I will never buy another Alfa Romeo. My vehicle has had an open fuel pump recall for over a year, and there is still no remedy. The recall is now causing my car to randomly not start, leaving me stranded. Alfa Romeo's only solution is to tow my car to the dealership where it will sit indefinitely until they eventually come up with a fix (with no estimated date), or pay out of my own pocket to replace the fuel pump with... another recalled fuel pump. That is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the service department has been a nightmare. The technicians seem to have no idea how to properly diagnose or fix the issues, and the entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish. A luxury brand should stand behind its vehicles and take care of customers when a safety recall affects their car. Instead, I've been left with an unreliable vehicle and no real solution. read more

I had just bought a 2022 Alfa Romero Setlvio from a different dealership and took to Towbin for a recall on my vehicle and the customer service was great. Christin took care me and in the process went the through the vehicle and fixed everything under warranty that I didn't know was wrong. Since this business likes to delete honest critical reviews about their unprofessional conduct and how they treat paying customer I will continue posting on all possible platforms. I was dealing with service agents Ernie and Cheyenne for over a year on my 2015 fiat and still as of writing this review the car is not 10% fixed and drivable. Both Ernie and Cheyenne had me going back and forth, bringing my car to the dealership over 5 times and still the origin issue of why my check engine light has been on my dash for over a year has not been resolved. At one point Cheyenne told me to take my car over to Pep Boys to get a diagnostic code because she could not be bothered to do it. I got a new battery from the advice of Ernie, the battery fails in less than a year and Ernie multiple times questioned if I had really bought the battery from the dealership?? Ernie was also rude to an outside contractor brought in to tow my car out of the dealership because he could not complete the work efficiently or effectively. Very friendly staff, but don't ASSUME anything with this dealer. I recently bought a slightly used 2024 Fiat with only 1,600 miles. (Yes.. one thousand six hundred.). When the nice sales lady was showing the car to me, she had two key fobs in her hands. I assumed those were for this car, only one was. In the back hatch area there were floor mats. I assumed they were for this car, they were not. It was dirty when we looked it over, I assumed it didn't have any body damage... it had several paint scrapes that had a bad touch up job on the back bumper. It had a clean CarFax Fax, I assumed it had not been repainted in three areas. I was wrong again. When delivered to my home, it came with just one fob. A second could not be located. I was told they would sell me one at a special price which was over $600!!! A threw a fit and they decided I could have it for the $250 programming fee. I understand this is all on me for not demanding to see two fobs before closing the deal. I made some assumptions I shouldn't have. Not a terrible deal, but don't trust your eyes when dealing with them. Me? I'm a 72 year old retired US Army Master Sergeant who is way too trusting. Love the car!! read more

This review is only on the service dept, cant say how the sales portion is, as I bought my Alfa Romeo Stelvio in AZ. In the first couple of years, when I still had an extended warranty, I didn't have a problem with them. And I also really liked 1 of the advisors Alex Moussad, but sadly he switched to used sales. Of course, as most dealership service departments do, they always try to get you to do more than what's necessary and charge more than private repair shops, so I only took my car to them when it was under warranty or something my repair shop couldn't do. I had a battery replaced thru them, which cost close to $500 and a little over a year it went dead, so I took it to them & service advisor Christian asked me if my car had sat for a few days. I did go on vacation for a week but had driven it for several days after I got back until it died on me. Anyway, they tested it and said it was fine, it just needed to be charged up, and sent me on my way. But a few weeks later it started to go bad again, I took it back in and found out the battery had a bad cell that they didn't detect before, (hmm?) so they had to replace for free, but they also ran a diagnostic and they said they found 2 leaks, an engine gasket and something else. I questioned that, as I haven't seen any leaks coming from the car and how did it go from being a battery problem to having 2 leaks? And they wanted to charge me $5000 btw to fix, also with some other things they "recommended" that would bring me to $10000!. I would put a down payment on a new car if I was going to spend that kind of money. Then a day later, all the warning lights came on in my car, so I took it to a different shop and they ran a diagnostic and it came back as the oil pump, which was just replaced, while under warranty, a year before. They didn't detect any leaks only just needed to clean out the engine gasket and oil change. Cost me just a little over $400 for that. They said if my lights come back on, it is my oil pump and to bring it back to Alfa service. And yep, they came back on so I immediately brought it back and of course when they took it back in, it showed as the oil pump, so they had to replace it for free because it was still under the warranty parts. My guess is that they knew it was the oil pump and that they would have to replace it for free. So they tried to say it was something else. So that I would be basically paying for it, but luckily I didn't fall for that. And it's sad, because I would have possibly bought a new Alfa Romeo. But I wouldn't want to have to deal with that service department ever again. read more

Flew in from WA after dealing with my salesman Ali for a few days on the phone/text about the used car they had for sale. They picked me up from the airport and when I arrived at the dealership I was relieved the car was exactly as he described, detailed, fueled up and ready for my 15 hour drive home. Brian in F&I was very respectful of my time and got me in and out in a timely fashion too. Very disappointed on the outcome of my service. I called to get prices on parts and repairs was quoted something over the phone which was very reasonable. Come to find out when I actually got there they quoted me something different which ok I ended up saying what ever just do it. Then they did this (free)check up of my car with a video and etc. then gave me a report that my car needed over $7,000.00 of maintenance. On top of that the work that was done on my car was just just about 30 min of work and charged me for a full 1 1/2 hours of work. First of all I did not ask for a video free check up when your going to put that as in labor charge crazy how they try to rob you. The consultation rep told me he was going to order this part that I needed and til this day I have not received it mind you I asked him that I would pay for the part and to ship it to my house he told me don't worry I will take care of it for you and mail it to your house. I know we live in Vegas and 80% of jobs are sales I sure did feel like just a sale pay for the rep. Where do I even Begin with this place. This is going to be a 2 yr ordeal with two leases and 1 purchase so bare with me. I will say this Alfa makes an amazing machine. I actually purchased a Stelvio that's how much we love these cars. We leased a brand new guilia back in 2018. Our salesperson Jerome was an interesting fellow promised us the world before checking with management and when it came down to signing the paperwork, Half of the incentives that we were promised didn't pan out. Ozzie (gm) pretty much forced my wife into a 10k mileage lease at the same price as a 12k lease. Secondly he Sold her a tire package that added an additional $100 to the lease payment. She said she was not interested but he noted that if she needed a new tire and rim it would be almost 2500 out of pocket. Fast forward to March of this year wife pops a tire we contact Alfa. They say bring it in. They say they can't give us a loaner because of Covid(bs). Almost 72 hrs later we received no word so I call speak to about 4 different people. No one has any idea what's going on (shocker). They tell me they NO LONGER MAKE THAT TIRE AND that they don't know if they can get a new one. I ask to speak to a manager about this tire package and they inform me that it's a "whole new management team and they don't know why I was sold that package". So after constant calling and a few not so nice words I finally speak with Service MGR Mike who seems to be the only guy who cares about the customer and he makes right by us and over nights a tire from NJ. He even did an oil change on my Stelvio for free because of my hardship. Thanks Mike you are the real one. So now comes time to trade in the guilia. We now know they are under new Mgmt we tell them our horror story . They assure us we will be well taken care of. we go in are greeted by Kevin, kid seems real eager to help but can tell he was probably on the job two weeks. Mind you we know we love the car so he doesn't need to sell us anything he just needs to get our payments Lower and not screw us. We test drive a 2019 runs perfect we love it. We notice no heated seats big no no for my Wife. Joe (GSM) now steps in tells us that they can easily install it if we agree to only pay a small additional fee. Price is still great so we don't mind and they have been very nice so far. Kevin please asks us to give him 10s on his follow up call so he looks good. As we are about to pull away wife notices that the Car has no satellite radio HUGE NO NO. Joe informs Kevin that they will have the techs install the satellite radio no charge when they order the parts for the Heated seats for no fee if we agree to still take this car that day. I'm assuming they have to meet a quota. Weeks go by no word from anyone about when the parts are coming in or when they are going to fulfill their part of their agreement. After badgering them almost a month we are told that the parts have been there and they were waiting for us to make an appointment. GREAT COMMUNICATION. Wife calls speaks to a secretary that makes the appointment. When my wife heads in on a Saturday @ 7:15 am. It takes them two hrs to tell her that they have no idea why someone would make this appointment for a Saturday and that this is going to take way longer than a day. After much haggling they agree to give her a loner. 10 days later my wife is told to pick up the car. The half ass job that is done is unreal. They installed what seems to be a $300 adapter that you would put on 98 civic not an Alfa Romeo worth 50k. The sales people, finance and service people are dumbfounded and all look like they have never seen anything like that before. Needless to say we are still waiting for them to call us on how they are going to fix this. If I could give negative stars I would. So buy an Alfa from a dealership in Arizona or Cali do not deal with these clowns. You can get it serviced by only Mike only person with class in that joint. read more

All I have to say is JC is awesome, I brought my Stelvio to get repaired and unfortunately I had to leave my car there because the part were on back order and there was no loaners for me to drive, so when I expressed my concerns about not having a car JC jumped on it. He called an Uber to come pick me up to take me to enterprise to get a rental. I was super pleased at how JC had handled my situation. Ever since this new location has opened and the times I had to bring my car for maintenance and now for my repair, I don't have absolutely nothing bad to say about this service department! I am super glad to have Fiat right here in Henderson. I have a 500e and am very very meticulous about where my vehicle goes. From the second I got there I worked with Cheyenne who saw how important my ride, GiGi is to me. They addressed all my concerns at what I felt was a very reasonably priced value to check the battery, replace a headlight, cabin filter and flush the brakes at 34.3k miles. The service and my favorite part: COMMUNICATIONS (super super important) were flawless. My only negative experience was 100% my fault. I left my tablet in the car and the heat fried it. Totally on me, not them. The crummy thing about my 2015 Fiat is no radio deck replacement to have a screen. Only aftermarket stuff so I have a tablet and Bluetooth connection to simulate a knockoff big screen experience. All on me not them. Their prices, value, communications and family friendliness will have me taking GiGi back for any other services I have.
