    Matcha and empanada
    John Kevin G.

Walking into the establishment, love the aesthetic and they even had 'High School Musical' playing during the morning shift. Cousin and I stopped by our first time to grab some matcha and try two different empanadas. I even got to pick up one of their juices they hand made. We could also tell that the establishment holds different evening events with the variety of board games and with the projector, I'd guess they have some trivia nights or such. The matcha tasted great and the empanada's, were amazing! The staff was helpful when my cousin and I tried to figure what kind of empanada to try. Can't wait to come back next time and try something new!

I have ordered a few times from here but never came to the cafe. It's absolutely adorable and the food options are great! I really loved the way it's set up here. Super Cute. They have a lot of coffee options. It was so hard to choose from. The coquito iced coffee was soo good and the hot mexican mocha was made on point. The sprinkle cookie reminded me of the nostalgic pastries I ate as a kid. I can't wait to come back here and taste the other options! I will definitely be back again. Love the decor! Absolutely Beautiful

Cute little spot with lots of parking! I got the horchata cold brew, I think they were out of the horchata coffee? They have 3 sizes for iced drinks, and two sizes for hot. The servers were really nice, they ground my boyfriend's coffee beans he bought there, and they had a cute set up inside! A couple seats are available, and they had some smaller breakfast type options if you need a grab and go! Definitely will be back!

I was looking for a new cafe to try while me and my bf were in the area for the Nike clearance store. Soo happy we decided to try this spot out. Hands down had the best vanilla oat latte I've ever had. I would go back just for that honestly lol. We also tried a breakfast taco and empanada. So delicious! I'd love to come back and try more things on their menu

Stopped by this cute, highly aesthetic spot on a weekend afternoon and was immediately greeted by the sweet aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans. The vibe inside is perfect--they have a great music playlist, a solid seating area for chatting, selection for pastries, or getting some work done, and a fun collection of board games tucked in the back. Just a heads up that they are entirely cashless, but ordering is a breeze. We tried the Mexican chocolate latte and the dulce de leche latte, upgrading both to a medium for just an extra dollar, and both drinks turned out perfectly strong and sweet. It's a fantastic local gem to hang out or study, and I'll definitely be back to order the food.

What a gem of a spot! Walked into what must be the most tastefully decorated coffee shop I've ever seen, with salsa jams playing in the background and coquito iced coffee! Super friendly and helpful staff and a fun, yummy menu! I did a couple hours of productive work on my laptop and can't wait to bring my 3 year old daughter and Puerto Rican hubby!

I brought my cousin here for the first time. She had a breakfast taco the yolk was runny and we forgot to tell them well done they gladly changed it to a well-done egg. I also had a coffee con Leche and a waffle and a toast with avocado and egg extra runny just the way I like it. My cousin love the way they made her coffee not too sweet. She said she will be back and great services. (Like always) it's a very relaxing place to go.

Coffee any one lavender I hope my daughter and I are gonna check it! 5.13.2022 Friday 13th!

They're closed right now. I came to wash house near here. I was admiring the Valentine's Day decorations. I will have to come back when they're open. The coffee and food is very good. My favorite is their Lavender drinks. I want to try something new. I wonder what's new on the menu for this year.

Been a while since the last time we went to Brewja. Thought we'd stop in for a quick coffee break since we were in the area. Parking lot is pretty small and limited, but street parking is also available. When we arrived, they seemed busy behind the counter. We were the only ones in line with a few parties waiting for their orders on the side. Took a minute for anyone to acknowledge us. Took 10 min before we were able to order- Coquito Iced Coffee and Mazapan Latte. Then another 20 min to get our drinks. I enjoyed the flavors, but found them to be a little too sweet for me. Idk if it's typical to wait so long for drinks here, or if it was a one off experience, but it is something to consider if you're looking to be in and out quickly.

Such a cute and cozy spot! As soon as you walk in, the vibe feels warm and inviting. They even had a movie playing on a screen projector which made the atmosphere super relaxing! There are a good amount of seats to choose from as well and it didn't make it seem so crowded. The staff were very friendly too! I ordered a coffee that I didn't realize could only be made hot and when I asked about it, the barista was so generous and offered me another drink option without hesitation. I'd definitely recommend stopping by -- it's the perfect pick-me-up spot!

Great spot to grab and go! Small parking lot, but just enough further customers. A had a hot cafe con leche and enjoyed how it was an overwhelmingly sweet. Staff were in the midst of decorating for the holidays. Seem like a very family, friendly and oriented establishment :) There are a few spots for you to have a coffee day or work remotely. If all spots are taken, I still encourage you to grab and go as the prices are very affordable. Cheers!

Cute ambiance! I got the coquito iced coffee. It was super different and yummy! Highly recommend

    Espresso

I got an espresso. It was a medium roast with good crema, smooth texture and bold flavors. I tasted milk chocolate and nutty notes. A well executed shot. 4/5. More nuanced flavor or creamier texture would have made it even better.

Not only are the pastries some of the prettiest that I've seen but they're actually quite tasty (and not too sweet either)! Comes in a nice branded box too. Before I rattle off my reviews of the pastries that I tried I'll say that the pastries here, although laminated, have no crisp and are strictly the soft and chewy type (think Costco croissants). I prefer some crisp, but I wouldn't hesitate on returning here to try more things. - French tart: amaaazing egg custard filling. It's so milky it's almost flan-like! - Brownie fruit tart: omg prob one of my fave brownie textures; not fudgy-dry and not too-cake-like either. Nailed the custard filling as well. I'd say my fave pastry in the bunch. - Passion fruit ganache danish: deliciously tart passion fruit filling! - Sweet cheese bowtie: funny enough the sweet cheese reminds me a lot of Cheez Whiz haha (nostalgic for me) but silkier and lighter in taste. The sweet cheese is only in the center of the bowtie. - Ham & cheese: flavorful ham but could've had a little bit more of it. The cheese part tastes similar to the cheese filling in the sweet cheese bowtie. - Ube moon: mad props for ube jam actually being used here instead of just ube extract like at most bakeries that offer ube treats. The original croissants were perfectly crunchy, and not too airy that there isn't anything inside the shell. Pretty dense in you ask me, and I love it that way! The orange creme brulee was really pretty. Caught my eye in the crowd! Though I thought that the croissant-style bread on the outside of the pastry was not crispy enough, the creme brulee definitely had a rich orange-y aroma. The strawberry crescent was my absolute favorite. I love how the hard, dense outside contrasted with the creamy center. The strawberry cream in the center isn't too sweet in my opinion! My partner said that the sandwich was one of the best he's had in a while and the spicy mayo it came with was pretty delicious. My falafel sandwich on the other hand was good, but I did get tired of eating it because there was not as much variety in the falafel pita as I would have liked. At times I felt like the falafel was dry, and since the sauce was in a cup, I had to spread it and wasn't super satisfied with it. The fries were fresh but the portions were a little small. We also ordered a bowl of lentil soup and a green smoothie. The green smoothie tasted as if there was no sugar added and had a lot of ginger in it, so it had heat to it. The lentil soup was tasty and came with bread, albeit a little lukewarm when we got it. Overall, we were happy with our dishes and want to come back to try the other dishes. There is only outdoor seating, but there are about 8 tables to sit at outdoors. The owner seems very gracious and proud of his establishment. He says that everything is made freshly there from scratch, including the sauces. They do get their bread from a local bakery.
