I found this on gilt city on a whim and decided to try her out before my trip to Japan (3 weeks long). Oh boy, am I glad I found her!! When I arrived, it was in an unassuming studio in a building. She worked by herself (I think she mentioned she had an assistant but I never met) and was very professional. If you are looking for a salon to give you a massage and lotion you up, look elsewhere.. her services are really just her meticulous nail art designs.. and honestly, she is just the best darn nail artist you'll find. She definitely cleans up your nails and files them etc. etc. She has a great array of polishes, but i've always chosen gel. She will discuss with you a nail design to fit your every desire - if you bring her a picture, it'll definitely be easier! The whole process took about an hour, but I couldnt be happier. There were moments when she did a design and was like I'm going to take this off because I am going to redo it better. She is a perfectionist and will make your look perfect! Both times I went, I got so many compliments! The polishes lasted about 3+ weeks until they looked so grown out and i eventually had to take it off (legit so sad). However anytime I grow my nails out, I'm always ready to go make an appointment. The prices were extremely reasonable - about HALF the price I paid when I went to other nail artists in the city. I believe without the gilt city voucher, I paid around $60.

Honestly loved it. I recently had a baby and I'm trying to get back to my normal life in a sense. My cuticles were outlandish and my nails continued to break so I was down to nubs. Seeing that Natalia had a studio I assumed it would be quieter and more intimate since I would have to bring my 8 week old with me. It was awesome. She was so understanding when I had to adjust my daughter, she worked on my nails with me adjusting the baby. She was great.

I got a deal for a full set of gel manicure with designs at Brilleny. Me being the stupid person that I am, I forgot to make an appointment way in advance and by the time the voucher was coming to an end, Natalia was fully booked. However, being the wonderful person Natalia is, she emailed me whenever there was a cancellation and I managed to squeeze in an appointment. Best. Nail. Experience in NYC!!! I don't normally rave about manicures because I don't splurge. But Natalia's attention to detail and her precision made this splurge worth every penny. Even though I was late to the appointment (stupid subway), she didn't skimp out on the details with my request and still followed through and made my hands and nails feel like $1000. If you don't believe me, look at pics and see. Her portfolio of designs are classy, simple, and just forward thinking. My nails are almost 5 weeks long (I know I need to remove, but it's so pretty), and I'm still getting compliments

After I saw the photos online, I knew I had to try this place out. Natalia's work was totally my style. She works with such clean lines, grace, and amazing color choices. I didn't think nails could look so good--esp, mine! I came to her with chewed up and I mean CHEWED UP (half inch long nails) and she got my extensions done with a beautiful simple design. This cruddy photo doesn't do it justice but I stared at them for hours after. She's personable and after we were done, she said "now these are your real nails now" ha! I wish! But thanks for making them be mine for the next 3-4 weeks :)

I swear, the moment I walked into Natalia's gorgeous private studio, I knew I'd be a regular here. Natalia is not only a true artist (the sophisticated portfolio of nail art in her shop is just the beginning) but a kind, genuine person. She made me feel like I was visiting an old friend, not just making an appointment. The service itself was quick (about 30 minutes start to finish with art) and time flew by! Her designs are stylish and minimalist, and I've gotten SO many compliments already! I seriously can't wait to go back here again, and I think the moment my current manicure wears off (which I feel will be a while-this quality is built to last) I'll be booking again

I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails and I am addicted to Natalia! She is the most amazing artist. I use to frequent nails salons that would tell me it's not a good idea to do gel more than 3 consecutive times (switch out gel every 3 weeks) because gel removal was so damaging to the nail. But I've been seeing Natalia every 3 weeks for the past year now. I love the way my nails look. She takes care during the removal process to protect your natural nail. Her designs are one of a kind. She also designs beautiful jewelry and creates inspiring art. Shes just the best!

After nearly 4.5 years, today it is time to write a review for the one and only most talented nail artist I know. The woman who has created Brilleny has been a blessing in my life. Someone I discovered and called asking to make an appointment on her birthday without knowing and from my first appointment I was obsessed. Without me ever paying attention, Natalie was committed to having me grow out my real nails so I wouldn't need extensions all of the time. While my manicures can last up to 6 weeks, I keep them regular at 4.5. the nail art you see in the photos are Natalie's own designs and ideas. I never go into an appointment with specific requests, we just always see where the inspiration goes. She is incredible detail oriented. I shake constantly because of my thyroid and somehow Natalie deals with it and draws and polishes very straight. Her heart and energy is so warm and full of light. I have also had the Brilleny experience in Paris *as seen in photos*. Natalie designs beautiful jewelry as well. I will be a client for many years to come.

I found Natalia through Gilt City. What amazes me about her is that, she does EVERYTHING. From scheduling appointments, taking photographs of her work, maintaining her website, selling jewelry on top of that?! I mean...I have to give her mad props for that. I also like the fact that it's not a salon, but a creative studio. I don't know how she even comes up with these designs. She just thought of something random for me and I've never gotten so many compliments on simple nail art before. Typically, gel nails make my nails super weak, but I feel like hers made mine much stronger. They lasted for about 3 weeks...could've been longer, but my nails were growing rapidly and I had to cut them, which resulted in ruining the art she applied for me. Natalia is super friendly and open. I felt like I've known her forever. She's so easy to talk to. She is my go-to nail artist now. I can't wait to make my next appointment.

Brilleny is THE best place in NYC for both basic gels and nail art. Not only is Natalia an incredible artist, her work is done with extreme precision and with the best supplies. Her gel manicures last a solid 3 weeks (NEVER CHIP). She is meticulous and takes extreme care in her work. Plus, she is REALLY nice and fun. More importantly, she is creative and so fun to work with. I love her clean lines and sophisticated take on nail art. She is doing creative work that no one else is doing in NYC. Today she did a chroming on my my nails that I've never seen anyone else do and it is awesome. I've never received more compliments on my nails and I've now sent about 20 friends to her. We all adore Natalia. Her prices are REALLY reasonable, especially for how long the manicures last. Plus, no gel bleeding onto your skin, etc. Natalia never rushes and takes as long as she needs to make sure your nails are perfect. She is simply the best. As I keep telling my friends, get in now before she blows up and we can't get appointments. :) If I was a bride, going to a special occasion, etc. and didn't want to risk anything going wrong with my nails...Brilleny would be the only place in NYC I would go.
