If it's not exactly to your liking, they'll fix it, as I've seen myself on many occasions. Yeah, they can get a little backed up with mobile orders, but that's not their fault. Basically--they're doing their best, the company is to blame for short staffing, and you're buying coffee, not interviewing best friends. I am glad this is my neighborhood Starbucks.
