You order at the counter and find a seat. The ingredient were fresh and staff was friendly. I had the Caesar salad and I butternut ricotta pizza. The crust was nice and I enjoyed the roasted pine nuts in the caesar.

I woke nearby and wanted some pizza for lunch. Happy to say my craving was satisfied! Not only were they fast they were reasonably priced and have a variety of items not just pizza. My husband had the jalapeno popper and I cannot remember what mine was called but it was delicious. We liked it so much we ordered a larger version of the jalapeno popper and a chicken bbq to go, for the house. The person who took our order was very nice as well.

    Yummy!

Wow! What a great lunch spot. It was very comfortable inside and we got to watch the Redlands bike classic. The salad was fresh and crunchy and a perfect pair with the pizzas. The caprese pizza was awesome and the rocket man was outstanding!!!! Friendly quick service and clean restaurant and bathrooms. Super happy with our choice to eat here for lunch today!

    Burned Margherita pizza

Ordered 2 margarita pizzas online for pickup. When I got them home the bottom of the crust was burned black. Called and reported it. There was no explanation or remedy offered. I requested a remake and returned the original order. The remade pizzas were nearly as bad as the first ones. Attached are pictures of the crust of the remade pizzas.

Veggie pizza, 12", vegan cheese, gluten free crust

I've been recommended to check out Bricks and Birch by my roommate! I was told the Thai pizza was a must-eat. For my first time entering this pizza restaurant, I was struck by the amount of light that streamed into the open windows. There's plenty of seating as well indoors and outdoors. You can directly observe the oven and the flames by which pizzas are cooked in. I came in with the objective to find a good pizza for a potluck for my life group in graduate school. For the length of time it took for me to calculate how much pizza I needed and how much I was able to invest in, the staff were so patient and kind with me! In hopes to find a good vegan pizza for the group, I asked what they recommended and based on their recommendations I got the Veggie pizza, 12", vegan cheese, gluten free crust. It amounted to about $25, which is a bit on the pricy side for a 12" pizza. However, it was my first time buying a vegan pizza for friends, so I'm glad I got to try it for the first time here. They are also known for their vegan pastries especially the banana bread which I hope to try someday soon! They offered sample m&m cookies that provided the sugar boost for me to drive to my potluck. The wait time for the pizza to be made was about 15-20 min, around 3 pm when there weren't that many people. The pizza came steaming hot, and I can tell the ingredients were fresh. Sharing them with friends was a delight. I'm considering the higher price as partly an investment in the experience and presentation of the food - thank you to the staff who cares about these! The place is well kept and give me a sense of comfort. I want to give a shoutout to Adalaine for her exceptional kindness and patience with my confusion of what pizza to get. For my vegan friends - this is not a bad place to check out for some fancy pizza.

    Maple matcha and avocado toast
    Amy H.

Service here is always good! Always friendly and precise. As for the food, the avocado toast was just okay. It had a lot of seasoning on top and the avocado wasn't entirely ripe so it tasted kind of sour? The matcha was a little too sweet but still good! I go here often still but they just need to step up a bit on their breakfast food a little. Otherwise, still a solid spot!

Good pizza place in Redlands. They have a lot of creative pizzas that I haven't seen before like the Thai Pie. They have a really good selection not just from pizza but also baked goods that are huge. I would come here with a couple friends and even grab a cup of coffee since this place feels really like someone's dining room table.

It was our first time here. We ordered a Ron Swanson and a matcha latte. The pizza was literally so good!! Perfect flavors. Super friendly service at great prices. There's plenty of seating for larger groups too.

I was craving some coffee so I yelped a location near by and this is where it lead me. Im glad I got my cup of coffee and some pizza. Great friendly service. Good food and this spot is very cosy. Im surprised I haven't been here before. Definitely will be coming back here to try more of their menu

    Pepperoni Pizza (added Basil)

Food and service was great! Pizza is the best I've had in a while--their ingredients are fresh and crust was the perfect combination between thin/crispy/soft. They serve the food in to-go containers whether you're eating in or not, but the food was tasty. They also don't use any seed oils to make their food--Will definitely be back.

Matcha latte with vanilla syrup thanks!!

Matcha latte with vanilla syrup i love the art! Great tasting matcha here. Also they just decorated for Christmas

One-part bakery and one-part family restaurant, this is a classic Americana restaurant. Inside can be really busy, nearly every table and booth taken, or, you might find yourself relatively alone, but that could also change with surprisingly rapidity! I don't think I've ever tried lunch or dinner options in all my infrequent visits, but breakfast reigns supreme here, so there's that. Frankly, I've never had a bad meal here. Service is casual friendly, but slow and steady by design. I've always found the servers and staff to be cheerful and happy. My wife ordered the steak Benedict anI the corned beef Benedict. the quality of my wife's ssteak was not a very good sirloin cut, although the were at least able to cook it right My corned beef Benedict was the worst thing I have ever ordered or tasted. The menu indicated that it would be 1/3 lb of corned beef on the Benedict, however I got 2 of what was about an 1/8 lb corned beef hash that they formed into a patty. It was some low quality type canned hash that had some horrible unnatural flavor that incapacitated me with a bad headache for the rest of my Saturday afternoon. I told the lady in the cashier that their menu needs to be more truthful and indicate that it'll be corned beef hash and not sliced corned beef you would find in more legit delis. If they advertise 1/3 lb of corned beef and they deliver 1/4 lb of corned beef hash, they need to indicate so in their menu. I don't believe I shall return due to the bad food experience I had, but I am more of a picky when it comes to food since I am a very particular Chef. This is just my personal review of this place and why the single star rating.

The moment I walked in, I was surprised by how quiet and cold the atmosphere felt. It didn't feel welcoming or cozy like a bakery usually does. Instead, it felt more like walking into an office waiting room. Unfortunately, the service made the experience even worse. This was my first time visiting in person, so I had a few questions about the different cake flavors. The girl with braces seemed impatient the entire time and kept trying to rush me while I was speaking. At one point, she even exchanged a smirk with the other employee, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I honestly didn't understand the attitude. In the end, I ordered the same raspberry cake because I completely lost interest in trying anything else. Ironically, this time the cake tasted way too sweet for me. I even tried eating it cold straight from the fridge to tone down the sweetness, but it was still overwhelming. Overall, the combination of the service and the cake not tasting as good as before made this visit disappointing.

First, they had no boxes that fit a tall two layered cake which left the cake exposed. The cake was immediately put in the refrigerator until the next day. The top cake started to slant, the decoration bled into the frosting, frosting was not smooth in areas and the red color faded. I asked for Bavarian cream filing in one layer and got vanilla. One decoration fell before serving. I was so embarrassed that I did not even serve the cake that day. It went back in the frig until the next day when we cut it and realized issues with the cake itself. The vanilla cake was dry and the filing was wrong. At their request I sent an email with the issues and asked them to review and respond. No response, so I called. I am not sure who I talked to, but she said that she didn't need to respond to my email, and that they had cameras and the cake was perfect when it left the bakery and that it WAS MY FAULT. The pictures that I sent showing them what I was talking about only confirmed to them that it was my fault. I must have left it out all night for this to happen and what do I want them to do about it. Well, that was the wrong thing to say to a customer. Got me on the defensive and voices were raised. What I was looking for is not to get reimbursed; although, now after this conversation, yes; but for them to at least have some compassion and not be on the defensive and placing blame on the customer.
