This was the first time my fiancé and I came to Brio. I wish I could give ZERO stars. To be honest, I do not see us going back. The service was horrible, the food was bad (honestly just go to Olive Garden instead), the area we sat at was dirty and the wine was not good quality either. The server was not attentive, she seemed like she was in a bad mood. I could have honestly made better food at home or even gone to Olive Garden to be quite honest. The table we sat was dirty and the floor was full of napkins and straws. It was really gross and the wine was HOT. Not room temperature or anything, it was literally hot. Another thing that I want to point out is that our server was being more attentive to other tables next to us and not us. Being our first time (we even told the server) she did not even offer cheese or let us know that was an option. But gave the table next to us cheese and was way more friendly to them. I do not know if it was because we are POC's or what the deal was, but based on the reviews we should have just gone next door to Bourbon and Bones instead. So, Unless you want to overpay for horrible service, dirty table/area and gross food, I would avoid going here. There are better places around the area. read more

I took my granddaughter to Brio this week and we had such a great experience. We were seated promptly and our server Kendal tended to our every need. The only thing worse than the steak salad was our server. She was completely apathetic and never checked in w/us or re-filled drinks. Steak salad was missing dressing but drowning in balsamic glaze. We are giving one star; the chicken in the chicken Marsala was literally cooked to death to a point it was actually difficult to cut with the regular knife or even chewed; the Marsala sauce was also cooked down to death that left no liquid flavor to let the dry chicken even absorb flavor; the mashed potato was also incredibly dry and no flavor at all; the asparagus was also so thick and barely cooked at all and literally had places it couldn't be chewed or cut bc the asparagus fiber was literally that long and thick; if this is how the "Italian company" trains to make the Italian food then we will certainly not be back read more

Wife and I went--her salmon was fine. Wedge salad was fine. I ordered Chicken piccata--limone I think they call it. Although the chicken wasn't badly cooked, the piccata sauce tasted so bad it made the food inedible. And the server ignored us--we had to get his attention for everything. He saw I didn't eat any of my meal--the lemon sauce was nasty, the mashed potatoes had no flavor and the broccolini was uncooked. Everything was bad. I don't like having to go find food after ordering a full dinner I couldn't eat. Server didn't ask how it was and I overtipped for the bad service and terrible food. I hate to leave such a bad review, but I want everyone else to know not to order delivery. Their website allows for you to put in a date and time of delivery, but they do not have the capability to follow through. I have tried for 5 weeks to get a refund on our $350 dinner order (we ordered it for a 40th birthday party dinner) and they have been unable to refund the money, even though they did not make the food nor deliver it. I live out of state so I can't comment on the actual food, but it was very disappointing to plan for a nice family meal and it never happen- and having to pay for it is very frustrating. It seems like the GM tried, but their corporate office failed to give the refund after saying they had submitted it. I have called and texted numerous times w/out any resolution. I finally had to dispute the charge to my credit card company. I am hoping to get my money back that way. It's hard to believe that a company can not easily issue a refund. read more

We love the personal interaction with the bar tenders and not having to wait in line. Although they were completely slammed, Nick and Jessica were more than accommodating and personable. Went for what we thought would be a relaxing Thanksgiving dinner. We had reservations for 5 pm and on arrival were told it would be "awhile". While waiting in a very crowded, standing room only area with many others that were waiting a server dumped a try of drinks down the back of my legs leaving me standing in a mess of sticky wine and surrounded by broken glass. They swept up the glass but gave me nothing to use to dry my legs until eventually a waitress gave me a pile of napkins. After about 15 more minutes the manager came and took my name and number and said they would contact me to help with my "dry cleaning" bill. We were finally seated after I went to the podium to ask how much longer it would be. When they recognized I was the person in the incident we were seated immediately. The meal did come fast, in fact before we got our drinks. We had to ask for water. Our companion got an ice tea delivered in a small highball size glass and never asked if she wanted a refill. I truly believe they could have done something like compensate for a meal or maybe all of them! This was a ruined holiday meal for us. We are (were) regular customers. read more

When we were seated, I scooted into the booth through a bunch of crumbs on the bench, then noticed the table was covered in crumbs as well.... Really?! Do they even wipe down the tables?! We did have to wait to be acknowledged by our waitress, Valerie. She was nice and got us water right away, took our drink and appetizer order. She dropped off the waters and the appetizer was not more than 2 minutes behind, but still no drinks or bread that had been promised. Good news, the spinach artichoke dip was hot and flavorful with the most wonderful Parmesan crisps with it! We ordered a flatbread and lasagna for entrees. They took awhile to come out, which I know is often the case for lasagna, but they came out together with a piping hot lasagna and barely warm flatbread.... I hate when that happens... so I ate what was probably a fairly good pizza when it was hot, not so much now. The weird thing is about the lasagna, there was no layers of ingredients. It was like meat and cheese thrown into a big noodle. I am Italian, and I know that lasagna is layers of noodles and cheese and meat... not sure why they call this lasagna, but it was tasty. I think the root of the problem is staff, there were a bunch of people but it looked like not more than 3 serving food. So, like I said, I'll give it another chance. read more

Made a 5:45 pm Mothers Day reservation for my wife and I to celebrate Mothers Day. We arrived at 5:40 and were told there are a couple of groups ahead of us, but they checked us in and asked us to take a seat. At 6:00 I went up to inquire when we would be seated and we were told there are just two parties ahead of us so we should be called soon. At 6:15 we were still waiting, and I went up to again ask how soon and was now told there are 10 parties ahead of us! Outrageous even for Mothers Day! They obviously overbooked, and I wasn't going to ruin my wife's Mothers Day any more than it already was. We left, went to our local Sushi Bar and had a wonderful dinner.
