Garden from my room. Wonderful place to take in the sun.

I landed in the afternoon tired from travel. Stayed at Courtyard Marriot minutes from Logan. I was happy to not have to leave the hotel. This restaurant was onsite. The clam chowder was excellent. I had a cup thinking I would eat a burger too. Silly me! The chowder was thick and hearty. I could have stopped there but the burger looked too good. Patricia was great! Wonderful service and a Red Sox and Celtics game on two big screen televisions in front of me. Calm ambiance. Great place to chill out by yourself or with friends.

This restaurant is located downstairs in the lobby area at the Courtyard Marriott Boston Logan Airport. It is a warm and cozy location, and staff are professional and personable. We stayed at the Courtyard, so it was very convenient to have this restaurant located at the hotel. I figured since the restaurant was located at the hotel that we could order room service, but unfortunately room service was not an option. We called the restaurant and ordered some food to go then picked it up. We ordered 3 lobster rolls and 3 New England Clam Chowders. We received a call that our order was ready within 15 - 20 minutes after ordering. We were happy that it didn't take too long because we were starving. The pick up process was simple. We went to the bar area at the restaurant and found that our order was already packaged and waiting. The attendant quickly rang up our takeout order and processed my payment. They were all friendly and professional. The New England Clam Chowder was thick and rich just as I like it. It could've used a little black pepper and maybe a pinch of salt but otherwise it was good. The lobster roll was fresh, and the lobster was cooked well. The lobster could have definitely used some more seasoning and perhaps some herbs; nevertheless, the texture of the lobster was perfect. There was also a decent portion of lobster. The combination of lobster roll with fries made it a fulfilling meal.

Nice bartender. The chowder was very good. The Caesar had too much dressing and the chicken (+$8) had a funky burned taste. The draft beer was also funky. Needs to be cleaned.

Very kind staff, good food and not over priced. Clean and decent ambience. Great hours.

Good strong drinks, even though in Boston you can't do "doubles" you can do a drink and a shot. 3 stars for very very very very slow service. To be seated, even at the bar, to service for 1 drink was close to 30min+ - don't get me wrong, SUPER friendly but just so slow. Didn't have any food but seems straight forward pub American style, not made in house.

We arrived at around 1030pm on a Saturday to check in to the Marriott hotel, where the restaurant is. We were tired & starving & hoping for a quick & decent bite. Turns out, our server Patricia was super friendly, & the food here very good. The bar was pretty busy, & people were getting takeout too. Patricia thoughtfully seated us at a larger booth so we had room to pull up our luggage. When we told her we were starving & asked if we could order as she seated us, she was ready to go! Literally 5 minutes later, we had a big bowl of hot creamy delicious chowder to share in front of us, with 2 spoons & 2 packets of oyster crackers. Barely 10 minutes after that, & we each had a big, stuffed with lightly mayo'd lobster, lobster roll with sides of melted butter, hot, crispy sweet potato fries & ketchup in front of us. Patricia was on top of her game - checking on us, refilling waters, and being warm & friendly. Amazing service, & very good food! Perfect!

We reported the issue to the front desk, and the staff member claim it would be repaired upon our return from our outing. Unfortunately, it was not resolved. Staff were solid, and the included breakfast is more substantial than the typical "free breakfast" offered by many hotels. Highly recommended; we stayed in a standard room rather than one of the converted travel-trailer suites.

On the surface, this hotel presents as polished and upscale, but over time it became clear that it is a full-on Monet--looks good at a glance, but the closer you get, the more issues appear. During my stay, I was required to move rooms three times--once voluntarily after an upgrade, and twice due to serious maintenance issues, including a sprinkler-system flood. In subsequent rooms, I experienced repeated heating failures, inconsistent hot water, and even a shower head detaching during use. The heating issues were ongoing and never fully resolved. On multiple occasions, my room dropped to 66-67 degrees despite the thermostat being set to 80. Even after maintenance visits, the room never consistently warmed beyond 75 degrees. On the morning before my departure, I woke to cold air blowing again, confirming the problem persisted through the end of my stay. Management follow-through was disappointing. Promises to check back or assist were not kept, and communication was inconsistent at best. While beverage credit was offered, it did not come close to addressing the cumulative disruption, lack of rest, and stress caused by ongoing room issues over nearly seven weeks. The saving grace of this hotel was the weekday bartender, Rebecca. Monday through Friday, she greeted my colleagues and me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and grace after very long workdays. She was consistently excellent. Unfortunately, that level of service was not present on weekends, and our group ultimately chose to avoid the hotel bar until Rebecca returned. That said, I do want to acknowledge Shirley, Wendy, James, and Nate, who were consistently kind, professional, and helpful, as well as the valet staff, who were always efficient and courteous. This hotel may work for a very short stay if expectations are modest. For long-term or extended stays, however, the operational issues, lack of follow-through, and inconsistent hospitality do not align with the image or price point the property presents.

That time due to everything going on in the world with minimal travel we enjoyed a cheap rate for an entire weekend with probably the best view offered for the hotel of TD Garden as well as the Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge. Which I know it's just a bridge but it was a nice sight for an in-city view. This most recent stay was due to a concert at TD Garden my wife and I were in town for. Which I will say if you are looking for a place to stay for an event at TD Garden, good luck finding a better option than here! Check in staff and valet workers were friendly and greeted us with a smile. Rates were very reasonable for end of summer and with a concert so close. Room was smaller this stay around and our view was more of just a building with a small glance of TD Garden if you looked to the side. Overall a very clean room and still a good amount of space. Can not think of any complaints for our stay and would stay here again. They offer valet parking and anytime we needed the car it was quick to get it back. Inside the lobby/first floor they have plenty of seating and what they dub "The Bistro" that offers breakfast, dinner, and full bar and I believe Starbucks drinks too. Location wise it is quite ideal, obviously if your activities/work is in this area of Boston. Besides TD Garden it is also close to North station along with plenty of food and drink options. Personally for a morning coffee or matcha I say check out Blank Street Coffee, then food wise I would say take a quick walk to the North End or closer try Tavern In The Square. Definitely a hotel worth looking into while visiting Boston!

After I told her I spoke with the manager 2 days prior she told me she would have to "talk with the team" before doing anything and we would get our bill via email. The next morning I received our bill and they charged us for the night after we checked out. I called the hotel and left 4 messages with the accounting manager (I never received a call back) and tried for 9 days straight (to include filing multiple claims with Marriott Corporate) and they refused to refund me for the extra night and valet for the night. Their justification was that my car was parked in their garage that night (they must have a way to manipulate the valet time stamp) so they could not refund me for the night because that means we were at the hotel. I emailed both the manager and Marriott corporate my EZPass receipts (to prove we had left Boston the day we checked out) and they have yet to resolve this case. The environment was beautifully decorated for Christmas, like last year, and I had to take some pictures to have as desktop wallpaper on my computer. It tasted wonderful, like an autumnal tea, and all our teas came in beautifully decorated tea pots, apparently from Australia. The Four Seasons also does this interesting thing where they give you a liquor that fits with your tea order, to be added if you wish or drank by itself. I had a sip of mine and from someone else's, a bit strong for me but a bailey's one was alright. I'm fine with just tea myself! As for the food, this year's high tea was one of the best I've had. The menu was different from last year's, which was great too but in my opinion this seemed like an upgrade. Some of the food items included pieces of salmon in a little pastry, mini lobster roll, peking duck crepe, curried chicken croissant, a beautiful deviled egg, vanilla bean and brown butter scones, an eggnog tart, and a Santa hat shaped raspberry pastry. We even got some alternate options for a lactose sensitive person, so that's a great plus as well. The atmosphere was elegant and calming, and the service was great.
