Every time someone walks into our home, the kitchen is the first thing they compliment. Tim and Jeremy were incredibly patient throughout the design process. We changed ideas, asked a million questions, and they never made us feel rushed. They helped us fine-tune every detail until it was exactly what we wanted. The installation team, James, Robert, and Joseph did an amazing job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. Everything lines up beautifully, the appliances work like a charm, and the finished product looks like something out of a design magazine. A huge thank you to Sean, the owner, and James the lead Contractor, who was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and priced everything reasonably compared to other quotes we received, for the look we wanted to achieve. We always felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the final result. Out of all the renovations we completed in our new home, the kitchen was by far our favorite - and Rok Hardware was a huge reason why. Needed some roundup for clearing out some stubborn weeds in my backyard…read more Stopped by Crown Ace Hardware in Anaheim Hills to pick it up. Ended up buying roundup in a Hudson sprayer type of bottle with a pump and spray nozzle. Along with a refill concentrate bottle of Ace brand weed killer to add some of to the roundup making a higher concentration solution. I've been shopping here for over 25 years, before they opened this location they used to be located off Santa Ana canyon, west of weir canyon in the festival center. Good prices, knowledgeable staff, and fairly large selection. I'll be back.

I stopped in to have a key cut for my SUV using key blanks I had already purchased online, only to be told they wouldn't cut them because they weren't purchased from their store. At no point over the years was I ever told this was their policy. After years of supporting this business, they refused to perform a simple key-cutting service. Customer loyalty should count for something. Very disappointing experience. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Shipping was supposed to take 5 days, but when the delivery came, I only received one cabinet--the second box was a random piece of luggage I didn't order. Calling customer service made things worse. Abigale was unhelpful, gave contradictory answers about a discount, and hung up on us after we asked to speak with a manager. When I called back, Tina (a manager) still couldn't resolve the issue. Also, be aware: debit card refunds can take 3-10 days, and they won't guarantee any discounts over the phone. On the positive side, the in-store experience completely turned things around. At my local Anaheim Lowe's, Kayah in returns was great and made me feel valued. She brought in the store manager, Edward, who handled everything professionally and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Bottom line: Store employees like Kayah and Edward are excellent. The customer service hotline is extremely frustrating--skip the phone and go straight to the store.

Literally the worst customer service experience I've had…read more I went in to return a few items. I didn't have my card with me, but I did have my receipt. I requested cash back for the return, and the cashier told me they couldn't do it because they didn't have cash in the register and would have to get it from the back. I asked if they could get it, and instead I was told to go to a different store. I asked to speak with a manager, and as the manager was coming over, the cashier suddenly started processing my cash refund. I didn't come in upset, but that situation was frustrating because they lied, instead of simply trying to help. When I spoke with the manager, Jason, he was being dismissive instead of trying to understand the situation. He kept repeating, "Well, you have your money, right?" rather than addressing the service. I asked for a business card or contact information for someone above the store level, and I was told they didn't have anything available. One that's unprofessional. Two I don't know if that was true. My issue wasn't the return itself. I got my money back. My issue was the lack of professionalism and the way the situation was handled. Good customer service means communicating honestly and treating customers with respect. I understand retail can be stressful, but being rude or dismissive only makes a simple situation worse. They were being rude and egging me on of course I'm gonna be upset.

She was proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help instead of just pointing me down an aisle. The store itself feels like an improvement from the older location--clean, organized, and well stocked. It can be a little tricky getting in depending on how you enter the parking lot, but once inside, the experience was smooth. Bobbie made sure I found exactly what I needed and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. Overall, she made what could have been a routine Home Depot trip a great customer service experience.
