Definitely the best vegan banh mi I've ever had, and up there in terms of the best vegan sandwich I've ever had. I ordered a chicken salad from Bread Apeel through NextDish. While eating, I discovered pieces of napkin mixed into the food. They weren't obvious at first--I only noticed them when I was nearly done. It was disgusting and made me seriously question their kitchen hygiene. I also want to note that I am usually not a veggie sandwich kind of gal, but the veggie Pate that is in the veggie sandwich is something I would pay top dollar for! You are getting fresh, quality ingredients, and each part is laboriously hand made. They have very detailed instructions for pick up BEHIND La Jolie Nail Spa, so make sure you drive into the parking lot and look for their sign that is taped to the door. You definitely have to keep an eye out for it, but I liked that it's curbside pickup and you don't even need to get out of your car.
