Went here with a friend. He wasn't really wanting to eat but after seeing the food and hearing from our waitress how they use filtered water & try to avoid cooking with seed oils, he decided to try the biscuits and gravy. I went with the train wreck with eggs over easy. We loved our food. I also tried the iced mocha after the servers testimony on how good it was. I don't normally like the iced coffee's but it was really good. Everything was delicious. I will be back.

Friday 9/13/2024 Came across this spot while using yelp to search for good breakfast/brunch in the area. After looking over their menu, I saw many different items that looked really good so I had to go. I made a phone call pick up order and the customer service was very good: she was nice, friendly, and patient. For my order, I got the depot breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, & home fries) with an upcharge for cinnamon swirl dollar pancakes $11.99, stuffed French toast $9.99, and a cinnamon roll $2.99. - the depot breakfast was pretty standard and expected for the most part: bacon solid, home fries decent but scrambled eggs were mediocre. - The cinnamon swirl dollar pancakes were actually pretty decent. - The stuffed French toast (my favorite item) was pretty good and the whip cream & strawberry mixed sauce made for a nice addition. - the cinnamon roll was just alright. Overall, this spot definitely impressed me as the service was good and the food was better than I expected. This is a spot I would recommend and return to.

Great first time visit here. Opted for lunch, and the fish and chips was pretty delicious. The caramel iced coffee is amazing! A Ray was a fantastic server. The restaurant is much larger than appears from the outside as well.

Breakfast station should be delicious station. First time here but what a hidden gem. Most locals know and adore this place but I just happened to be here from south Tampa. I'll be back! Food was prepared perfectly and the staff is very attentive. Ray was our server and he never forgets! Great server and great food, you can't go wrong!!

Found a hair in my food, manager did not even had the courtesy to come to my table, instead he had the server relay a message. Poor customer service, and shame on the manager who put that responsibility on the server. I ended up only eating the toasts.

This is my husband's and my go-to breakfast and brunch spot! I can't get enough of their cinnamon swirl pancakes--they have me in a total chokehold! And my husband is obsessed with their Breakfast Depot. The service is always quick, the morning vibe is so warm and welcoming, and nothing beats a good cup of classic ground coffee. Just tried the breakfast station for the first time ever. The breakfast was very good price is reasonable and good staff. The only thing that was an issue at all is the biscuits were not all that good and we told them they needed to change their biscuit formula. We come here often, and are never disappointed. Today, we had a cute, awesome, and energetic waiter (Ray) and the food was delicious as always (5 thumbs up)! The only drawback was the fact they did not offer non-pork options for breakfast meats, like turkey bacon or chicken sausage. With the healthy resolutions of the new year, and a population who observe dietary restrictions that would probably be a great addition to the mean. read more

Went in around 11 and only waited a few minutes for a seat on a Saturday Morning. It was definitely packed, very popular place. Our entrees were good and service was good. Prices are surprisingly affordable. We ended up with a $19 tab before tipping. Great considering we ordered lunch and breakfast entree. Will go back and highly recommend checking it out! read more

Heard this place was the best breakfast in town. My view: The waitresses are very attentive, friendly and smiling people. They keep your coffee cups full. The food was excellent, well presented on the plates, cooked perfect, quality of food is as good as it gets for local cuisine. I couldn't find the place but I was hungry and I wanted poached eggs. OMG! The time it took to find it was worth it! The greeting was very friendly. Seating was quick, no wait. The service was great. The restaurant is clean and has a happy spirit to it. The servers were fantastic. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!!! I could not been happier! Some have complained about service but I'm sure they are coming at times when the business is very busy. Can you blame people?! I will definitely come back with friends. I've been here several times for breakfast mostly on the weekends and had some decent breakfast but it seems like the quality of the service and food has gone down hill over the past few weeks. .The last couple of times I or myself and wife have been here both of us had to send food back to be redone. Maybe they changed cooks or something. As far as service goes the last time I was there on a week day I sat for at least ten minutes before I even got a cup of coffee. Even worse a few people who arrived after me were already having their order served I shouldn't have to flag down a waitress just to get coffee and get my order taken. OBTW unless you're looking for cream of wheat do yourself a favor and pass on the grits. They reminded me of some kind of soup. Hopefully the owner will improve this. read more

This was the first time my husband and I had dined at this restaurant. He loves breakfast so he had his biscuits and gravy and eggs. He was so pleased with it. But we absolutely love hamburgers and we order them frequently at different places and I have to say by far we have now found the place we want to have most of our burgers. Our favorite go-to lunch spot in Z'hills. Very "home-towny" (if that's a thing!) The place is always packed with diners but things move quickly so the wait has always been brief. We usually have their Reuben sandwich platter with fries... Just like a New York deli! And the wait staff are friendly and on the ball! Overall, great lunchtime experience! read more

Waited a few minutes for waitress to come get drink order. Came back at 5:25 with waters and took our orders. 15 minutes later she brought out five salads and one soup. At 6:20 she came back to table and said sorry for the wait. Kitchen had lots of pizzas to do?!?!? We ordered pastas dishes, one small pizza and one veal parm. Do they only have one oven? Food arrived at 6:30. It was very good but the wait for it was unacceptable. People that came in after us had eaten already and left. The owner or supervisor should have come over to explain delay. Our bill was $93.04 for three of us.

I happened to be in the area early in the morning with my family, and we were craving a good breakfast something that felt homey, not like a big commercial chain. As we were driving by, I spotted this little gem and decided we had to give it a try. There was a bit of a wait, but I didn't mind I was determined to eat here. The waiting area was small, but once inside, it felt like a cozy diner with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. After about a quick 20-minute wait, we were seated, and our waiter was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. My mom and I both ordered hot coffee. We usually prefer our coffee on the stronger side, and this one was a bit light for our taste. When I jokingly mentioned it, he immediately offered to brew a fresh, stronger batch just for us. I initially told him it wasn't necessary, but he insisted and I'm so glad he did! It was perfect. As for the food, the corned beef hash was the standout for me so flavorful and well-cooked. The cinnamon pancakes were also delicious, definitely one of my favorites. My husband and son both loved the crunchy French toast. Overall, we had such a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu. read more

I have gone for both breakfast and lunch. The service is very good. The food was so good that my visiting daughter had me in there 3 times during her one week here. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. If you go you will enjoy a good meal and a smile. read more
