15-minute wait for a table. Seated in 13-mins! Sat at the bar while waiting for our table. Bartender was very courteous and provided great service and cocktails. The pepperoni flatbread was great. I love going to brio. There are so many delicious pasta dishes that it's hard to choose but hands down you have to get the shrimp and eggplant appetizer and carpaccio. if there was a zero I wish it would allow. this Mother's Day fiasco was the worst .. our reservations were for 3 at 6:45 and waited over an hour. The waiter Jaden was clearly not a top-tier server. Forgot the bread twice .. ...20 minutes before he came to check on us and lost out on two glasses that we would've ordered. Waited an hour to get two apps that never actually arrived arrived .. My husband got up to inquire and cancel them as our food would be arriving hopefully soon and at the same time the meals arrived .. did not see a manager anywhere many customers were disgusted and rolling their eyes and even asking each other if something was going on tonight.. it is really sad because this establishment has gone way downhill and has lost my business and I will continue to steer others in another dining direction There are way better places in the area with better service. note the ladies room was a disaster and they was no toilet paper. The whole restaurant was filthy. We had ordered the appetizers and the server never mentioned to us that they were out the spinach and artichoke dip. He was clearly unaware. Surely the kitchen would've seen when he put in a ticket for the appetizer that they were out of would've communicated that with him. I'm a former server and try to give some grace where due, but this was a pure subpar , understated , overbooked and poorly run Mothers Day experience..hopefully others will review their experience tonight for a Mother's Day nightmare. Brio is delicious and a perfect date night spot! My husband and I will frequent often for dinner dates! My go to order is the Pasta Brio, super fresh and tastes clean! We also love the complimentary bread, our servers are always super nice and will hook us up we 2-3 baskets of it! We recently went for a double date with some friends and I was a little disappointed by the service this time, our dinner took almost 2 hours when normal we are in an out within an hour... we had made reservations and were sat late. We didn't get our food until 1.5 hours after we sat down. This won't stop us from coming I just hope they learn not to over seat next time :) read more

Everything was like an enchanted orchestra from the wine pairing for our meal to our dessert recommendation. My husband and I are chefs and Liz made fantastic recommendations for our dinner. My friend and I made a reservation at 6:00 pm on 12/22/25. It's around the holidays so parking wasn't the easiest to find at the mall so I arrived before she did. I went ahead and grabbed our table and the moment I sat down the server asked if I wanted a drink and I said I was going to wait until my friend got here, she was just trying to find a parking spot. The moment my friend got there which was probably 5 min the server said 'you made it', which I thought was rude. She then rushed us to order drinks. She brought us our drinks and we were rushed to pick something for a starter. My friend and I were catching up and chatting but she rushed us the entire time. We got our food and then she asked if we wanted desert and we replied no so she dropped off the check. We honestly probably would have had a few more drinks but the whole experience was rushed. She came back like a minute later and asked if the check was good. We hadn't even had a moment to look at it because again we were talking and trying to catch up. So we both rushed got our cards out and she took the checks and dropped it back off for us to sign. Not more than a minute or two later she comes back and goes my shift is over 'are these good to take' referring to the checks and we were like yeah... terrible experience and service. Makes sense why our dinner was rushed because she was trying to get cut. I get it's the holidays and you are working but please be respectful and courteous to your paying customers who are also trying to enjoy the holiday season. read more

I ordered my food online for pick up. I walked in and could tell they were busy so I was understanding that no one was at the reception desk to great or help me. I waited patiently for someone to notice me. All staff had failed to acknowledge they had a reception area. I stared long and hard to at least 3 people. The bartender saw me and turned away. As if to say, "You're not my problem." Then a casually dressed guy who may have been a customer flew by me and pointed out to a waitress that I was waiting. I saw the waitress angrily put down her tray and exhale sharply as she stormed up to me. She then stop and smiled at me waiting for me to tell her what I was there for. I paused waiting for her to say, " I'm sorry for the wait. How can I help you?" Which is the appropriate response to a waiting customer. But no instead she waited for me to tell her what I was there for. Once I understood she wasn't going to do as I she should have I sweaty and reluctantly said, "I'm here to pick up an order I placed online." Finally by the bare minimum she addressed me by saying sweetly, " Oh, yes let me get that for you!" I knew I didn't matter to them which really burned my buns after spending what I did on a meal that did nothing for me. It was bland the chicken pieces were barely there and it needed a lot of salt and pepper which they should have provided in the form of packets along with chili pepper flakes. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. Arizona has plenty of better establishments that know how to acknowledge and be aware of their behavior's and know when it is necessary to apologize for frustration being shown.
