    I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone while trying to return a vehicle part that was…read moreunder warranty and either get a replacement or a refund. Earlier in the week, I came into the store and the staff members wearing red shirts were friendly and helpful. They advised me to come back on Friday morning when the supervisor would be available to assist me with the warranty claim. When I returned as instructed, the experience was completely different. Instead of receiving help, the manager/supervisor became rude, raised their voice, and yelled at me while I was simply trying to resolve the warranty issue. I followed the directions given by the store staff and expected professional customer service, not to be treated disrespectfully. The employees I spoke with earlier in the week were courteous and helpful, which makes the supervisor's behavior even more disappointing. No customer should be yelled at for asking about a warranty replacement or refund. I hope AutoZone addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to its management team. Based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated.

    Waited a week for the guy after all the excuses because he sounded like an honest man. He tells me…read morethe tow truck will come tomorrow and then shows up out of no where 30minutes later. He then tried to bait and switch on the payment after offering $250. The tow truck driver "only has a check." Recycling companies are notorious for paying with check that bounce. All they need as the title signed and they got all the leverage. He said "just take picture of my truck" which I could not find the company on google maps. The guy acts like he is leaving then bust out $225 cash and said that's all he can I offer. I say no the offer is $250. He then pretends to leave again and then comes back with an offer of $225 plus $25 check but at this rate all trust is gone. Every one of these companies use the same shady tactics. Edit: updated with google review response. My phone records all calls and gives a transcript of the conversation as well. I told you how companies like peddle offer checks and they end up bouncing and you said that's fine cause we pay cash. Look at the sass and disrespect in his response. This looks like a dishonest man caught in a lie to me. This is the man y'all are doing business with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Very friendly , very reliable, honest and trustworthy. Through whole process they were only speaking the truth which you can rarely find nowadays in general but especially I found that junk yard bussiness in very dirty in every way .     RAYMOND. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel…read morecompelled to share my experience due to the discriminatory and disrespectful treatment I received during a recent visit. I came into the store to purchase a tool for my boyfriend. Initially, we were greeted by an employee named Raymond, who seemed polite. However, the interaction quickly took a turn. As my boyfriend was paying, Raymond looked at me and laughed, then asked, "Are you going to pay for the rest of it?" Confused, I asked what he meant, and he pointed at me and repeated, "What's in your pocket? Are you going to pay for the rest of it?" I was shocked and pulled out a receipt from my pocket, asking what he thought I was stealing. His response was another laugh and a dismissive "We'll see," clearly implying he expected the security alarms to go off. They didn't--because I hadn't taken anything. To make matters worse, he walked over to the area we had been in, presumably to check if something was missing. It was clear he realized he had made a baseless accusation, yet no apology was offered. It doesn't matter if im a woman, child, man, elderly ..being accused of theft without cause was not only humiliating but deeply upsetting. I hope this review encourages the management to address such behavior and ensure all customers are treated with respect and dignity. I do understand he may be trying to do his job & catch shoplifters but there's TONS of actual shoplifters that he should be worrying about and the way he went about it was not professional nor respectfully; if he wanted to stop me for stealing he should've been 100% sure or checked the cameras not wrongly accuse me and disregard the whole situation after he knew I wasn't stealing. If he isn't fired I hope management atleast has a talk with his actions.
