Just moved to Fairbanks, Alaska and decided to try here for a late lunch . kept seeing their commercial on tv and we all got so hungry we decided to order, Was not disappointed !! Their food is amazing!! We ordered : a halibut sandwich(which came with an amazing portion of fishand beautiful golden crisp to it ) Salmon sandwich (which I added chipotle mayo to and the fish was nice and juicy) An order of their Raspberry Chicken sandwich on rye ( oh man this is now my new favorite !!! The raspberry sauce they use brings it all together on the Rye bread which was nicely toasted. soooooooo good) And last but not least an order of their pepper jack cheese sticks with jalepeno jelly( these are spicy and taste delicious!! This is one of those places where the tables and floors just seem to be perpetually "sticky." However, it has a generous menu--definitely something for everyone, but it is mostly bar food. Several of us got the halibut tacos which were very tasty. Our server was fantastic--attentive and professional, always smiling and checking in, 8 separate checks not a big deal! Everyone seemed to enjoy their food and drinks. Got the appletini, but it was not as good as the appletini at the Chena Hot springs Ice Museum-that is a must! But everyone else enjoyed their tap brews and wine. Good place to go for a laid-back atmosphere, with excellent service, decent food, if you don't mind sticky tables. read more

Good food and ALMOST worth the price. Honestly it's too expensive to give 5 stars but the staff has always been friendly and the service is decent. It's cozy inside and the bathroom was pretty clean so we will return just not often because of the prices. read more

Hotzerella STICKS YUMMM. Waitstaff and customer service is hit and miss, but the food comes out fast and it's a decent environment. Had the surf and turf last time and asked for medium rare and got the most melt in your mouth medium rare steak ever. This place is my go to. read more

The food was pretty good but our server was not. How do you greet your table, "You waiting on me?" We were like, um are you our waiter? Then when the food was brought out he brought an extra cheeseburger that we didn't order and no extra plates for the huge family sized salad we were going to share. Also who brings the shake out before even the entree? Maybe he should have asked if we wanted the shake with our dinner or if we wanted it afterwards. Maybe it was our mistake for not saying we'd like to eat our dinner and then have our shakes. Anyways, it just didn't seem like the attention to detail was his forte. Being from Texas I'm always comparing my steaks to something that I would get at home and the steak I had tonight did not disappoint. My steak was cooked perfectly. Ask for some blue cheese on the side, it will just add to the great flavor of the steak. My husband ordered the scallops and the portion size was huge. He also had loaded mashed potatoes and they were delicious. The potatoes had lots of bacon in them, which is never a bad thing! The wait staff was very nice and fast. We only waited about 10 mins to be seated and after that the food came very quickly. The restaurant is quite cozy and has a family friendly atmosphere. read more

Stopped here for a late dinner on a friday night just before closing time. We were the only people here this late but our server was extremely nice, friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome despite the late hour. We got a Caesar salad, crab cakes and a clam chowder. The sadal was pretty good, the crab cakes were store bought and reheated and the clam chowder was pretty average. Based on a recommendation from the woman at the front desk at our hotel, my brothers and I tried this small restaurant and bar located in a strip mall. There was plenty of parking and we were seated right away. The restaurant was about half full on a Wednesday night. Though we were given glasses of water right away the waitress took a long time to take our order. I ordered their Sante Fe Chicken salad which was one of their signature dishes according to their menu. I was surprised when she asked what dressing I wanted since I assumed that they must have had some sort of Southwest dressing to go with their signature dish. I requested the ranch dressing on the side since apparently they didn't have a more appropriate dressing for this salad. She also initially forgot to bring me the salsa which was supposed to be included. The salad had plenty of chicken but oddly only three or four black beans. The jalepeno tortilla strips tasted like normal tortilla strips and had no spicy kick to them. Overall, the salad was okay and about the right portion size. read more

Our first time to this location. Service was excellent. Our server was attentive and we never had to wait for drinks/food or dessert menu. The jalapeño burger and steak fries were good. Crispy chicken salad (Cobb substitute) was ok. Veggies were fresh enough...chicken was ok. Peanut butter dessert tasted good, although maybe not extremely fresh. There was an extreme amount of salt in the food, like most pub food. We were very thirsty for hours after the meal, lol. read more

Worst burgers in Fairbanks hands down. No idea why they think the overcooked cold nasty food that comes out of this kitchen is worth the prices. In their defence the staff are usually pretty good and the appetizers that are frozen and not made fresh to order are edible. I'm thinking it's a lack of talent in the kitchens. The food and the service was really good. I had the halibut tacos and my husband got the sirloin steak. The tacos were big and the cilantro lime ranch for my waffle fries was to die for. My husbands steak was cooked perfectly at medium and loved the house steak sauce. He wants to go back just for the steak sauce lol. Nice traditional family place to eat. I had my daughter and grandson with me and we all enjoyed our meal. The server was a little off on a few things but maybe he was new. He greeted us very odd as if we were there to see him and he wasn't aware of it, rather than the usual "Hi, my name is... and I'll be your server today." It was more like, are you waiting on me or something like that.. He also brought me a cheese burger when my daughter and I was going to share a large salad. Maybe I look like a cheeseburger guy..
