My husband and I came here before a show. We arrived around 4:30/5PM to beat the dinner rush! We were immediately greeted and seated. We chose to sit inside. Our table was not dirty, but it look like there was salt all over our table. It was weird. But the menu was pretty comprehensive and had plenty of options for any thing you may be feeling. Of course I had to get a burger. My husband did order a drink off the Happy Hour Menu. He said it was the best Old Fashion he has ever had. It was actually pretty good and I'm not even a drinker. Our server was a super nice guy! He was funny and helpful. He made sure we didn't have any questions about the menu and was very tentative. My burger was SO GOOD and my husband really enjoyed his as well. I got the sweet potato fries and my husband got the tots. The tots were definitely better than my fries. We were excited to try this restaurant, but ended up extremely disappointed by the service. The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived (we dined at 7pm on a Sunday), but the host told us it would be either a 20-minute wait or "whenever the other server comes out of the bathroom." We asked if we could sit at the bar while we waited, and he told us that "he wouldn't remember our faces" to let us know a table was available for us. Visited on Saturday and even though I was super excited to have the Tots with Gravy, only to find out it was no longer on the menu. The dining experience was still on point. I do hope it comes back on the menu though!! We did enjoy the Mac and cheese with chicken--how could you not?!? Also had the honey butter chicken sandwich. Very tasty! Our waiter was having a bad day but he quickly started smiling more and having fun with us. (Sorry I didn't catch his name). We hope his day went better. Restaurant was clean as were bathrooms. I went here with my boyfriend on a Friday night and were seated quickly. Our waitress was friendly and very honest when we asked her opinions. I ordered the s&p like I have for the past few years. I tried this today on a trip. The goods: good staff, nice ambiance, really well done blue cheese wedge salad. If you are into blue cheese and nuts this salad is for you. The not so goods: i ordered the namesake, BRGR. It was ok, but not worth ordering again. You could get that burger at any hotel or chain. And about half would be better. That said, it seems like a cool place for a drink and salad. Good luck. read more

Headed to a concert at Sprint and decided to try this place. It's always busy when I've been here but I don't know if that's because I'm usually only here for events or not. We could have waited an hour for a table but we were offered immediate seating outside. It was about 55 degrees but they had several heaters on the sidewalk seating which made it ok. Had the deviled eggs for an appetizer and they were delicious. I'm not sure why eggs are appetizers at some places but I can't help but order them when they are. Who doesn't like a deviled egg? And these were in point. The three of us opted for a sampler of truffle fries, truffle tots and onion rings. That's a whole lot of fried! They were ok but nothing significantly special about them. My friend and I split a burger and now I cannot recall the name but it was made with worcestershire and it was really good. I'd have that burger again. Good flavor and not dried out. The one thing that struck me odd about this place was he bathroom. Enter into a small room/hall with doors to each toilet and both men and women share the same sink area. That was a bit awkward only because it was so busy and the women's "line" was in the way of the sink and it was one congested mess. read more

Since we had been drinking all day we had made arrangements to have my daughter pick us up at the end of the day and drive us home. She had asked if I would order a chopped salad to go for her. It was brought to the table and I didn't look at it prior to leaving. When I got home my daughter opened it and asked if this was a joke. I love this place. Anytime I'm down near Power and Light I always make an excuse to stop in. The fig wings are AMAZING. I already ate them all this time so I can't upload a pic. My favorite entree is the Lobster Grilled Cheese. Yep. You heard it right. They took real lobster and shoved it into a grilled cheese and I'm pretty sure angels sung when they did. Add some deliciousness that is their truffle fries and life will never be the same. Just go here. You'll enjoy it all. read more

If you're looking for a great burger, BRGR just may be the place for you. I'm partial to the Jucy Lucy. Cooked to medium, the burger comes out perfectly. The cheese oozes from the center of the patty and the mayonnaise adds a creamy element to the dish. I'm also partial to the Blue Cheesy tater tots. If you like blue cheese, you can't go wrong here. Tater tots with blue cheese crumbles, bacon bits and drizzled with a blue cheese sauce... Yum! The only complaints I have is that the wait staff can be inattentive at times and at $15 or so for lunch the meal is a bit pricey. First time here and it was fantastic! The patio was closed but the manager made an exception and allowed us to sit there. Our server was great and very accommodating. The burgers are great, filling, and you're able to customize. They have a vast variety of local brews and knowledgeable staff to help you navigate. We ordered the Parmesan crusted onion rings, they were crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. You don't get the raw onion crunch or taste. I ordered the brbg burger, cooked well done. It was great. The caramelized onions are cooked within the meat, eliminated the mess but keeps the taste intact. I wish I had ordered veggies with it but even without, the burger tasted great. I added a side of tater tots, I was happily surprised that they had a seasoning to them. A friend had the sweet potatoes, they were superb! Their house made ketchup was incredible as well. We ordered Blue cheese tots to start. For $12 tots they were pretty underwhelming. I had a veggie burger for dinner and found it to be so messy I had to eat it with a knife and fork. The burger was mushy and almost completely tasteless. I put ketchup on it just to give it some flavor, and I don't even like ketchup. Everything at this restaurant is à la cart, which is fairly annoying. Adding $5 broccoli to a burger will run you $15. All in all, I found BRGR in P&L to be expensive, and bland. read more

Came here with my wife on our date night. We aren't able to go out a lot and we have been wanting to try this place for awhile. We were having a good night and we came in to grab a quick bite to eat. It was about 30 minutes before they closed and I can understand why that would be slightly annoying however the place was nearly empty. There were some people seated at a booth next to us and they were ordering while we were being seated and when they were done the server went to put in there order but never came back. It took her 25 minutes to finally come over and ask if we wanted anything. This whole time she was sitting at the bar near the kitchen just scrolling on her phone and kept looking at us and it seemed like she was trying to wait us out and see if we would just leave. We tried asking for our server to several people who walked by but it seemed to not matter. We ended up ordering our food to go and just ate in our car. Cane here with coworkers and it was delicious we're planning to go back. The cocktail menu looks so interesting, but I had a Dark N Stormy which was good. They burgers are definitely artisan and delicious. All the burgers has unique buns and toppings, do even aren't your standard beef burger. I had the Roadhouse which was great. It's definitely worth 10 bucks or more. As for the taters. We all good different types of tots/fries and they all were cooked to prefection and perfectly seasoned.
