I called Brea Plumbing and they sent Austin out right away. He said nothing was wrong with the faucet but installer still would not install washer. My son installed it. On May 26 we had these guys come out to replace and re-pipe our mobile home unit very simple one bathroom one kitchen, and one laundry room. They took over 12 hours and couldn't finish the job. The guys were polite about it that they broke their tool when they were trying to finish the job and they couldn't do it so they would come tomorrow morning to finish the repiping project. Had some issue the owner was able to solve. I think the owner came out. Andrew the employee was bad attitude next day but The owner is a nice guy, very confident person and took care of the problem with Andrew the employee and they handling the completion like pros. But his HR isn't hiring the best candidates for his company. Watch out for Andrew the employee. read more

We recently moved into a new home during an unusual cold spell. We immediately learned that our heating unit was not working which made for a very uncomfortable morning. As we were approaching the holiday weekend, we were a little concerned, it would be difficult to find help, but when we called their office, they were able to dispatch a technician within a few hours. Tony arrived in quickly identified the issue was our thermostat and replaced it on the spot. We were in the middle of a move and I let him know that he did not need to clean up the minor drywall dust that was created, however, he did not take the easy way out. Hot water wasn't available early in the morning. I tried to reset the water heater but the pilot wouldn't hold a light. Called Brea/Orange County Plumbing HVAC and they arrived in less than an hour. I called Franz and he is getting it fixed!!! Thank you so much! I am not sure how this company has stayed in business for so long. They have been to my apartment six times to diagnose and replace the air-conditioning unit. It took them over three visits to complete the install. Highly recommend this company! We have been having issues with our AC unit every summer for the past 4 years, every year we have someone come out adjust a few things and call it good. Paul came out to take a look, fixes our refrigerate levels, explained why it was low, gave us some pointers on how to keep the AC unit good, including how the unit is probably too close to the fence and causing these recurring issues. His partner Erik was helpful as well, even though his part is the plumbing he was learning from Erik, and helpful to make the process quick and easy. These guys were funny, personable and EXTREMELY helpful. Oh and they worked with our busy schedule too! Came at the end of nap time and were able to work without waking up the babies! We had an extensive bathroom remodel in progress and called on Brea/Orange County Plumbing to handle all the plumbing needs. Freddy showed up on time, geared up and ready to go. He fixed our existing main line issues (which was a can of worms once revealed), added hot and cold water lines, and set up for drainage to a new shower and sink location. He also took on the addition of a new digital valve which required a bit of research, but Freddy was up to the task. We have been using Brea/OC Plumbing for several years now. It is so refreshing to know that I can make one call and know my plumbing problem will be fixed efficiently and right the first time. Recently we had a leak in a pipe that was patched from another service several years ago. I was told by the other company that this was only to be a temporary patch to a copper pipe as they could not permanently fix it the way it was, and the home needed to be re-piped. Brea/OCs technician Skylee met me to view the problem. When I told him what the other company had said he laughed and said they only wanted the bigger job of re-piping and he could fix it no problem. We used this company because the owner of the condo uses them. I would never use them and would highly recommend against it. Three days in and our air is still not on line. They scratched our walls, damaged the Laminate floor, and left all kinds of dirt marks on the walls. That's after a two week delay because someone dropped the ball on ordering parts. Then the woman on the phone gets testy with my wife when she tries to confirm the date. One star is extremely generous. read more

Had this company come out and repair my AC unit which is quite old. I know who needs AC in winter right? Had a couple days where I was fighting off a bug and was running a high fever so I tried to cool off. Sadly the motor to my condenser burned out. The technician (Tony and apprentice) came out and diagnosed a bad motor. Tony same back out couple of days later and replaced the motor. Showed me the motor was running good and pointed out the previous company from 3 years ago had installed incorrect after market motor which was Mickey moused into place with electrical tape to secure the motor. Also the incorrect motor was rated for the wrong RPMs so it was bound to fail. Tony wired it up, ram the wires along the frame without any electrical tape and installed a new capacitor. Really professional work and this guy took pride in his workmanship. I really recommend this company. They called to schedule appointment, called to let me know when they were n their way. Overall excellent service and quite friendly. I would definitely use them again. read more

We needed a $20 part replaced (capacitor) in our heating system. The labor was $165 (takes 10-15 minutes to do this). We were told there was a $110 diagnostic charge that would be applied to final bill. We were charged $276.99. The diagnostic was NOT applied. I called the office to object to this bill. The woman told me she would receive the invoices by end of day and call me in the morning. The call never came. We used Brea/Orange County Plumbing 2-1/2 years ago without issue. Things have gone down hill, apparently. We WON'T be using Brea/Orange County Plumbing, Heating ever again. read more
