pie with their "build your own" option but at $2+ a topping it adds up quick. Pretty basic pizza spot with an artisanal price tag. My partner and I just moved up to Atascadero for about a month now and were eager to find our new pizza spot in our new town. We ordered for pickup earlier this week, a large pizza with Alfredo sauce. Upon arrival for pick up, we confirmed with the cashier that it was white sauce as we didn't here it specified when he repeated the order for us to pay. He stated that regular pizza sauce was ordered and the pizza was already in the oven. My partner and I just accepted it as is, hungry and eager to get our food. The gentleman comes back a few minutes later stating he had them re-do our pizza to match what we ordered and it would be the same amount of wait time. We were ecstatic at the fantastic customer service without us even having to ask! Thank you to that awesome cashier working on Monday night!! You really made our day! The pizza was awesome too. I can't stop going here. They do a great job with cleanliness and masks, with plenty of signage and distancing. But the pizza is oh so good. I have had lots of time to try pizza from places I've been too lazy to go to. Well now I have and I still only want pizza from here. I recommend the standard crust. The sesame twisted crust is too messy and doesn't add enough wow to justify the extra work. My personal go to if you really want to know why I love this place so much is a Luau BBQ add cilantro and tomato. It's SO good, you'll kick yourself for not coming here and trying this sooner. My husband orderd our dinner tonight and specifically requested utensils because we are staying in a hotel and when he asked the delivery girl if they were in the bag she had no clue what he was talking about . He also wondered why there was a 6 pack of soda and not a 2liter- to this the young lady said "oh we didnt have no 2liters I guess." My husband asked her to see if she had any utensils in her car and she reluctantly agreed to look. However had my husband not been standing on the landing watching she would have no doubt just taken off but insted opened up the back door of the car threw the pizza warmer bag in the backseat shut the door and hollered up " Sorry sir, try the Dennys across the street"....
