We tried this place for breakfast since it was next to our hotel. Unfortunately, everything we tried was disappointing. Even their homemade cinnamon rolls were dry and tasteless. The lady taking our order was rude and seemed bothered to help customers.

Was hard to not buy this. I'll pick it up next time

Was passings through from Lancaster heading back home to Reno. Looked up coffee places and this popped up. I got a caramel latte which was amazing! I also got the key lime blueberry mini bread as a snack, very good was impressed, they seemed to have a lot of options for food wish I had more time. Next time for sure. They also had local artist items for sale which I wished I got something.

This place was a great spot very fun with all the sarcasm. The food tasted amazing especially in front of the lake view that we had for our hike. The service was decent we will definitely be back. Highly suggest to try this place!

Very cozy ambiance and energy, the barista was so fast and friendly. I had a latter which was made perfectly, really enjoyed reading all their wall arts while sipping on my latte. Highly recommended if you are going that way.

Stopped by for some coffee while on my way back home from Mammoth Lake. This coffee shop is very cozy and very well decorated. The coffee shop is super clean and the employees are amazing. Employees were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I order the iced OG Hunter and it's amazing!!! It's the best seller! Must try!

Such a cute & cozy spot to grab a quick coffee/bite to eat. They also had board games in their little library. The Hootin' Chassy dirty chai latte was soooo yummy!! Their lunch sandwiches were also delicious the bathrooms were also cute and clean, which after being in the car for hours is a plus

Great coffee AND gluten free food options?! Suh-woon! The gals working here have fun banter and are super friendly. GF and regular breakfast items galore! My bf loved his burrito better than the biscuit (the biscuit needed something else but was so good), but both were yummy. There is indoor and outdoor seating, games, book, fun stickers (I got one with a raccoon saying "fight me coward) lol), a bathroom, and just a fun vibe. I can't wait to try the lunch!

Very cute little bakery with homemade cinnamon rolls and order items. Women and family owned, very friendly. They did have some vegan options including a bagel with guac and veggies. Very tasty. Hubby had a breakfast sandwich and it was super good too. The coffee was amazing, they have full espresso machine so it can't be wrong.

I stopped here on Monday for the first time and was so impressed. I got a dirty chai (super freaking delicious) for the road and a breakfast burrito, as well as two salads to have for lunch later in the week. I just finished eating the Nutty Veggie salad and without any exaggeration, that is hands down the best salad I have ever had in my life. My expectations were a little low since I got it two days ago and had to drive 150+ miles back to my destination, but it was still as fresh as ever! I am going to be dreaming about this salad for the rest of my life. This place will definitely be a permanent stop for me every time I drive the 395. And to the owners: thank you so much for opening this place, if you ever close I will chain myself to your doors.

This bathroom was so tidy & cute

Not the best latte. Drip isn't bad though. The name is cool though. It is what got me, but the drinks could be a lil better

Things to buy here for sure while you're there: - Pull Apart Bread - 8/10: different variations, but all sweet, gooey, decadent. It's like the traditional cinnamon roll's raunchy cousin. - Pastrami sandwich - 10/10: good lord this is delicious. Easily top 5 sandwiches I've ever had. Hefty and filling for sure. The meat isn't your run-of-the-mill, dry, salty pastrami that you'll get at your local deli. They use premium naval cuts that are lightly seasoned, juicy, fatty, and super tender. The Swiss is also soft and spongy, very similar to mozzarella. You can pretty much eat that all by itself. And the rye bread is artisinal elite level, as expected. Freshly baked and super soft. So damn good I nearly schat my pants!! - Original Sheepherder Bread - 8.5/10: 100-plus year-old recipe. Tried and true. Great for sandwiches or even just toasted with whatever spread that floats your boat. Superb. Another thing to note: this place is fully staffed and they have their stuff together. So ordering and getting your stuff goes pretty fast even with the long lines. Super efficient, friendly staff and establishment. A great time was had by all.

We come through Lone Pine at least 1x/year and I just tried this bistro and enjoyed it so much. The ladies working there (family owned) are amazing and so friendly and welcoming. It was so nice chatting with them while placing and waiting for my order. I am picky on coffee, but it was delicious and perfect. A MUST to visit.

There is a small gift shop with lots of sundry stuff. We have been regulars when we are traveling up and down the 395 which happens a couple times a month. I always appreciate hospitality service workers and make it a point to be friendly and appreciative to everyone. It's just so darn difficult here. I mean for the last 6 years this has been a regular spot and nothing really seems to change. The ladies here just don't seem to enjoy their jobs. During our last visit we needed to use the restrooms and they were very unclean. My brain always connects dirty bathrooms to probably dirty kitchens. I never like to give poor reviews and give regular spots multiple tries. We just can't do it anymore. There is a coffee shop and juice bar across the street we will be trying on our next trip.
