This place was a mess, it's dirty, which is unfortunate because I wanted to try it so bad. Not sure how the county allows them to stay open. The man making my chicken wrap took my cash with gloves on, then went to the sink, rinsed off the gloves with water and proceeded to make my wrap. This is unacceptable. We were looking for breakfast on the way out of town from Mammoth and ran across Broncos Deli. Upon entry, it was confusing where to order and what the menu was. We parked by what we thought was the entrance and they had a small sign by the window with a few menu options and it was empty inside. We eventually tried the door...surprisingly opened because we were still confused as to if it was open and where the staff was located. Eventually we located a person and apparently we were on the backside and had to walk through the kitchen area to reach the front. The menu was handwritten over several poster boards, papers and wall murals so it was confusing AF, but we all were able to find something that sounded good. The price is great, but there is one person working and we did wait a long time as we were the only ones in the establishment. We probably waited 30-40 mins for 3 breakfast burritos snd 1 sandwich (and there were no other customers ahead of us). Honestly the food was subpar. The fries were soggy and the salsa was watery. We really wanted to love this place as a local gem but it wasn't worth the time or effort. read more

It not only has great reviews, but the food is fresh and made with love. Although I didn't catch his name, the owner is kind, personable and clearly enjoys making and sharing great food for people and does so with a smile! He takes pride in his business...and not only does he have a new, daily special on the menu, but because the local high school is just down the street, he has a discounted menu just for students.
