Pizza was delicious. All the slices behind the glass looked great, saw some meals being boxed up for delivery and they looked great . Sadly, I live out of their delivery zone and they're not part of Uber Eats. I would definitely be using them if they were. A must stop if you are in the area and love fabulous pizza. read more

This is by far the only good pizza place on Staten Island the pizza/pasta/and sandwiches here too even the poor excuses for brick oven pizza they have here. The place isn't overly flashy or to run down and the service is quick and simple. The best things here are the pies and claim/meat sauce pasta. read more

Used to have good food, but not anymore. Ordered 4 pies, and all were like eating flat tasteless cardboard. Not only was it terrible but we didn't even receive the correct order and had to convince them to make good on what we paid for. Bad experience - will not order from them anymore. The worst pizza order I ever had. I assumed that if I ordered a pie it would be freshly made. Instead, I got something that was made at least a couple of days ago and reheated. The crust was stale, the cheese was dry, there was not enough sauce and it tasted like nothing. I am never ordering from that place again. read more

Panini and fries use to be so good... but don't know what happened after renovation?? Got usual order and it didn't look like panini no more and didn't taste as good. Place is nice and convenient since I am from the neighborhood. Lunch specials are the way to go if working from home. Only negative side is the girl working in front. Rude and obnoxious. When arriving to pick up, is texting and not paying attention to what she is supposed to be doing. One of the cooks would have to tell her to attend the customer. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not only is the pizza disgusting with sour sauce, the customer service is even worse. We ordered 3 pizzas last night, one was half pepperoni AND onion. Of course it was incorrect, with half pepperoni and half onion, but the counter girl on the phone was insistent that I was wrong and continued to hang up on us 3 times when we called back, they claimed they had phone issues. They also claimed they had no manager on to talk to us. We actually brought the pie back to be remade and it took 20 minutes- low and behold the phones worked the whole time, and there was a manager there!!!!!! The people taking orders are incompetent and cannot comprehend anything other than a large cheese pizza- one time we asked for a vodka chicken parm wrap and you would've thought I ordered a 5 course meal by the confusion. The delivery guys are nasty too. There are much better pizzerias in Dongan Hills to order from. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. my delivery took and hour and a half for two salads, but the first issue was they charge a service fee to order online and a $2 delivery fee. ok fine, I called up instead, ordered my food. I had to call them twice to see where the driver was. Once the driver arrives, I asked if he gets that $2 that they charge for delivery he advises me that he does NOT. so I tipped him $4 to come half a mile, plus the $2 the owners get which is poor management and greed. Oh also the salad was almost $12 and was a small size. RIP OFFS AND GREEDY, will not be ordering again! read more

I ordered a heart shape pizza from here on Valentine's Day also a grilled chicken Cesar salad. I ordered from here before they always had average food. But that day I got my pie it looked horrible and it was a deformed heart and did not taste well I paid extra for the shape and it looked horrible. The salad came which chicken that looked like it was heated up from the day before. It was hard and brown on the edges my children spent the rest of the day in the bathroom. Wait time - 4/5 - The order was for penne with marinara for 6 with 6 meatballs, a side of ricotta, and an order of Pasta Caprice made with pesto and gnocchi (a custom order). The food was ready in 30 minutes which I found to be a reasonable amount of time considering the order size. 2. Food quality - 3.5/5 - The food was good, not particularly special. The penne and meatballs were solid, but nothing standout flavor-wise. The pasta caprice with pesto and gnocchi was better, with a nice savory flavor, but a bit on the salty side and so oily that I had to drain it. Overall, solid food, but the lack of freshness was obvious. 3. Portion size - 4.5 - With 7 people who ate at least 2 portions of food each, we had a little over 2 portions of penne left over. 4. Value - 4 - The overall total was about $105. At around $15 per person, this was a pretty satisfying meal with leftovers. It's not the BEST pizza around but they have a nice vodka sauce slice and different varieties and there used to be this cute European guy that worked behind the counter whom I'd flirt with every time. So I'm new to Staten Island. I ordered food online because the hours on the menu says Fri & Sat 11am-11pm. Order food last night around 940pm..Friday night...never received my food but they charged my account. Ok ..not a big deal if I wasnt starving. I would've drove there, I'm right up the street. I am giving only 2 stars because while the food is great the staff is not. Rude and unpleasant. Especially the delivery guy. Also the order is ALWAYS wrong. How many times can you order the same exact thing, the same exact way and it gets screwed up? Really wish they had better customer service because I would still be going there. Also, when was the last time they updated their website? The prices are wrong and they have specials on there that they don't even offer anymore and when you order them they say "were not in charge of updating the website" how about I don't care, if its on there you should honor it. read more
