I hav been going here for years. I love their pizza but the last three times I went the crust was not as crispy as it used to be. I end up reheating it in my cast iron pan when I get home to make it more crispy. The flavor is just as good as always so I am not sure what they are doing that makes the crust different. read more

Came here to do a installation job, knowing that during Covid-19 there is not much choices for dinner, so I call and ordered a Bravo special pizza. I'm overwhelmed when I open the box of the pizza. The ingredients in this pizza is no joking, and I'm super happy that they got my favorite artichoke, and a very tasty mushroom, tomato , and many more. Mmm... a qualified four stars. We decided to take a much-deserved day of rest which naturally meant ordering pizza for delivery. Based on Yelp reviews and a couple of past purchases, we called Bravo ... at 3:30 pm and were advised by the super friendly owner(?) our pizza would be delivered in 45 mins to an hour. Great. Naw-- too hungry to wait, so my hubby nobly offered to pick it up. So at 3:40 I called back letting the owner know we'd opted to pick it up and asked when would it be ready. To my surprise he said our pizza was already out for delivery! What? Prepared, baked and already out for delivery in only 10 minutes? In response to my incredulity the owner chuckled, "Well, we do things fast here." Hmm, now I was worried.... Our pizza (and the salad we also ordered) arrived about 25 minutes later. We'd ordered the Bravo Special with white sauce, and the apple and walnuts salad, both of which were delicious. However, just as I feared, and as many others have posted, the dough was not thoroughly cooked. Popping it in the oven for another six minutes made all the difference but, it really shouldn't have been sent out that way. I feel bad because the owner probably has only one driver, probably didn't want our pizza to have to wait for delivery until the driver returned, and probably didn't want another negative review about long delivery time.... I get it. That being said, while our pizza arrived a little undercooked, after warming it a bit longer it was really delicious. The owner was trying hard to make us happy. Our pizza was delivered in less than the 45-minute projected time. So, in my mind, the solution to this conundrum is to place an order for pick up instead of delivery. And that's exactly what we'll do the next time we're craving one of Bravo's really tasty pizzas. read more

We ordered Bravo to be delivered to our airbnb based on our host's recommendation. We got a half Hawaiian and half cheese pizza, as well as a gluten free Greek pizza and an order of spaghetti. Everything arrived when estimated and hot. The Marinara sauce was just OK... It lacked flavor. And the GF pizza was crispier than I like which is a common problem with GF pizza. I wanted to really like this pizza as much as everyone else does. Other people I know have raved about this place. The first time I bought pizza from here the crust was soggy. So I was disappointed. I decided to give it another try, but same thing, my crust was soggy again. The toppings are good quality, sauce is ok, but I can't get past the crust being soggy. It was pick up, and we ate it right away, so it wasn't because it was left sitting. Maybe I have to ask for the crust to be well done next time..if there ever will be a next time. read more

We ordered from here a few weeks ago and were quite impressed so we tried them again this evening. Took over an hour for delivery (at a $5.00 charge). Pizza was luke warm when it arrived. The toppings were sparse at best (one slice of pepperoni and one half inch chunk of sausage per slice. The delivery guy was friendly,well mannered. This is in fact in Atascadero,not San Luis Obispo. I have been ordering pizza from here for years. The quality has been going down as the price is going up! I called to complain and was hung up on. After being put on hold for 10 minutes, the person on the line said they were the owner. I told him what was wrong and he repeated my complaint back to me wrong. I have been ordering from bravo for more than 15 years with sometimes mixed results but tonight they have hit a new low. Pepperoni pizza had absolutely no sauce on it If your out of sauce then close your doors don't charge extra high prices and then just say FU to your customers. If you decide to order with them, get the sesame crust. It's great. Other than that... over priced and very slow. We called to place an order and got the usual 45 - 60 minutes timeframe. 1:10 later we called and it "was on its way" 20 minutes after that we called back and it is still "on its way" and no offer to check on it for us indication that they really care about the building hanger. We are now at almost two hours from our original ordering time and we have no pizza and it has apparently been in a car on its way for 30 minutes. Won't be ordering with them again. I'm fine with waiting if someone is upfront about the timing but an hour later than expected is pretty poor form for a single large pizza on a Tuesday. read more
