Met with friends for breakfast! My eggs were super runny although I asked for over medium! Very disappointing!

Very friendly staff. Cinnamon swirl pancakes are delicious. Eggs, sausage, bacon and home fries are good as expected. I had the tuna melt that was very good. Great price and very very clean for a diner. I will make it a regular breakfast or lunch stop. read more

half cooked bacon and sausage that upset my stomach the rest of the day . Waitress was distracted and giving food to wrong tables and waited 40 minutes to get food poisoning. The lady and her daughter at the table beside me waited 45 minutes and their waitress forgot to put their order in and was rude to them when asked what was taking so long . They got up and left when found out their order wasn't even put in to the kitchen . I will never come back here even for a free meal !! I don't want food poisoning ever again . read more

This is the most "turn 'em and burn 'em" breakfast joint I've ever been to. The check was dropped before I got my first bite down. It's so hard to relax and enjoy your meal because the employees are hollering across the restaurant to each other. The place has the feel of a sterile hospital cafeteria and the food is just as bland. If you smother your (stale) hashbrowns in salt and ketchup, you might be able to get a little flavor on your tongue. Breakfast is not hard to do well, so I'm going to chalk it up to laziness. My family waited in line, and were refused to enter the establishment because "they weren't going to purchase alchol". The waitress in-charge permitted the customers further down the line, and refused to serve my family completely. This is simply unacceptable behavior, and makes me question this establishment's choice of staff members and their treatment of customers. read more

THEIF! After being regular customers that would frequent sometimes multiple times a week we were charged for two transactions on one visit. Over 10 days later there is no resolve or desire from the Breakfast Station to make this right. The worst part is the lack of customer service. There was no offer to compensate a meal to offset the double charge. Just a rude attitude. We have had to work with our Bank in order to fight the transaction. I have never had an establishment take more than a few business days to refund a transaction. I believe that this is unethical and shady. This is not how you treat any customer, let alone regulars! Disappointed...had about a 15 minute wait (very limited seating), then served a meal with a cold biscuit (although they did replace with a hot one upon request). The skillet came with not enough gravy, so asked for some extra, only to be charged for it without being told. Only giving more than one star because the staff were friendly. Very unlikely to go back...plenty of other breakfast options in LOL. read more

My husband I both ordered the Depot Breakfast for $6.99, your basic full breakfast with lots of options, and were very happy with what we were served. Everything was hot, cooked perfectly, and we were full when we left! We arrived mid-morning, the restaurant was about 2/3 full, our order was taken quickly and served promptly. The staff was very friendly, and the coffee cups were never waiting for a refill. It just recently opened, so everything is new, it's furnished nicely, it's comfortable, and it was very clean. Their lunch menu looked interesting, so I'm sure we'll be testing that out soon. Very nice breakfast today, thumbs up from us! read more

We were invited by family to check this place out. They called ahead and when we arrived our names weren't on the list so they added it on and advised us we were next. We waited for 15 minutes outside and then we're told they'd need to separate our party into two separate booths on completely different ends of the restaurant. So we did. We ordered but our other party hadn't ordered their food after about 15 minutes of us ordering. We waited another 45 minutes and they got their food. We never got our food after waiting inside for over an hour. Other parties came and went. I started to question what was going on with our food and they advised it was the next check. I advised the other half of our party that ordered after us got their food already. Did I mention we had children and a screaming baby with us? This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I will not be back. I'm sure the food is great because they were busy but the service is horrendous. Good luck. I really wanted to like this place, and I even tried it twice before this review, but it just fell far short of my expectations. First trip was July 5th and I cut them a little slack because it was the morning after a holiday. The food came out cold. The cold pancakes were a deal breaker for my wife and son, but I wanted to give them another chance. This morning was even worse, I ordered the breakfast special: 1 egg, potatoes, bacon and toast, while my wife ordered the oatmeal. My hash browns were cold and they forgot my bacon, which I didn't realize until after we had eaten and I was thinking about stopping elsewhere to get some more to eat, as the portions were very tiny. My wife's oatmeal came out cold and clumpy. The place is clean, the staff friendly, but not very attentive, the prices are reasonable but the portions are very small. All in all not the worst place I've eaten, the food wasn't terrible, just cold, average, and not much follow up service. Breakfast is my favorite meal to eat out, and the Breakfast Station left me disappointed enough, that I won't be back for a third try. read more

We have been waiting anxiously for this particular restaurant to finally come to Land O Lakes as it is a favorite of ours and we were not disappointed! Went Saturday morning and they were packed but the wait was short. Our food came fast, hot and very good! Eggs cooked perfectly. Biscuits an gravy is superb and the coffee was Great and non stop. Waiter Ken was always attentive with a smile however every server offers assistance as they pass by and that's great teamwork that makes the difference! Just not good. Coffee was bad. Felt rushed by the staff. The orange juice was mostly water. Pancakes were bad, the omelet had a slice of velvetta cheese thrown on top. The bacon was curled, fatty and greasy. Their was a line to get in and I don't understand why. Will never return or recommend. read more

It's only getting a 1 because you can't put zero ( though our waitress was nice) it was about a 10-15 min wait which was accurate. We sat down got drinks right away. Ordered a biscuit with sausage grave which came quickly. It was decent. We ordered and it took forever to get our food. We noticed other people who sat after us getting there food before us when we ordered before they even sat down. The waitress kept saying we are next we are next. Got my toast.... still no food. 10 minutes after I got my toast we got our food. We are now in a rush because it's been about 30 min. Eggs- barely cooked. Bacon chewy and cold. Sausage was hot but only ok my husband did like it though so that's just a preference thing. French toast ice cold - would even melt butter. Hash browns warm on outside cold in the middle. And at this point my toast I would have wanted for my eggs is ice cold and soggy because I got it 10 minutes before my basically raw eggs. I want to say what we ordered was a train station and a grand central with the biscuit and gravy 2 sodas and a coffee was almost $40 and I couldn't eat any of it. Instead of trying to fix it we were given an attitude from the manager Stephanie who just kept trying to talk over me to the point I had to say am I allowed to speak?! It was already paid for so we were just trying to tell her what failed today so no one else would have this experience but she has excuse after excuse- we are new what do you expect to it's all new staff to well you see we are busy. I understand it's new but people come in because it's new and that's really when you should put your best foot forward .... instead of making it right we got two $5 vouchers for next time and a hit the road. It's just poor customer service- even new as a new manager having people pay for undercooked- 30 min wait ice cold food should be embarrassing not annoying which she clearly was. I literally left my entire plate of food because it was inedible. And I only wrote this review because the manager clearly doesn't care what goes out to the table because they are busy and individual customer experience doesn't matter. If you want a really good breakfast/lunch for a reasonable price you have to come here you will get your dollars worth. Food is delicious! The staff are amazing! Nice cozy clean environment to be in! Food came out just the way I wanted it and was hot even took some back home with me which I rarely ever do!! Thank you breakfast Station for a wonderful experience!! Will definitely return!! read more
