Whether you're virginal and pure, or whether you just Brew a dozen guys in the men's restroom (or both), this place is right up your alley, perhaps literally. The wings are actually pretty good. In fact, by Houston standards, they're really good. It's a chain of course, but better than Buffalo Wild Wings, that's for sure. Service is not so great. There's just not a lot of good help to go around these days. My review is based on the esthetics/condition of this restaurant mainly. We entered this establishment with good intentions and was greeted with a fowl smell of some type of sewage issue. We decided to ignore and sit down anyway and sat at a nasty table...mind you there were only 4 customers in the building! Placed order right away and waited 15 minutes...still no order! Went to the restroom which was so nasty, no tissue in stalls and very dated. When I returned still not even drinks had arrived! Tried getting waitress attention and appeared she was purposely ignoring us and now we're about 30mins in. After further waiting and looking around at the building how dirty the floors, walls, tables, booths, condiments on table were, we decided to leave. If what's visible to customers is unkept, I could only imagine what the food prep area looks like! So we decided to leave and try another location. We ended up going to the Silber location ...best decision ever! They were super nice and clean at this location. My suggestion to the Beechnut location is to close for a while and renovate because it doesn't look like this location has ever had any updates since the day it 1st opened. Appearance/Esthetics improvements would help tremendously especially considering you're serving food that people are consuming in those conditions. If improvements are made I guarantee it'll increase your store volume and I will return as a patron. Until improvements are made I will continue to go to the Silber location where customer service was great and so was the food. This is why I can only give 1star but if improvements are made I will definitely review and change rating! read more

I understand that he was bagging another order but he didn't even look up to say he would be with me shortly or anything. I just stood there in silence and waited for him to get done and even after that I still had to speak to him first and tell him I came to pick up my order. I could understand if his back was completely turned and he did not see me at all but this was not the case. This is not good customer service. So today we came in Dec 26th around 2:30-3pm ish. I ordered 30 wings, and two appetizers. While waiting at bar, I ordered a drink. Food took a while and they wernt that busy. I didn't mind because it's usually hot and good. I tipped the to go person and bartender (like Alwyas). Got my food, got home and my fries are missing. So I had to drive back to the store while ALL of my food gets cold. I get some look warm fries in addition as well. No even offered an upgrade.
