Beautifully decorated bar area and stocked well with premium choices!

We visited this cute, hip and cool spot to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail and sat at the bar. We were both impressed! The service was amazing with both of the bartenders were kind and took care in creating and serving our drinks. We decided to order The butterfly effect and an old fashioned. Both were delicious and perfectly balanced. We then ordered the pork belly buns and it was fantastic. That sauce is oh so good! The ambience is perfectly set for an amazing date night, dinner with friends or girls night. They offer inside seating or outdoor glass dome table seating on the sidewalk. Delicious menu choices of appetizers, small plates and dinner. Guilianna was amazing and we truly enjoyed her service during our time there. We will certainly return in our next trip to town. Highly recommend to all locals to visit this place for an amazing night out!

Not quite what we expected by the name and the online pictures, I think we expected to see the bridges!! It's a small intimate bar and eatery in an odd location for being upscale. The homeless folks passing by looking and standing in the open windows was a little bit unnerving since we were in one of the window seats! Our server was attentive but lacked any recommendations other than happy hour and even seemed a little offput when we asked questions. We ended up just going with the old fashioned, which was pretty standard, and the shrimp. The shrimp was gross! Frozen shrimp, taken out of the freezer, dropped in boiling water for far too long, drizzled with a minimal amount of butter and served room temp. They still had the water scum on them! Not one of the better experiences we had in Pittsburgh, too many great places for this one to be recommended. Sorry!

We've been to Bridges & Bourbon twice now. The first time, we were seated in one of the outdoor igloos with a party of 4. Unfortunately, it felt very cramped and we really struggled to fit comfortably. We were told there weren't any other tables available, so we ended up leaving. We decided to give it another try and made reservations for inside seating next to the bar. This experience was much better. The drinks were very creative and tasted great. My main course -- the tenderloins -- was cooked well and overall very good, although it came with a berry jam that felt a little odd for the dish and wasn't really my favorite pairing. Overall, the cocktails and atmosphere inside made for a much better second experience.

This is the perfect place to go if you want a cozy and sophisticated night out. The service is always excellent. My favorite appetizer are the fries with the chipotle dip.

Decided to check this place out for happy hour on a Friday after work. I went right when they opened and just sat at the bar. The bartenders were super friendly and served you right away when you sat down. They also asked if you have any allergies which is different but such a nice touch just in case you are allergic to anything. I tried the old fashioned first and they were so delicious!!! Then I tried the bourbon smash which was ok, but went back to the old fashioned. It was just that good! I only got an appetizer of brussel sprouts since I was planning to eat elsewhere later on. The Brussels were good as well! All of the staff members were super nice and definitely engaging throughout the evening. The ambience was very inviting and cozy. Loved the outlets and handles for bags as well. Nice touch! Overall I will be back if I'm in town and hope to bring my friends next time. Thank you!

I easily made a reservation on Resy the day before we went. We were greeted warmly by the host and seated promptly. The restaurant is on the smaller side and we were sat by the door which kind of sucked bc it was cold outside so every time the door opened it was chilly. The restaurant is also extremely dark. I get ambiance and intimacy, but imo the lights need turned up a bit more. They don't have menus, you're to scans QR code. Our waiter was attentive and the food came out quickly. My fiance ordered a chicken dish that was really tender and flavorful. I ordered the scallops. They were perfectly cooked and paired well with whatever it came with lol Overall the food and drinks were good but the portions are small by American standards so you will be hungry later.

Bridges and Bourbon is the perfect place for a romantic date night or dinner and drinks before a show. I appreciate that their cocktail and food menus are seasonal so there is always something fun to experience. The classic cocktails are always a hit but challenge yourself to try something unique. The menu has allergies clearly marked and I was thrilled to get a chimichurri burger on a gluten free bun (one of the best buns I have had). My husband's salmon was also incredible. I look forward to returning to try the rest of the menu.

B&B brings a cozy ambiance great for a relaxing conversation with a nice drop of bourbon. The burrata was fresh and the bread chips were toasted to perfection (not too hard, fresh and lightly oiled). You will definitely enjoy the smash burger! Get a double and eat the first few bites with a fork! So good Parking on street is tricky so have a game plan for a nearby parking garage, I went to a PGH Parking Garage and it was $8 for the evening, easy.

This was my second time at Bridges & Bourbon (my first time was 3 years ago). Their cocktails are stunning! The bar is gorgeous! My fiancé and I walked in for drinks after going to a show at The Benedum on a Saturday night; it was 11 pm and we easily got seats at the bar. The staff were all very kind. We only got one drink each. I got the "Afternoon in Kyoto" under the craft cocktails list, which was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful! My fiancé got the "Millionaire" under the classic cocktails list, and he enjoyed it!

Phenomenal. It's worth the visit. What a great way for a group of us to close out an amazing time in Pittsburgh. Everything was good. Ambience is amazing as well.

Had a couple drinks at the bar, and we were then going to get a table for dinner. After a couple of drinks we decided to go somewhere else for dinner. If you're going to charge that much for a martini, at least use high quality olives and olive juice. The bartender was not very friendly, and it was hard to get their attention, even though they were not busy. They were too busy standing around talking. The whole vibe was very boring.

Tasty cocktails with style! While they're a little pricey, you're paying for great presentation plus a great ambiance here, so it's worth a stop if those things are important to you. Our kept up with the busy night and offered great recommendations as well.

OK, so initially we started off with like the Caesar salad and the mozzarella cheese thing it was a very basic nothing spectacular for entrées. We went ahead and got the burger. I will have to say was more decent. However, it's a Smashburger and it was basically burnt hard I didn't care for it and I wouldn't have it again from this place. but the only reason why I'm gave it 2 stars is because the waffle fries were absolutely delicious!!!! It's nothing like I've ever tasted before. it's like a spin with a little bit of sugar and some like honey drizzle it's weird but really good. The desserts were. big flop . they had some. I think it was like cinnamon cake look at the picture below Epic failure. But I will say out waitress was so nice and so she bought like the chocolate mousse and that was decent. It had cherries in it but honestly, I would only come back here to get the waffle fries.

The cocktails were creative, playful, and impressively strong without sacrificing quality. I had the Seoular Flare, which had a noticeable kick but was still very drinkable. It came with BBQ chips, and when our bartender--the same guy from that morning--noticed how much I loved them, he brought me extra. Such a thoughtful touch. The rest of our drinks were equally inventive and well-crafted. I admittedly had some doubts about whether the creativity would translate into cocktails that actually tasted good, but they completely proved me wrong. A fun concept backed by genuinely great drinks and hospitality.

The bar serves cocktails, wines, beers, and mocktails. For dinner and late-night bites, the restaurant focuses mostly on small plates and shareables, including charcuterie, chicken wings, pizzetta, steak, and salmon. They also have a Sunday brunch that serves lox bagel, shrimp and grits, French toast, mimosa, bloody Mary, etcetera. My husband and I ate one lunch here. The best aspect of The Finch was its beautiful views of downtown Pittsburgh's skyscrapers, Monongahela River, and subway trains. The foods and drink were a mixture of quality, and my husband called them "garbage" (eek!). Here are my ratings for them. Berry Mint Spritz - 4 stars - This mocktail (I could have ordered it with alcohol to turn it into a cocktail) contained strawberries, mint, lemon, syrup, and soda water. All of the flavor had settled on the bottom of the glass, so I could have used a straw to mix the drink, but I did enjoy the flavors. Summer Crab Cakes - 2 stars - I received two crab cakes, and they were some of the worst crab cakes that I have ever received anywhere. They contained too much breading and too little meat. I did not even like the flavor of the cherry tomatoes on the side. I usually love crab cakes, but with these ones, I could take only a couple of bites, and then I had the waitress throw away the rest. Hawaiian Pizzetta - 4 stars - This small pizza consisted of four slices that had cheese but no gooey cheese-pull. Other toppings were BBQ sauce drizzle, pineapple, ham, and red pepper. I thought that it tasted good. Ember Steak Skewers - 4 stars - My husband said that the steak was not the highest quality. At least the chunks of steak, peppers, onions, and mushroom (we counted one piece of mushroom!) were marinated and seasoned nicely. The total cost for this one mocktail, three foods, and one soda was $79 *plus* a 3% credit-card surcharge, tax, and a minimum tip of 18%. We asked the waitress for a receipt, but she did not bring us one, so we walked up to her to ask for it again, and we did receive it.
