5th in line and 30 minutes to get a salad. Something's not right about this place. Maybe too confusing for new customers or the model needs review. Salad was decent enough to eat but waiting so long to get it made the experience of fast food not worth it. read more

Will probably not be returning to this Zepplin location. The one in Irving and the one off Hebron are better. The folks know the menu, they are faster (even though the crowds are twice as large) and the quality is better. I've been 3 times now and twice the Nola shrimp were over done (couldn't even chew it), each visit our order has been wrong---I asked for tofu, got chicken twice and the staff is not trained. I love the food and the concept so will continue to go to the other locations, but do not ever plan to return to the new one in the Colony. read more

This is a classic case of paid reputation management. Look at the poor reviews, they are absolutely accurate. The good ones are crafted by pros. Rude workers, ridiculous prices and when I was in there it was empty Friday evening which tells it all. Five dollars for a "bowl " of soup in a to go container that looked like a coffee cup that was advertised as homemade tomato...tasted like warmed up half and half with catsup. In the trash it went. Husband nicely asked them to remove a bit more of the soft bread in the roll and was ripped a new one a very miserable worker. Avoid it ...Boxo Hibachi nearby is great! read more

I love this place because all of the ingredients are fresh and you can get exactly what you want! I've always opted for the salad because I avoid carbs but the zeppelin looks amazing! I have also tried a number of their soups and each one has been delicious! read more

This is a great alternative to Subway or Quiznos or any of those other sandwich shops. They take the fluffy part of the bread out of the middle and leave the outer crust and shove different ingredients of your liking in the middle. I like the concept and the taste! Very good. My favorite is the Atlantis.: grilled chicken, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives,Banana, Peppers, White Onion, Crumbled Feta, Romaine, w/ Greek Dressing. Very flavorful. I tried the Lone Star. I'm not a fan of that one. The steak was tough and the flavor isn't that great. But I'm sure you'll find a flavor you like. It's worth the lunch stop. read more

Great salad. I had romaine, black beans, corn, chicken, etc. A couple of things I would like: a 1/2 size portion because I felt like I was wasting food when I could only finish about 1/3 of the bowl, and better kids choices. Our daughter is not a salad eater and had the chicken tenders which tasted good but the coating was bordering on burnt. The hubs and I will go again without the kiddos. read more

Today was my first time to Bread Zeppelin (The Colony). I ordered the Lonestar sandwich with Hanger Bleu dressing. Got back to work to eat it and realized the dressing was just plain Mayo (disappointing). Tasted more like to tuna sandwich. The bread was good. read more

This is possible the best food i've had in a long time. I've been coming for two months and I can't stop eating the food. The zeppelins are my favorite thing to order. The General Manager Cassidy is so kind and respectful. She saw that my order was mad incorrectly and decided to offer me a free Bread Pudding on the HOUSE!!! I've come here a number of times and I've always been impressed. I came one time 10 min before they opened I was invited in to order. Today I went ordered a simple zeppelin. When I got to the register I have the woman a larger bill then reached in my pocket and handed her exact change. She said "i already entered it in" i replied politely this is exact change. You would just give me a solid bill back. She seemed confused, and gave me change minus 1.00. I politely said that's why I gave you exact change. She looked at me with her teenage coworkers who simply stood there and stared while the gentleman finished my order. Everyone has always been so nice these young teenage girls sat there and stared at me like I was foreign. Standing there not looking at me like I was an artifact in a museum. Quality of the ingredients was good and fresh. However, since I was not looking for the "zeppelin way" for my salad, it was really just a lot of lettuce for a lot money. Unfortunately, the person making my salad was not wearing a hat or hairnet and my $10 dollars of lettuce today also had her hair. Also, the staff in general was not at all welcoming or friendly - I do not see myself going there again and would recommend another location for a salad. read more

Wow from opening until now it has certainly gone downhill. The cleanliness and overall care of food prep has dropped dramatically. I will not be back here because of that. Food still tastes good but as a food establishment you need all things going for it and this does not have it. read more

Great product, healthy and fresh. The online app often times will not let me order for a later time in the day. Also, I have placed many orders via the app and when I show up at the time it says it will be ready they often times have not even started the order. What's the point of the app then! read more

This will be a one and done for me. The "show" is an interesting concept but there is nothing terribly unusual about it. I would call it a cross between Which Which and Subway. Today during lunch I attended The Colony location and did not care for the service provided by (what turns out to be the GM) Travis. (I already have reservations about paying $8+ for a SANDWICH.)  While being checked out at the register, Travis made a point to question the cashier about charging me for dressing I requested on the side. I have two problems with this, I've had here before and have never been charged for dressing on side AND I felt he was just plain rude about it (questioning the cashier as if I wasn't standing there). Truth be told the transaction had already taken place. Also, while my sandwich was being prepared, I notice the line staff about to dispose of fillings still left in the bowl AND on the mat. I requested he add those to sandwich. the line staff looked at me like I was crazy and Travis whispered something to him. I don't appreciate paying $8+ for a sandwich and having to endure such an unpleasant experience. I am attempted to never return (and my co-worker) looking on at the situation wasn't pleased either.
