A lovely place to spend some time! We had a reservation for Friday night and our table was ready right away. Our friendly waiter took wonderful care of us. Drinks were expertly made. I had the sea-bass and my friends had the salmon and the burger. We all enjoyed our meals. TVs were preset without being distracting. Had all the local sports on. Prices were a little higher than I expected in a small town, but the quality and quantity were solid. I expect Brew & Ole's to continue to do very well!

During December, the place is decorated with greenery, string lights, and a low lighting creating a cozy atmosphere. It's located in the main part of town so you will need to find street parking. We ordered the house burger that came with chips and onion dip. The food was a good portion but the flavor left me desiring more. We both found the chips to be too salty, and the burger could have a little more flavor.

Being in the heart of downtown, there is limited street parking. The style is warm industrial and the low lighting created a warm and cozy feel. Christmas decorations were well-appointed and added just the right touch. I felt the menu was somewhat limited in its offerings. I had the fish tacos that came with homemade chips and onion dip. Chips and dip were wonderful, but the fish tacos could have had more flavor. The lounge is small, but a great addition to the gastropub to sit and chill. Service was very good and fast (we went on a Saturday night in December).

I started seeing reviews for this place and thought I'd go check it out. This place was very easy to find, gps took us right there. There was plenty of 2 hour street parking and there is two public lots within a short walking distance. We were seated at a booth right away and ordered some drinks. When the waiter came back, he told us about the specials of the day. In addition to the ribeye sandwich that they have on the regular menu, they also has a ny strip sandwich. Sandwiches come with house chips, fries, sweet potato fries or truffle fries. All in all, it was a very good lunch. Sorry I didnt get any pics of the food. Once again I was almost done eating when I remembered

OK, it's a Friday night, and I understand it's very busy, but I've been waiting for at least 20 minutes. I ordered a wing appetizer, and a Cobb salad, and it still has not arrived. Usually, you have really good service here. The bartenders are fine. I think that they are understaffed, and overworked.. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, and say they are doing the best they can. I still think I'm going to take one star away. Please don't make me regret my review.

Utter disappointment and overpriced. Menu said 4 chicken tenders, only received 3 and was told that was an error on the menu. Never got the 4th. Would never have ordered that if I knew I'd be shorted one for $16. Seasons fries were plain and not seasoned too. Weak and lackluster tap list with poor variety and nothing special. Other food tried was pretty basic and overpriced for quality. Not what I'd expect from a gastropub. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

11/10 experience! It was our first time here, and wow. Pretzel bites and bratwurst (appetizer), burger and Mediterranean pasta were incredible. The portion sizes were perfect, and crafted cocktails were delicious as well! Our server was very helpful and recommended her favorite dishes. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Wonderful dinner and cocktails! My husband had a filet mignon, done perfectly and I had the ravioli! Fantastic staff and service! Next time we'll try the desserts!

The bar had a great ambience.

We tried their Los Altos eggs Benedict and their farmer's skillet. The chorizo in the Los Altos Benedict is very spicy and I am a chorizo connoisseur. It has too much heat for your average person. The poached eggs were over done and the potatoes had too much pepper, that's all we tasted. The farmers skillet was good but nothing to get excited about. Their juice glasses are large! The service was good and she was very pleasant. However, our server never checked if we wanted more water even when our glass was empty. One more comment, they don't offer iced coffee! But we weren't in a hurry. My friend had the Denver omelette which she enjoyed. I had the steak and eggs. While the steak was cooked to order, there was a lot of grizzle, so probably more than half of it didn't get eaten. Not sure it was worth the $23. On the upside, the hashbrowns were absolutely perfect! Portions were generous and it's a cute little place. It was quiet with enough parking. I wouldn't order the steak again or make a special trip for Cafe 36, but if you happen to be in the area, it's a decent place for breakfast. FYI: the menu prices are cash, for credit card payments there's a 3.5% up charge. The only mention of this is via a sign at the cash register. The food is always delicious, the service is truly impeccable with well trained, friendly servers, and it's very clean and homey. I had an egg special, and my choices included two (perfectly cooked) poached eggs, three crisp on the outside sausages, a well balanced fruit bowl with fresh pineapple, melons, and grapes, and a short stack of their light and fluffy pancakes. My husband had over easy eggs, bacon, pancakes and fruit, plus we both had The Coop's rich, deeply flavorful coffee. Everything was excellent and at a most affordable price. Fast forward several hours: my daughter and her young sons were in the area on an errand, so we met up and of course the boys were hungry, so as The Coop was, once again, very close, we went there. My daughter was very happy to see decidedly different menu options for kids' meals than the usual. Two of them had grilled cheese sandwiches with fruit cups, the third had a scrambled egg, sausage, a pancake and fruit, my daughter had French toast, and I had two cheeseburger sliders with fries. Everyone loved their food and the atmosphere, and they all want to go back. Two great experiences in one day!

It's a fruit drink with Tajín and Tamarind. A mini bottle of Tequila is laced with what tasted like Chamoy. It was delicious!! My new favorite drink!! Our food was delivered quickly. We ordered the Shrimp Empanadas with Mozzarella Cheese. Intrigued as I thought it was a weird combination. What an excellent pairing!! Generous portions of Shrimp and gooey Mozzarella Cheese dipped in a sauce that tasted like Thousand Island Dressing. So good!! My husband ordered the Huachinango Diabla. Crispy Red Snapper on the outside and moist, flaky on the inside. Diabla sauce complimented the fish very well. Mild and a touch of sweetness. I had the Mendigo Special. Wow!! So much depth of flavor in the savory soup that had generous portions of seafood; octopus, shrimp, and crab (imitation). Topping of cilantro, onions, and avocado all enhanced the already flavorful soup. The dish comes with this buttery, soft, warm bread to soak up the delicious soup. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back soon as everything tasted so delicious!!
