Their banana pudding matcha was really good! The sweetness was balanced perfectly and complemented the drink well. It tasted even better once everything was mixed together. The flan drink was also good. I'd say the raspberry was a little too tart for my taste and kind of threw me off, but I loved the caramel syrup with it. The caramel syrup added the perfect touch. The balance between the matcha and flan was decent. Apple Pay users, they're only accepting Venmo and Zelle atm. Overall, I was sad to see my drink disappear in just a couple of minutes. I was so excited to try Brewtik because of all of the rave reviews. Let's start with the good parts first. Service? Awesome. Everyone seemed very nice and ordering the drinks was no hassle at all. The wait was a bit long but that's a given and I didn't mind at all. All the staff looked like they were working hard to pump out the long drink orders. I also really liked the decor and the styling of the table. Smiskis were so cute! I ordered the Mango Sticky Rice, Soyful, and Banana Pudding matcha drinks. The tofu topping and banana pudding were so good! The tofu/soy topping reminded me of a Vietnamese tofu dessert and had a nice mouthfeel, not overly sweet. The banana pudding was indulgent and creamy, and I liked how they provided a small wooden spoon. For me, the matcha itself was a letdown. I was already apprehensive because the matcha color was a bit yellow. When trying the matcha itself, it tasted watery and astringent. I could mostly taste only the oat milk flavor. As this is a pop up specializing in matcha, I was really disappointed on this end. I was going to wait until their physical store opened to try the matcha, but I couldn't wait anymore. I arrived early on Sunday to their pop-up. There was a short line and a small crowd waiting for their drinks to be made. It took about 20 minutes for my drink and I think there were a few others who came after that got their order before me. I went with the mango sticky rice matcha. The sticky rice skewer on top was nice. Overall the drink was great, but I kind of wish the sticky rice was incorporated into the drink itself. Payment Method: Venmo or Zelle I ordered the Jasmin Coco Matcha. This is Jasmine tea with coconut jelly, topped with matcha foam. Quite good/balanced, not overly sweet. I also ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha for my mom. I tasted it and personally preferred my drink to this one, but it has a beautiful presentation. Friendly service. There was a bit of a wait. I came across Brewtik at their pop up at 9120 Elk Grove Boulevard on a Sunday. They offer high quality matcha and vietnamese coffee. Their matcha is unlike other matcha drinks that I have tried, neither grassy nor bitter, their matcha is balanced with the perfect sweetness, and from this you could tell the difference in quality compared to other places. Most recently, I tried their mango sticky rice matcha, and I was pleasantly surprised since I usually don't go for fruity matchas. The mango purée is perfectly present and balances out with the matcha and the seasalt foam on top. The coffee gives the perfect kick of caffeine to start the day and the seasalt cream enhances the experience! Just tried out Brewtik at a popup in Elk Grove today! We showed up right at 9:00 but unfortunately they weren't ready to go yet. Got our drinks by 9:17. Seems like they may still be figuring out a good system to make orders go smoothly and efficiently! Loved the salted cream coffee. It was a hit with my husband too and he's picky with his coffee! I liked the cream a lot and the coffee wasn't too strong for me! The mango sticky rice matcha was also really tasty, and great quality matcha too. I liked the little sticky rice balls on top, which made for a cute presentation too. I appreciated that they didn't use too much ice! But the cup size is still a bit small for my preference, we both finished our drinks so quickly. If they can offer a larger option in the future that would be great! Matcha Please!!! Brewtik is a new coffee and tea business, currently doing catering and pop-ups...however, they will be opening a shop soon in EG....so exciting. I'll definitely be the first in line. I have tried a few items from Brewtik and I'm a fan. Their mango sticky rice matcha was utterly delicious. I've never image having sticky rice in my matcha, but it was weirdly good. However, what stood out was the matcha. I haven't really found a good matcha place I would call my regular matcha go to; however, I think Brewtik will be my go to once their shop opens. Their matcha retains the authentic strong flavor with a bit of nuttiness and slight hint bitterness that compliment the sweetness of mango. I'm still able to taste the matcha without the mango overpowering it, which I love. My sister has been talking about Brewtik ever since she first tried them and has been going back consistently, so I finally decided to give them a try on Mother's Day. I ordered the guava matcha at 50% sweetness, along with another guava matcha at 25% sweetness and a strawberry matcha at 25% sweetness for my sisters. They were also giving out a winter melon herbal drink for Mother's Day, which I gave to my mom to try. You can really tell they use fresh fruit in their purées because the quality comes through in every drink. My guava matcha was good, though even at 50% sweetness it was still a little too sweet for my taste. My sister felt the same way about her strawberry matcha at 25% sweetness. I tried hers and honestly ended up liking the strawberry matcha more than the guava. The matcha itself tasted high quality, although it did have a slight bitter aftertaste, which I personally did not mind. Overall, Brewtik is a great spot for matcha, and I will definitely be coming back to try their coffee next time. read more

The matcha had a nice, smooth mildly sweet taste with an umami taste. They source their matcha from Japan. You can definitely taste the high quality matcha. Absolutely amazing. I tried the double matcha, mango sticky rice matcha, einspanner, and what really stood out was how good their matcha is. The double matcha was strong, smooth, and not too sweet, perfect for really tasting the umami of the matcha. The cream top was rich and flavorful too. The mango sticky rice matcha was refreshing and unique, with real mango and a nice chewy sticky rice texture, but the matcha still came through. This is a review LONG overdue. Elk Grove is filled to the brim with milk tea shops so it takes a lot to stand out. One thing I've always searched for is the care that goes into crafting the tea itself. Lots of places can be gimicky, and focus on sweetness and add-on flavors, but Brewtik shines because their TEA is just SO GOOD. I had stopped by for a mango sticky rice matcha one day and they were out and I almost passed on until I was offered a sample of their milk tea. Just their regular milk tea. I was floored! I actually said "oh my god" out loud and ordered one right then and there. Even texted my friends saying that this was the best milk tea I've found in Elk Grove. I like my milk tea to taste like tea, and Brewtik delivered. The flavor of the tea comes before any sweetness, and when it comes to sweetness it is very well-balanced. Since then I've had their Oolong and Jasmine (both two of my favorites and which were also perfectly flavored), and finally had my mango sticky rice matcha which was AMAZING. They know they have a repeat customer in me, and I'm happy to be one. I haven't been able to come out in a few weekends but I'm itching to return and can't wait until their shop opens up! read more

My favorite was the Salted Cream Matcha 9/10 (would be 10/10 if they had a bigger size! ). The Double Matcha was 8.5/10, and the Salted Cream Coffee was 9/10. I found out about this pop-up through yelp and decided to try them out. They are located at Homegrown Inc Farmer's Market that operates on Sundays. The people running it were so nice and accommodating. They let us sample drinks since we were unsure of what we wanted. I sampled the sesame coffee and it was so good but I also wanted to try their matcha. I asked if I could have the sesame added onto a matcha latte and they said it was no problem. My fiancé tried their marmalade matcha which had an orange-y flavor that made it taste so refreshing. He decided to get their mango sticky rice matcha and the presentation was so cute. It came with a skewer of sticky rice that they recommend we dip into the matcha and eat. Next time I come back, I will get the marmalade matcha because I can't get it out of head. Their matcha was so smooth and creamy (no powdery or grassy taste at all)! It wasn't too sweet either, which I later found it to be 50% sweetness. It was the perfect sweetness level for me. I also noticed that they hand-whisk their matcha which is what I prefer in a good quality matcha place. They mentioned that they're in the midst of opening a physical store (hopefully in March) located on Laguna and Franklin. I can't wait for them to open since they'll be closer to me! read more
