[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is nice. I'm not typically a big sport bar person, but this place was not noisy, cramped, or divey[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We stopped in with friends for some drinks and karaoke.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were already too full to order food, unfortunately, because the pizza looked tempting. The waitress did a good job in keeping us supplied. We ordered the usual ales, ciders, and stouts. However, the menu offered a number of interesting cocktails, mocktails, and frozen drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They apparently have live music events (as well as karaoke) fairly often.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Wow! First time eating inside and wont be the last! I did order take out once before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great spot to watch a game and grab a snack![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was great! Food was delicious! Started with a greek salad and wings then had the marinara Sicilian pie and it was great! Definitely coming back! Oh and the house red cabernet wine was AMAZINGGGGG!

I have no idea why this place has a high review as the food is awful and the delivery service is just as terrible. 10 inch thin pizza and soggy limp chicken wings with no breading. Took over an hour to get here and remind you I only live 5 blocks over. I will never order from here again. Food is barely mediocre and the price is shitty. 45$ for gas station like food

The food was good, but the false advertising was disappointing. The sign clearly stated $10 for a large pie, yet I was still charged $19. The lady who served us was very helpful, but management should update or remove the misleading sign.

I've ordered takeout and dined in. Let me make it clear how outstanding this pizza is. It's May be my favorite place to get pizza on Staten Island. I don't think other pizzerias compare to the quality and perfection of this pie. If you go in to dine it's a good sports bar theme, and there's plenty of seating. I think it's good for family, friends, and date.

meh not a fan good mozzarella sticks went with my family and kids were sick to there stomach after seeing there uncles pizza crust

I wasn't in love with the jerk flavor and the medium didn't seem Too medium either. Also had a Caesar salad that was very good and quite big. Service was outstanding. Of course I'll come back but probably not for wings

The pork was tender, crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. It came with mashed potatoes, sautéed broccoli, and gravy. MUST try! I ordered the lobster and shrimp carbonara ($19.99), and it was delicious. The portion was huge, with plenty of shrimp and an ok amount of lobster. The pasta was al dente. If you are Italian, you might want to skip this dish, but for me it really hit the spot. Came with butter toast. This place also deserves a 5 star rating, especially for the price. The quality of the food is very worth it and definitely above Chili's, Applebee's, and Buffalo Wild Wings for me. We ordered a ginger ale and it was refilled at no extra cost, which was great. Apple Pay is accepted through the table kiosk. The staff are super friendly and gave great recommendations. The place is cozy with wooden and fish themed decor. Chill atmosphere that is perfect for grabbing a beer, watch some sports, and eat some food after shopping. Saw a sign for a wings deal on Wednesday, seems popular. Will be back to try it soon!

Our server was friendly, kind and easy to talk with. The restaurant looks great and has three…read moreseparate sections: the bar area, dining area, and what looks like a dining hall/party room. We ordered the Forest Ave roast beef sandwich and the fried shrimp appetizer with bang bang sauce. The shrimp had a nice crunch, and the bang bang sauce was good, but its flavor was a bit mild and plain; some garnish like chives can definitely elevate this appetizer further! Our sandwich unfortunately came without the bacon jam and maple bourbon, which meant it was just roast beef double dunked with Gruyère cheese. Unfortunately we didn't realize it until near the end, and although our waitress apologized and brought us a side of the bacon jam, by then we only had a quarter of it left which was a bummer. The roast beef was perfectly cooked and the gravy was rich and deliciously beefy, but the extra Au jus was a bit pricy for how little it was, where it came in the same small plastic sauce container instead of a small bowl/ceramic. I'm sure this doesn't happen often that half the sandwich ingredients were left out, so I guess we were just unlucky we didn't realize sooner, but it nonetheless detracted from our experience and we were charged the full price for the meal. Overall The Point Tavern has a lot of potential of being amazing and serve probably the best roast beef in all of Staten Island; I really wish them the best with their varied roast beef selections! Please give them a try and just check your sandwich before digging into it! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

What's the secret at the Point Tavern in Staten Island? They keep things simple! This review is based on my visit this past Saturday Evening - 21 June 2025. Bartender Mike is a true Mensch, if that's even possible, in a place like Staten Island, but he was truly a gem and kept the drinks flowing. This is truly a neighborhood watering hole that is frequented by many, including some friendly and beautiful teachers from the local school across the way. You are struck with an immediate vibe of friendliness and happiness, and visitors to the Point Tavern are truly treated like family. My great friend, "Uncle Anthony," and I enjoyed ourselves sitting and relaxing at the bar. There was a wide selection of draft beers on tap, and the mixed drinks were delicious. Confession: I made the "Shlep" to investigate this "Suspicious" Roast Beef Sandwich. My suspicions were confirmed--amazing, Juicy, Tender, and savory. Sandwiches are made to order and tailored to the customer's likely preferences. The kitchen got it right on the first shot and got me my "Kosher" Roast Beef Sandwich. Trust me, its worth the visit. A+
