We came for a birthday dinner and got seated at a booth with Max as our server. He was attentive and made sure we were getting what we needed and our eaters were filled. He was even in a walking boot but working hard. The food on the other hand was subpar. The Brio Pasta was bland which is surprising bc it's their signature dish. Tonight we arrived to Brio for the first time around 8:30, we waited at the front for 10 minutes before being created. The restaurant only had a few tables. Our server Samantha grabbed to menu and said for two? And started walking. Not a greeting or anything it was such a bad vibe to start, but we were hungry and on a date night. When we were seated we were given waters and asked if we want something else to drink. Still no smile, no greeting, just a very bad attitude. We understand we came an hour and half before closing but we were hungry. Our food arrived and it was cold. The plates were hot but my pasta was cold as well as my wife's marasla chicken and mashed potatoes. We let our server know hers was cold and before being able to let her know she told the cooks to throw it in the microwave laughing; which was super weird to me. Then she comes back, no apology again just attitude. I asked her if she could throw mine in the microwave to because apparently that is what we get if we have cold food and if we want hot food it is to be microwaved. She comes back drops the food and walks off. Again I understand she didn't cook the food but where is the customer service. Then I thought to myself; are we being treated poorly because we are not your typical couple? I would hope not. I wouldn't think so but it seems like other tables are being treated like guest we are being treated like we did something wrong. The food itself looked great, but of course when you microwave pasta and veggies it dries up. So we both had dried plates after they were heated up. We were super kind; even said please and thank you for the waters, the bread. Then we were waiting in a soda refill after 15 minutes we asked another server. We decided just to get our food to go because at this point we had received awful service, we were being treated like we did something wrong by wanting hot food. We were never rude, never gave an attitude. For almost 22$ for a pasta and almost $30 for chicken and potatoes I would think it's natural to want hot food. I am so disappointed by the service and the quality of food and service we received for our first time going to brio grill. We were so excited to have what was supposed to be an authentic type Italian restaurant but at this point we will not be back read more

Very mediocre. The greeting at the entrance was cool, not very friendly. I did like the light inside the dining room. Many restaurants are dark but the ambiance was nice. The server was initially very cool but softened up a bit and was decent. We ordered the limoncello lemonade and did not care for it...we were expecting a little sweeter drink. The food here is really great. We spent some time eating with our family here and the servers were extremely polite and kind, albeit they were a little bit slow. There's not a whole bunch to complain about at this restaurant. They're tasty. They're friendly, they're clean and they are fun. The atmosphere is inviting and let's face it. They couldn't stop telling us how cute our baby was. Service A+ - Jessica was my server for the 2nd time. They have great salads, soups, and more. I started going here back in 2017. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The hostess Jo is very friendly too. Their salmon dish is one of my favorite, not to mention the lobster bisque. They have a great patio for dining and enjoying the beautiful weather.
